19/10/2025: I went to this restaurant with my father and two other people, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't positive. The food didn't live up to expectations; the tuna and salmon weren't very fresh and lacked flavor. We ate very little. The bathrooms weren't clean, and there was a slight unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the restaurant isn't particularly child-friendly, and the atmosphere wasn't welcoming. The wait times were long, considering we'd gone early and were the only ones there. We all had stomach aches.

17/08/2025: Terrible experience. The bodyguards were extremely rude and surly, with an aggressive and provocative attitude from the very beginning. As soon as we tried to explain the situation, they literally threw words in our faces, without listening and with a tone more reminiscent of a brawl than of professional confidence. This behavior is unsuitable for a venue that claims to be selective, but in reality applies rules at random: adults are left out, while minors are let in without a problem. The organization needs to be completely overhauled, especially regarding the entrance staff. (I would really like to know the name of the guard who was there on August 16, 2025, because he was extremely rude and even smoked in the kids' faces—disgusting.)

19/08/2025: I was at this historic venue on October 31, 2024. Excellent crowd control, a nightclub with a respectable capacity, excellent drinks, and top-notch music, but the DJ on the decks also scores points.

15/09/2025: We returned to this place after about a year, remembering the delicious pizzas from last time. Unfortunately, Saturday night's experience was completely different and very disappointing. At 9 pm, in the middle of the evening, several ingredients listed on the menu were listed as "unavailable." In reality, these weren't temporary shortages, but rather historic pizzas still on the list that were now served with completely different ingredients than those described. We ordered the "Cloud," one of the flagship pizzas, and were told that the tuna tartare would be replaced with salmon. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the pizza was simply sliced ​​smoked salmon: an unjustified substitution, especially considering the €14 price tag. The same goes for the other pizzas, served with zucchini alla poverella, burnt to the point of being inedible, and sun-dried tomatoes with an unpleasant alcohol odor. Furthermore, they no longer serve pizza served with scissors, a feature that used to characterize and distinguish the place: it's likely a change in management or pizza chef. The only positive note of the evening: the draft beer, along with the discount the owner offered as an apology. Unfortunately, it's not enough to make up for the overall poor quality of the pizzas. After this experience, we'll likely be returning.

09/09/2025: No tuna, no prosecco, and a €4.50 supplement for a gluten-free pizza!!! A shame, when the menu stated "no supplement"... only to end up receiving two bland, poor-quality pizzas! Probably the worst pizzas I've ever had.

03/06/2025: Tous les restaurants autour de la grotte étant fermés ce lundi 2 juin,nous sommes allés à Terre de Puglia.La serveuse peu aimable nous a placés dans la salle principale tres bruyante et bien remplie.Pas de climatisation ...chaleur et lenteur du service.La pizza 4 fromages n était pas assez cuite.Le menu était entièrement qu en italien.le prix reste correct mais on ne renouvellera pas cette expérience

21/09/2025: We arrived around 10:15 PM with high expectations, but unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a complete disaster. After asking to be seated, we had to wait a few minutes before finding an available table for eight adults and three children. The first wait was for the menus, which arrived after a while. However, we noticed that the menus were torn and taped back together, with prices crossed out and rewritten in pen. Not exactly the most promising start. The appetizers arrived after a while, but unfortunately, they were all cold. The bruschetta was lukewarm at best, the olives were few (eight in total for eleven people!), the eggplant parmigiana was cold, as was the potato gateau. The breadball was the only thing that seemed freshly baked, but it was still a bit disappointing. The situation didn't improve with the beers. We ordered five small beers, but only four arrived. They told us the fifth beer wasn't available because it was only warm. They brought a completely different one than the one we requested. Not exactly the service we expected. While we were waiting for our pizzas, we noticed many people leaving without having eaten. When we asked for information, they told us they didn't have any pizza dough. We were about to get up and leave, but the owners arrived and told us they'd made a mistake and that the pizzas were in the oven. Finally, the pizzas arrived around 12:15 AM. We paid and left after arguing with the owners, especially the woman who started yelling and cursing, claiming she was right. It was all horrendous! Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed. We were hoping to find a welcoming place with good service in Palo del Colle, but sadly, that wasn't the case. We won't be returning, even if it were the last pizzeria open in town.

05/11/2025: With an "entrepreneurial" attitude, the owner offers us a trio of olives, taralli, and almonds to accompany two spritzes. No menu, no prices displayed, and a surprise bill of €50... WITHOUT A RECEIPT! A real scam; I wonder how long this pseudo-entrepreneur will continue to lure customers.

04/11/2025: A magical seaside spot with rainbow-colored tables, friendly and enlightened owners, exceptional fresh focaccia, top-quality ingredients in every dish, from goat's milk ricotta to mozzarella—served in a mozzarella-shaped container—to super-large olives... And so on. Last but not least, strawberries and other dried fruit for a delicious, super-light dessert. The stunning backdrop is the port of Torre a Mare, with the ancient tower to the right and the little house where I lived in the summers when I was a few years old!

14/11/2025: The food was average, although some dishes were overly seasoned and others bland. However, the staff is the most annoying part: they're slow at the register and even too quick at serving, not giving you time to see what's available (there's no daily menu posted, nor is it possible to see it through the window because the people in line are rightfully standing at the front). The staff is decidedly rude, bringing out the food before you can even speak or express your preference, and if it doesn't match your desired choice, regardless of any intolerances, they'll change the meal for you, keeping the same dish. They also don't hold back from making misogynistic, derisive, and derogatory jokes toward customers who simply ask them to slow down.

01/12/2025: We wanted breakfast. They were rude, so we left without ordering anything. We asked a question and they practically hit us with that very Italian accent. We felt attacked by their tone. No photos available because we couldn't order anything.

29/11/2025: The best pastocioto I've had in Bari. Perfectly crispy, warm, with a generous amount of cream inside. A huge selection of various sweets.

05/10/2025: Overrated pizzeria, the quality/price ratio is embarrassing; you pay too much for a mediocre pizza. Also, one evening we ordered pizzas and a friend of mine found all the toppings from his 4-cheese pizza on the box.
