09/10/2025: I went there for a friend's birthday. It's a beautiful and well-maintained venue, with friendly staff and meticulous attention to detail in the selection of ingredients used to create their dishes. Highly recommended, and I'll be back to try their drinks too.

30/11/2025: Traditional food, friendly and fast service, warm and clean atmosphere. We had lunch with my family on a Sunday in November, a €20 per person menu. We had a great time and ate as if we were at grandma's house; everything was delicious.

16/11/2025: My husband and I dined at this restaurant on Saturday, November 15th because the old-fashioned tavern-like setting appealed to us. The 4 stars I give for the service are due to the fast and polite staff. Otherwise, the experience wasn't convincing. We ordered two first courses: orecchiette with horse meat (decent) and 5 tortelloni (that's what they call them, but they're as big as the Rana tortellini!!!!!!!!!!!!) with burrata and beetroot on a tomato sauce that was overly flavorful, accompanied by a basil pesto that overpowered the flavors. The bombetta on potatoes and turnip greens was decent but too dry; I don't know if they were reheated in the microwave. The prices are too high for the dishes offered and certainly not tavern-style.

The cuisine is simple and authentic, with impeccable service. The owners are helpful and very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience something simple but different.

I ordered through glovo app, the pizza i received was disgusting, the dough was still raw and wet, cheese got melted inside the box and got stuck on the carton box with the dough. Here are some photos, it was awful! I don’t know how is this allowed in the country of pizza !

07/12/2025: I stumbled upon this brewery by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The place is very cute, with details that will appeal to those who, like me, love Japanese manga and anime. The food is good, with excellent options even for vegetarians like me (no, not the usual grilled vegetables, but delicious veggie burgers and much more!). There's a wide variety of beers: the ones I received were all delicious! Finally, the staff were very friendly and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I highly recommend this place, which is absolutely on par with other breweries in the city.

13/09/2025: This restaurant is located not far from the center of Monopoli. Passing by often, I noticed this place was always empty. Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to give it a try. I can say it's a very underrated place, but I don't understand the reasoning! What does this place have that others don't? I'd say, nothing! The meat is excellent, including cuts that are difficult to find elsewhere (diaphragm of various animals and goose breast). Everything I tried (sandwiches, meatballs, meat, and fries) was delicious and high-quality, and they also offer a wide variety of sandwiches. The service was fast. The staff and owners were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The atmosphere was modern and had a Japanese anime theme. Images of famous anime and manga characters were displayed on the walls. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

23/11/2025: Sapore perfetto is a restaurant-pizzeria located on the outskirts of Conversano, known for various web articles, praised for the stars it has received... So much so that we wanted to try it, but it was a huge disappointment... The restaurant has a large interior and very pretty historic stone rooms. The pizza and the ingredients used are good, but not excellent! Nothing to dislike about pizzerias of the same quality that I've already reviewed. But the terrifying thing is the service! Upon entry, we were greeted by the owner, a self-important, grumpy, and immodest man. While inviting us to sit outside (despite our reservations) with a line of people waiting in the cold last night, he behaved arrogantly towards a pizza chef and a waitress (he treated them like slaves under his dominion/power). We were seated 20 minutes later and, by regulation, were allowed to stay for a maximum of 1.5 hours. The dining room was packed, an indescribable chaos that the waitresses didn't know how to manage. If you don't know how to manage so many people in different shifts, don't be so boastful and say you have 1,000 covers per evening! Pizzas arrived first for guests who arrived later, and some gentlemen who arrived well before us were waiting for over half an hour. While we waited (an interminable wait) for our pizzas, the waitresses came by every minute to rush us to clear the tables because others were waiting. They asked if everything had arrived, not out of courtesy or kindness, but to pressure us to leave. We ate so quickly for fear of being kicked out, and afterward, we had terrible stomach aches. Not to mention the bathrooms! Extremely narrow and low, an obese person would struggle, as would a disabled person! The icing on the cake: this pizzeria has only ever welcomed people dressed "like rich people." For the elderly or anyone who wants to eat a pizza in peace and doesn't want/can afford certain things, this place is not recommended. Needless to say, I will neither recommend nor return to this place! You have to be humble and grateful!

09/12/2025: BE CAREFUL ⚠️ We booked this hotel (if you can call it that) for the Immaculate Conception long weekend, from December 5th to 7th, 2025! We spoke to the hotel owner (or so it seems) by phone and WhatsApp to book. He provided us with all the details for the stay and asked for a deposit of half the amount, or €190. We arrived at the hotel on December 5th. HOTEL CLOSED! The owner of the bar next door told us the hotel had gone bankrupt! We called the police, who already knew about everything, as it had already been reported by other guests. All this with a 1-year-old baby on board! They're scammers. Thieves. Be careful. Don't book. They'll scam you.
