15/03/2026: Traditional food, friendly and fast service, a warm and clean atmosphere. We had lunch with my family on a Sunday in November. The menu cost €20 per person. We had a great time and the food was just like at grandma's house. Everything was delicious.

26/02/2026: Despite the low price of the set menu, and despite arriving at the restaurant very late—it was 2:45 PM—we were greeted warmly and served promptly. Good food and fast service.

02/11/2025: We ordered seven pizzas on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM for delivery at 8:00 PM, and there was nothing to complain about punctuality, except that there were only six pizzas left at the time of delivery. After mentioning this to the delivery guy, we called the pizzeria, and here's the best part... The owner, after five minutes of chatting and hesitating about the missing pizza, delivered the missing pizza (who knows where it had ended up) cold and inedible. I called the pizzeria again, telling her I'd expected a hot pizza, since the mistake or oversight had been their fault. During the call, the lady, with a presumptuous and arrogant air, insulted me, and claimed that I should have accepted that pizza, but only after I insisted, quite annoyed, did she deliver the other pizza. Of course, I returned the cold pizza upon delivery. When you are unable to manage a business with courtesy (since the mistake was their fault) perhaps it would be time to change jobs.

07/09/2025: A terrible experience, one not to be repeated. Extremely slow service, unjustified given the hour (9:00 PM) and the many tables still free, but above all, disregard for the order in which customers arrived. Leaving aside the dissatisfaction over minor issues, we ordered only two pizzas for my sister and I, both of whom are lactose intolerant, with the explicit request to replace the mozzarella fiordilatte with buffalo mortadella (which was duly paid for separately on the final bill). What could have happened? Did the pizza chef misread the order or deliberately ignore the request? The fact is, we both began to feel the effects late in the evening and are still suffering the consequences. I suggest they be much more careful with these types of requests, because making your customers feel unwell not only creates bad publicity for the restaurant, but could also have serious consequences for the unfortunate ones.

15/03/2026: Centrally located bakery with a good selection of baked goods and small pastries. Various types of panzerotti and focaccia are available at moderately high prices. I had the opportunity to try the squid ink panzerotto, but the price is a bit steep for a panzerotto. A smile every now and then wouldn't hurt when welcoming customers.

01/02/2026: Tonight they wanted to sell us burnt focaccia. So they wouldn't give me freshly baked focaccia. The sales assistant was arrogant and annoyed when I asked for a piece that wasn't burnt. Obviously, never again.

29/12/2025: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst shop experiences we had in Alberobello. The shop owner was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we stepped inside. There is a strict no photos rule, which in itself wouldn’t be an issue — except that the products sold here are the same ceramics you can find in countless other shops throughout town. This place isn't unique in the slightest. To make matters worse, some of the items weren’t even made in Italy, but in China, which might be why they don't allow photos so people don't find out about the poorly made products. I took a single photo of an item and was immediately spoken to in a condescending tone, being told, “Maybe if you weren’t on your phone you would have seen the sign.” The sign, for the record, is handwritten and poorly placed, almost as if it’s designed to be missed so staff can reprimand customers afterward and try to kick them out. This shop perfectly represents what’s wrong with tourism when visitors are treated as inconveniences instead of welcomed guests. We were fully prepared to spend money, but the hostility made us leave immediately. For the record, the product we were going to buy from this location were purchased at another location for less that what this place was charging I strongly recommend stopping at literally any other store in Alberobello. Most shop owners here are friendly, proud of their products, and happy to welcome visitors without yelling at them. If I could give this place zero stars, I would!

29/12/2025: Mr. Cosmo, the owner of the Trulletto bar, is very hospitable and friendly. The chili pepper coffee is very special, and the place offers many traditional products, and some of the owner's liqueurs are made there. The place has a small terrace with a view of the trulli. Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: Nothing to say about the chain's offerings, just a clarification on the handling of dogs in the store. I was not allowed into the store unless my dog ​​(medium-sized, in the first photo) was placed in the designated cart or had a muzzle. As I attach in the photo, during my shopping, mine was always inside the cart, unlike several other dogs who were on a leash; in fact, some of their owners didn't even have a designated cart. I should add that, according to what the entrance staff said, the regulations do not discriminate based on the size or weight of the animal.

12/07/2025: Be prepared for a long wait. In the evening, the minimum wait is 40 minutes. You order in one room and pick up in another, at a different bar. Even if you order pizza and drinks, you'll receive your drinks along with your food, meaning after 40 minutes. If you want them sooner, you'll need to speak to the person serving your food. It's best to speak Italian; you won't be able to communicate in English. It's clear this is a problem for him, and he's reluctant to serve drinks before you order. The pizza is very good, but the service and wait time are typical Southern fare. If you don't like long waits, this isn't the place for you.
