16/12/2025: We are back for the second time. We ate the panzerotto with braciola both baked and fried, something unique, I recommend it to everyone, location 2 steps from the historic center and the center of Bari, friendly and helpful staff, truly excellent food.

29/12/2025: Very bad experience. The order was for a lactose-free chocolate cake with a chocolate coating and a message on it (spoiler alert: it was written with my feet). On the day of delivery, I arrived half an hour early (12:30 PM) and was rudely told, "We respect delivery times here, all that's missing is the message, but only the owner can do it, as he's not here." I waited outside for half an hour and at 1:01 PM, seeing as they respected the time, I asked if there was much longer a wait. I was told that my colleague would do the message because the owner hadn't arrived yet. The cake finally arrived and was literally wrapped as if it were a gift, because they didn't have containers for a normal-sized cake (2.5 kg), with the risk of it getting damaged in transit (which it did). Result: a cake that was clearly not the one I ordered—not chocolate, but pink with glitter. I should start by saying that the cake was ordered by my boyfriend, and since I didn't know why he'd requested it, I trusted the (poorly written) writing and took it anyway. Given the aesthetic and taste flaw, I'm not sure the cake is lactose-free, so many people (including me) won't be able to eat it. This bakery is absolutely not recommended.

23/12/2025: Hi, I feel like sharing my terrible experience fully. I arrived on the morning of December 22nd and asked if it was possible to have a cake by the evening. It had to be presentable and had various details specified, including the color (glittery black). They calmly replied, "Yes." That evening, my boyfriend picked up the cake, which was already quite ugly in appearance because they had mixed the black color with gold glitter (which wasn't my request). After closing the cake, which we already suspected had been freshly made because my boyfriend also had to wait, they took it to the restaurant, three minutes from the bakery, in the trunk of the car, as always. Once they arrived, they opened the cake and found the bottom of the cake was completely melted. This meant the cake hadn't banged because the top was completely intact. I reported all this to the staff, who responded rudely (and now what can I do? You must have transported the cake badly). I see zero professionalism in what they do. They don't even try to remedy the situation, so despite the fact that my birthday was ruined because I didn't have the I wanted the cake, but my boyfriend went to another bakery at 9 pm and had another cake made. I strongly advise against this bakery... Before you buy, please read all the reviews, guys...

20/01/2026: We've been back twice since it changed ownership, and honestly, my opinion is mixed. I have no complaints about the sushi and fish. The nigiri are very small, with little rice and a slice of fish covering the ball. The sashimi is decent, and the carpaccio is decent. As for the hot dishes, there's definitely room for improvement. Last time, they were incredibly salty, as if the soy or oyster sauce had been added multiple times during cooking—a real shame, because the dish wasn't bad. Compared to its competitors, they offer a few more delicious first and second courses.

24/01/2026: Just had breakfast. Terrible service: cardboard croissant with cream that almost never arrived and was completely frozen. Two glasses of latte macchiato were completely burnt. Crazy prices for the extremely low quality. Never again.

07/03/2026: Terrible service, extremely slow. We waited over an hour and a half without getting our pizzas. After seeing three tables that came in after us being served, I got up and went to ask for an explanation. Not knowing how to explain it, we left, even paying for the water and beer. They'll never see me again. At least act like gentlemen, don't charge for drinks! It's truly disgusting.

26/11/2025: The food is very good, but sometimes you have to wait a while. The service is lacking in this place. The atmosphere is okay.
