Excellent restaurant🍽️located in the historic center🏘️of Conversano, menu📖with the right quantity🙂and quality😋of fresh local products. I recommend the platter of cured meats🥓and cheeses🧀 as a starter, while the burnt wheat orecchiette🍝 as a first course. Very nice environment🤩well done with characteristic objects of the area. Service👨‍🍳courteous and kind. I'll be back.

there's nothing else to say. I had one of the best birthdays thanks to a welcoming and very organized service. The quality of the meals was exceptional at least according to my personal tastes. The room and the panoramic view offered by the location of the restaurant favor ideal consumption, especially in the winter months. The biggest plus point is the personality of the chef who has a very important career with him, whose name is Colagrande Francesco: he has a very charismatic personality for the rest of the staff

22/02/2024: Locale informale,personale gentile e disponibile,buona la pizza, il locale è piccolo,quindi il chiacchiericcio dei clienti a fine serata ha il suo peso.
18/02/2024: Its big advantage is that it opens early compared to Italian conditions. You can choose from a lot of pizzas and mainly seafood pasta, and they also have delicious asisanata pasta. The pizzas are delicious, the service is nice. The prices are good, I think this is a particularly good pizzeria.

08/02/2024: We ordered a plate of traditional pancakes with a slightly spicy tomato sauce and they were really delicious: super soft pancake dough accompanied by this exceptional sauce. Subsequently we ordered two pizzas: one with porcini mushrooms and sausage and the other raw. Very soft, light pizza dough with tasty, top quality ingredients. Highly recommended if you are from these areas.
