20/05/2025: Nice place, good food but really bad service. Even though we had a reservation they made us wait 40 minutes (it's okay on a Saturday night), if it weren't for the fact that we insisted and we probably would have waited even longer since the girl who welcomed us didn't want to seat us at a table because we had a supposed reservation and then didn't even show up, even though we had already been waiting for half an hour. After this long wait we finally sat down and were served, luckily the food was excellent and made up for the terrible and rude service of the waitress who clearly made it clear that she was annoyed by us, without a valid reason since at most we should have been the ones annoyed. At the end of the day I recommend it if you're not the kind of person who gives weight to the waiter's behavior.

05/04/2025: We had dinner in this place with some friends, you choose the meat at the counter and then it arrives at your table. We ordered a meat carpaccio (1 slice each), cheese and pepper meatballs (4/5 in number), saltimbocca, 2 steaks and 2 ribs. The products were good, except the saltimbocca which unfortunately did not arrive. There is also a wide selection of beers and wines. We only had a beer and some water. The service, probably because the place was full, was a little slow. The bill was €40 each. Quality products but low in quantity. I'm not saying I wanted to binge but I would have appreciated something more on this account. However, I will return, but only on a one-off basis because with €40 I would prefer a more complete dinner.

15/03/2025: Non lo consiglio. Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo mangiato poco pagando prezzi improponibili! Hanno inoltre sbagliato la comanda e confuso i piatti.

03/06/2025: Me and 3 other friends went to have a cocktail at this place, this DARK BROWN GIRL WITH A TATTOOED RIGHT ARM took the order, who obviously doesn't know how to approach the public yet, I had asked her kindly if she could bring 2 straws to my cocktail because I was going to split it with my friend and she arrogantly replied "we don't have straws, we don't serve them with cocktails!". Our cocktails arrived, including an Ugo Spritz served with a straw, and I had always kindly asked the guy who brought our order if he could bring 2 more straws and he had replied with yes of course, and she from behind said "I told you we don't have straws!", throughout the evening she constantly looked at our table to check if other employees had brought us the straws requested and glared at us. Nice place, good cocktails, shame about the arrogance and rudeness of this girl, little advice, first learn education and respect towards people, and then learn the job in question, if you don't know how to deal with the public change jobs, and maybe lock yourself in the office. I do the same job as you, and if I had behaved like that I would have already been fired

17/04/2025: Good quality of the aperitif products, 7 pieces including table service €10 but excluding the drink An aperitif of 7 pieces plus spritz cost €20.

31/05/2025: I went to the Massari sandwich shop in Polignano a Mare, my wife and I had 2 sandwiches with bekon and they served us raw pork belly, really disgusting, never stop there again

26/05/2025: The food was ok but the young lady serving there was terrible. She asked us higher prices then the ones on the menu displaced there. Totally inacceptable!

25/05/2025: Absolute Abzocke, man merkt schnell, dass die nur schnell Geld machen möchten. Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser aus Plastik. Essen mäßig gut.

21/06/2025: The lido makes me feel at home, I find the friendships that I have developed in these years that I have come here😁. The structure has qualified staff and is very attentive and for every request they are ready to find solutions of any kind. The management is always present and never leaves anything to chance. Feeling good here is priceless. The lido trampolino will always be in my heart ❤️

31/05/2025: Pistachio ice cream inedible. It tasted like flour with sugar in green. The staff serves it as if it were a punishment. A wafer that is supposed to be a decoration is inserted with a bare hand... A waste of money and taste buds. I advise avoiding it

10/06/2025: They sat us fairly quickly (10 minute wait), but the service once seated is slow and sporadic. It took almost 20 minutes to check in on us and offer drinks or bread. Once we placed the order, it took another 20+ minutes to get the food... BUT then you taste the food and forget the wait. It was very flavorful and delicious. The macaroni with sausage was great. The lobster fettuccine was delicious. The fish was most mid, but even that was good. Overall, go for the food and ambiance, not the service 😉

01/05/2025: La Taverna del Duca es acogedora y casual, perfecta para un almuerzo abundante. Nos sentamos afuera bajo los arcos encalados y comimos pasta hecha a mano con salchicha local y ricotta fuerte – rico, picante e inolvidable. El plato antipasto era masivo e incluía polenta frita, verduras a la parrilla y queso local. El servicio fue rápido y amable. Los precios eran muy justos (25 € – 30 € ) , y la comida era reconfortante y auténtica. Esta es una gran opción para una escapada de mediodía durante un recorrido a pie por el centro histórico. Me encantó el encanto de la tierra.
