30/09/2025: Everything was fantastic. The service was unbeatable. Very friendly. They explained each dish to us, and the presentation was an art in itself. We were very comfortable and a wonderful meal because everything we ordered was exquisite. The cod was extraordinary, the risotto, the desserts, everything.
I definitely recommend it.

The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other.
The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs.
About the chef... what can I say???!!!
A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities!

The menu is good, but it could use a little more attention to those with food intolerances, perhaps by offering the same dishes lactose-free instead of different, less appetizing options. 07/01/2026: I'll never tire of saying how Nuevo Mundo is my absolute favorite place in all of Foggia. It's my cozy place to spend wonderful, relaxing evenings, in the company of excellent, heart-warming dishes.
This time I ate with my vegetarian girlfriend, and the wonderful waitress Noemi—so kind and cheerful—did everything and more to make her dine at ease.
Nuevo Mundo, a piece of my heart that has never disappointed me, for over ten years ❤️

13/01/2026: In a rich and generous land like Puglia, having encountered such an experience was a total disappointment. In a nice and welcoming environment, one encountered arrogant and rude staff. The meat corresponded to the certificate provided on the menu but was pre-cooked and reheated—absolutely unacceptable. When the matter was clarified, the manager immediately started insulting the staff. Rude and unsuitable for the job. A place to absolutely avoid.

21/12/2025: Friendly and helpful staff in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Quality ingredients cooked to perfection, the chef is willing to modify or create dishes to suit your needs. We weren't the easiest table, but the staff were always smiling. Excellent value. In an era when quality is constantly declining, this place deserves the best. If you're in the area, you absolutely must try it.
