01/06/2025: This was one of the most elegant and delicious meals I’ve had in a long time. The octopus was incredibly tender and fresh, with a creamy cauliflower foam that was simply divine. The portion was generous and beautifully presented. I also had the Roman-style artichoke, so soft and flavorful, paired with a delicate sauce that brought everything together perfectly. The service was quick and gracious, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. I dined in their magical garden, surrounded by flowers, soft lighting, and the gentle scent of jasmine at the entrance. The atmosphere is the definition of refined relaxation. To top it all off, prices are more than fair for the quality. This place is a hidden gem.

The fantastic and well-kept environment contributed significantly to making the evening even more special. Every detail, from the furnishings to the soft lighting, conveyed a sense of harmony and attention, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. We opted for a culinary journey entirely dedicated to fresh fish, and each course was a celebration of the authentic flavors of the sea. The dishes, prepared with mastery and an evident love for the raw material, ranged from classics of Salento cuisine revisited with a touch of refinement, to original creations that enhanced the freshness of the ingredients. I remember each dish with particular pleasure! The cooking of the fish was impeccable, preserving its juiciness and delicate flavor. You could clearly taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in the preparation, elements that make the difference. The environment of the trattoria contributed significantly to this feeling of well-being. Far from the chaos, a pleasant tranquility reigned, interrupted only by the whisper of conversations and the clinking of glasses. The service was discreet and attentive, the staff courteous and available in recommending the dishes and in explaining the origin of the ingredients. 26/05/2025: We stopped for lunch with my partner, they offered us an appetizer with various local specialties, abundant and above all really tasty. First courses of homemade pasta and really tasty meats.

20/04/2025: Da Leo - una garanzia Se siete alla ricerca di un posto dove mangiare bene ogni sera senza mai stancarvi, questa paninoteca steak house è la scelta perfetta. Il menu è ampio e ben pensato: si spazia da panini ricchi e gustosi, preparati con ingredienti freschissimi, fino a tagli di carne di altissima qualità come la scottona e le fiorentine, cotte alla perfezione. L’ambiente è accogliente, il personale sempre cordiale e attento, e il servizio è veloce anche nei momenti più affollati. La carne è davvero il punto forte: tenera, saporita, servita calda e con contorni che ne esaltano il gusto. Anche i panini non sono da meno: porzioni generose, combinazioni creative e pane croccante al punto giusto. Una tappa fissa per chi ama mangiare bene senza spendere una fortuna. Consigliatissimo sia per una cena tranquilla che per una serata in compagnia. Non delude mai! Senza dimenticare le piadine sia salate sia dolci. Non ho fatto delle foto o dei video perchè tutte le volte che vado, penso più al cibo e alla compagnia che al telefonino

02/06/2025: A true taste discovery. This fusion takes you on a journey with finesse. Good wine cellar. New tiger rolls are to die for. Green Thai soba is good, but the pasta is a little undercooked. Ceviche is also good. Tiramisu revisited with a crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth biscuit. A must-do in Monopoli!

17/05/2025: I booked an online order via the app from the Monopoli branch that was supposed to arrive between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM. At 10:40 PM, after numerous calls to which I never received an answer, I called the Bari branch who kindly helped me contact the manager of the Monopoli branch. If you are not able to manage home deliveries, do not do them. However, the food was good.
