06/01/2025: Il locale non ha molto rispettato le aspettative... comunque i piatti erano accettabili, l'antipasto della casa ben presentato ma scarso, il primo mi è arrivato caldo ma gli gnocchi non erano ben legati con la salsina. Rivedrei un attimo le scelte in cucina e poi che prezzi non degni di ciò che viene somministrato

06/01/2025: Carta dei vini non presente, locale molto piccolo, trovato un capello nel piatto, forchetta sporca, antipasto misero, qualità dei prodotti scarsa. Sconsiglio il primo piatto “lagunari”.

07/01/2025: Visited in 2020: vintage bar to try as an aperitif, they also have passito.... but from Guagnano ;) update 2025: at Carlo's bar they are unique and rare, Andrea the waiter, always smiling and kind, can give you the best advice. The trighetti (pasta like bucatini but with a triangular section) with lupine clams and chopped prawns and toasted walnuts, excellent! As well as all the appetizers from the gratin mussels, to the fried cod and the inevitable broad beans and chicory, even the very fresh fried second course. Then for those who want a nice sandwich by the sea, Carlo's also has a small grocery store in addition to the bar, where you can indulge in various combinations. The catering part, however, can only be enjoyed in winter. In fact, in the summer period you go for an aperitif of land or sea, food shops and bars. There is also a small shop where you can find excellent taralli and typical local products. Don't forget that it is an obligatory stop while doing the Cammino del Salento!

Sia la pizza che la cucina regalo emozioni... questa volta ci hanno regalato anche una serata Karaoke che ricorderemo a lungo 🥰 Un consiglio: non perdetevi le pennette alla vodka e i sedani i ai crostacei!!!!

01/01/2025: Very positive experience. Venue with around twenty seats and minimal furnishings. The very young chef demonstrates remarkable creativity and mastery in the preparation and combination of ingredients, all of which are of the highest quality. We followed a course of 11 courses, all as usual in a starred restaurant, small in size and mostly oriented towards the vegetable sector (with the exception of one mackerel course and one quail course) and strongly linked to the territory. Like all research cuisines, satisfaction can certainly be subjective: personally I have to say that we really liked the whole experience, at such a level that it doesn't disappoint in the presence of those who already have two stars. Impeccable service, precise and without being "intrusive", and the preparation of the dining room staff regarding the ingredients and wines (very rich and intriguing list) is truly worthy of praise. Well done everyone, you have what it takes to aspire to even higher goals. And you deserve it because you convey the 3Ps: preparation, professionalism, passion. Very interesting general quality/price ratio.

30/09/2024: Definitely the best cafe in Polignano! Very friendly service (who remembers the tastes of individual customers), excellent cortnetti with delicious fillings, perfect coffee, great view from the garden. I love going back there. I recommend it to everyone!

12/01/2025: Corte dei Celestini è tappa fissa ogni volta che torno a Lecce. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. I piatti sono ottimi, abbondanti e per nulla scontati. Mangiare lì è un'esperienza che ogni volta non vedo l'ora di ripetere e che consiglio vivamente a tutti.
