24/07/2025: One of the best—if not the best—restaurants of its kind in Bari and its province! Truly good food, with a menu that balances tradition and originality, without ever going overboard. Quick and meticulously executed service. The atmosphere is truly distinctive, making the place aesthetically pleasing and unique. Returning to Pipes is always a pleasure, and I'm truly happy that Triggiano has such a place!

08/08/2025: ⸻ We visited this restaurant in Brindisi and had a truly excellent experience! We ate wonderfully: tasty dishes, carefully prepared, and generous portions. Special thanks to Tony, the waiter, who is friendly and approachable, and who immediately puts guests at ease with his kindness and professionalism. The food here is good, reasonably priced, and has a welcoming, authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended... and we'll definitely be back!

07/08/2025: Chosen by chance and we were very satisfied. Very friendly waiter and excellent food... We had a house appetizer and I must say we weren't expecting so much food (octopus, fava bean and chicory soup, bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, turnip, delicious and delicate meatballs in sauce, excellent parmigiana and I don't know if I forgot something because it was really so much hahaha. Afterwards we had tagliatelle with crab and red tagliatelle with sausage, cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese, everything really good. Finally a tiramisu with coffee and amaro. We were really very satisfied, we recommend it.

The menu offers fish, meat, pizza, and exceptional grilled fish, cooked to perfection. There's a wide selection of wines and the staff are friendly and very professional.

15/08/2025: Restaurant located in the center of Otranto, so you can easily digest everything after dinner while being captivated by the beauty of the center ✨. Spectacular seafood dishes (according to the people I was with). The menu also includes FANTASTIC meat dishes for those like me who don't like fish 🥲 (I recommend trying the bombette in the photo). Very attentive customer service, I thank the waiter who took our reservation and, despite the restaurant being packed so we decided to take a stroll nearby waiting for a seat, he called us back to let us know of a table that had just become available. And I thank the girl who served us at the table, very kind 😊

The staff was friendly and helpful, contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. Service was surprisingly quick, while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Recommended for both a casual dinner and a quiet evening in a charming setting. We'll be back!

18/08/2025: If you really want to eat top-notch Italian food, let them decide for you. We had several courses in small portions, but all were Michelin-star quality. It was delicious, with a very Italian touch. But you want to know what you're eating. And the dessert was sublime. Thanks for the gastronomic Italian evening, Nonna Maria!! And it's full of Italians, which usually means it's soooooooo good.

27/07/2025: Tornato ad Otranto dopo 12 anni, scelto questo locale per le recensioni. Abbiamo cenato benissimo, provato antipasti primi e pizze. Tutti di livello eccellente. I ragazzi ai tavoli gentilissimi e veloci nel servizio. Il prezzo onestissimo soprattutto se confrontato con gli standard a cui siamo abituati a Roma. Avendo ancora due settimane di vacanza torneremo sicuramente. Bravi a tutti e grazie ancora

11/08/2025: For those who want to taste the authentic Salento puccia, this is the place to go and a must-try. The puccia with pieces of horse meat is simply fabulous. The puccia dough is expertly made, and the pieces, for those who are connoisseurs, are exactly the kind you'd find made by Salento mothers. Spectacular. The prices are fair, and I'd say I would have even paid a few euros more for the quality. Highly recommended, and congratulations again to the owner of this corner of deliciousness.

25/06/2025: A Culinary Highlight of Our Apulian Journey We had the best dining experience of our entire trip in Apulia at La Cuccagna Giro di Vite in Crispiano. Everything from the service to the creativity of the dishes was exceptional. We started with the chef’s selection of six antipasti, a beautifully curated mix of local flavors—ranging from classic cold cuts to mini meatballs, fresh salads with seasonal vegetables, and other small delicacies that showcased the richness of the region. Each bite was a discovery. The rosé sparkling wine recommended by the staff—L’Archetipo Susumante—was a perfect pairing: fresh, elegant, and full of character. For the primi, we each chose one pasta dish, and the kitchen thoughtfully split and served both in two separate rounds so we could easily share and enjoy each one. The orecchiette with smoky aubergine and a trio of cherry tomatoes (green, yellow, and red) was vibrant and full of flavor. The paccheri filled with ricotta in a lamb and tomato sauce was rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced. To finish, we shared a house-made fig tart paired with a scoop of almond ice cream, topped with freshly grilled almonds—a perfect finale with freshness, texture, and just the right sweetness. This meal was not only delicious, but full of generosity, care, and soul—just like the ambiance of the restaurant. A must-visit if you’re in the area. Truly unforgettable.

08/08/2025: De la rue le restaurant ne paye pas de mine mais une fois dans le jardin on découvre un endroit charmant . Vous pouvez consulter le menu en français et le chef de la salle parle très bien français . Le personnel est charmant . La cuisine est typique de la région faite avec de très bon produits. Il n'y a pratiquement que des locaux aux tables se qui est un signe de bonne cuisine. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans un endroit charmant et accompagné par un personnel sympathique.
