A fabulous experience, Mr. Giovanni gave us excellent advice, excellent food, the various types of pasta were produced by them, I ate the orecchiette with a particular sauce, fabulous, even the first one eaten by my wife was excellent and plentiful, the digestive offered us an amaro made by them, very very good.

Surprising flavors in simplicity. An experience of genuine Gargano tastes, with a great friendly welcome.
We recommend among the starters "Le frivolezze del Gargano" (large variety of vegetable preparations) and the traditional first course "Laine Cicire e Baccalà" (tagliatelle with chickpeas and cod). Generous portions.

A pleasant surprise. Excellent dishes. The ravioli with mushrooms are really excellent. Great attention to detail, the staff also attentive in explaining the dishes. Excellent value for money. Congratulations really recommended.

A truly fantastic experience, being in this place is like being at home... starting from the welcome of the waiters you can already see the aspect of excellent cuisine from both LAND and SEA, with traditional and very innovative dishes including fish ..Chef ALDO VAIRA, who is the owner of this place, with his wife ISABELLA continues a story that has been going on for about 30 years, updating his culinary experience of the entire promontory from year to year... and finally there are excellent goodbyes with bitters and sweets offered by them.. I highly recommend...

Great place to eat. Good was delicious (scampi pasta, veal steak, grilled cheese, side dishes), wine also exquisite. The service - so welcoming and helpful. We received bruscetta „on the house” and cherry after the meal. The prices are great - quality-price ratio is amazing!!

What makes the "Ristorante Medioevo" one of the locations to try, and to return to, are 3 indisputable strong points. The excellent food where tradition and modernity come together in unique dishes, the service of the staff who is attentive to its customers, and the price which manages to be not excessive but honest. 5 stars all deserved, I recommend you try it.

Ogni volta che veniamo a Monte Sant'Angelo per visitare la Grotta di San Michele Arcangelo, la prima cosa che facciamo è prenotare il pranzo in questo ristorante.
Siete una conferma, gentilezza, pulizia, ottimo cibo, ottimo vino e dolci strepitosi.
Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto misto, composto da salumi e formaggi del territorio, favolosi.
Io poi ho preso una tagliata di carne strepitosa, i miei invece tagliatelle ai porcini gustosissime e una grigliata mista di carme, davvero mista. La ciliegina sulla torta è stato il dolce, un favoloso cheese cake alla nutella e insieme hanno portato granella di pistacchio e farina di cocco, io ho messo entrambi, wow che bontà. Alla prossima.
