se siete in zona fateci un salto la carne la scegli dal bancone frigo e loro la cucinano (meravigliosamente) alla brace, le tipiche bombette (in vari gusti) la salciccia i capocollo e gli gnummaredd (fegato a pezzi in rete di grasso di agnello) sono da leccarsi i baffi personale gentile e disponibile e il proprietario (macellaio) sa il fatto suo ed è molto simpatico... se ricapito in zona ci torno senza pensarci mezza volta.

Una certezza a Casalini ( o quando a Cisternino ci sono file troppo lunghe ai fornelli/bracerie. Tutto buono, semplice. Ogni tipo di carne alla griglia, contorni classici verdure/patate. Prezzo contenuto qualità ottima. Che vuoi di più? Un amaro lucano? Ce l’hanno!

8 of us booked, determined to eat only meat. Excellent quality/price. Right serving times, and the meat is served a little at a time, or rather by type of meat chosen, so that it can be enjoyed piping hot. The little things that make the difference: the pittule and focaccia offered by the owner as well as the tart with homemade jam (SPECTACULAR) We will definitely return and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Super meat! We went to this barbecue restaurant which delighted our palates with its wonderful delicacies. Aside from the freshness of the meat, we found the staff attentive and very kind. The bombette are something indescribable, the meat is tender and super tasty but the vegetables, both grilled and in oil, are also very good. If you find yourself in the Itria valley, don't hesitate to stop in this place
