Regarding the meat, this time we didn't find the usual excellent meat. Especially the capocollo, which was fatty and flavorless. It was probably just a bad day.

Fantastic experience! I visited Macelleria Braceria Soleti in Cisternino and was absolutely thrilled. The meat is exceptional, top-quality, and cooked to perfection. I really appreciated how each type of meat is served at just the right time: this way, it's always hot and perfectly cooked, without getting cold. The fries and grilled vegetables were also delicious and perfectly prepared. Special thanks to all the staff, always smiling, helpful, and extremely kind: they truly make you feel at home. I highly recommend this experience to anyone passing through Cisternino. I can't wait to return!

Very good. We really enjoyed the experience. For a short time, wasps appeared and some people panicked, but it was nothing serious; they were just looking for meat.
The local wine was also very good, both the white and the red.
I recommend the place. Very authentic.

Dinner with cousins, a beautiful location among the olive trees, friendly and smiling staff. Here you order your meat at the counter and it's cooked and served at your table.
My rating is 4 out of 5 simply because the diaphragm was sold out when we arrived (and I couldn't wait to eat). We had a sausage and rib-eye steak. The meat was cooked excellently. The quality of the ingredients was very good for a very reasonable price. I recommend it to everyone!! We'll be back ;)
