15/03/2026: Your first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant is unforgettable. And indeed, it was a long-awaited, sought-after experience, worth experiencing and sharing as much as possible. It's impossible not to give this experience five stars, for several reasons. The first is the attention and care shown to everything that surrounds you from the moment you enter this splendid stone structure located opposite Trani Castle. This alone would merit my five-star review. The service is meticulously meticulous, not excessive, but very important. The menu and its courses are therefore difficult to describe because they really must be experienced, savored, and understood. There's a blend of Puglian tradition, present throughout the entire gastronomic journey, and gourmet innovation. All the pairings are very balanced. Personally, I really enjoyed, in addition to the homemade bread, the risotto with herring and mackerel with caviar. It's flavorful and excellently balanced. The wine list is very impressive, reflecting a high-quality cellar. Of course, we're in a Michelin-starred restaurant, so the prices are reasonable, but ultimately, you have to remember that you're enjoying a taste experience, not just a simple meal. Congratulations.

08/12/2025: Unique. After making my baby's baptism special in 2023 by impressing our guests, my birthday was equally special, this time with catering. The food arrived hot and perfectly arranged. We thought we'd ordered too little, but the guests were thrilled because there was truly an incredible amount of food and variety. Highly recommended. Infinite thanks to the owner, Antonio.

29/12/2025: We happened upon this place by chance with a group of friends after a lovely tour of the trulli. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Francesco, who, with great warmth and knowledge, recommended a good Primitivo wine (we ended up drinking three bottles). The appetizers (fritters, pickled vegetables, cheeses, salami, and capocollo from Martina Franca) were all excellent. So if you want to drink good wine in a nice place accompanied by delicious appetizers, Paco Wines is the place to go.

31/12/2025: The carbonara was just okay, but the appetizers really stood out—especially the octopus herb frittata and the vegetable herb frittata. The staff were amazing: incredibly kind and friendly throughout the meal. We ordered the steak as well, which was pretty good. For dessert, we had the tiramisu and chocolate soufflé, and both were great, with the tiramisu being the clear standout.

30/01/2026: Fantastic dinner with friends. We had all kind of fish appetizers and a main course plus a selection of desserts. Everything was very very good and the fish was very fresh. Service was excellent and friendly. I'll come again for sure!

The dinner was sublime, starting with the appetizers, a treat for the palate, and continuing with the delicate yet persistent first course. The second courses were an explosion of flavors, both the lamb and the cooked veal. The inevitable dessert was a must... In short, you have to try it to understand. Compliments to the chef and his team.

09/12/2025: The location is very unique. The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault. Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored. The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

20/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience. The place is well-kept and welcoming. Ms. Antonella welcomed us warmly and attentively without being intrusive. We tried the appetizer of mortadella and focaccia, the braised pork, and finally the tiramisu (I've attached photos that will speak for themselves 🤤). I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients. Excellent balance of flavors and adequate portions. Ms. Antonella, while we waited for our dishes, delighted us with seeded bread and homemade taralli, truly delicious. A restaurant I recommend and will gladly return to.

We appreciated that the appetizers were served one at a time, so we could savor them without having too many flavors in our mouths right away. The pettole, served several times during the appetizer service, were truly spectacular. The food is undoubtedly high-quality and expertly prepared. I highly recommend a stop.

The slow-cooked pork ribs caramelized in vincotto were wonderful, and the amberjack carpaccio with orange reduction was perfect. Dessert: the lemon parfait with pieces of impressive lemon zest.
