The only flaw with Michelin-starred restaurants is the wine prices, which are inadequate and overpriced. I would have paid more for dinner but definitely less for the wine. I don't like this business.

10/10/2025: There's a place in Trani called Quintessenza that we Apulians should visit at least once in our lives. It speaks of our roots, of family strength, and of respect for nature. It was incredible to see how a mackerel, a notoriously underrated fish, or how a few arugula leaves thoughtfully placed on a plate, or even a sponge cake soaked in oil, can make one's soul reflect on who we are and how we should respect what nature offers us every day. The journey isn't just about food, but also about the soul, which the chef and his brothers bring out with every course of the tasting menu. If you're looking for an experience where your brain struggles to comprehend what's happening in your mouth, go there—you won't regret it. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for the experience!

09/10/2025: What a hidden gem this place is. We found it by chance and ate there on two evenings. The food was superb and the service and atmosphere really friendly and welcoming. If you’re ever in Mola Di Bari please seek this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

21/09/2025: New Year's Eve and still more than good. We've been here regularly this year too, and we were treated like good friends. The service was perfect, and the food and drinks were outstanding. Here begins last year's review: We've been here twice now, and each time the service was perfect down to the last detail (even an extra bowl for the olive pits with our drinks), the Il Pugliese DOC and Bruschetta Italia were plentiful, delicious, and addictive, and the drinks and wines were highly recommended. The location at the gateway to the old town has a great atmosphere. Each time, it's been hard to leave. We'll definitely stop here next time we're in Peschici.

Prices are average for the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship, and the warm homemade bread is worthy of praise. The only flaw is the wine list, which is too extensive and difficult to manage, and the portions of the first courses could be a bit more generous. Overall, a place worth trying, with friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, and professional staff. Interesting non-alcoholic cocktails to try, and a very interesting watermelon carpaccio. 11/10/2025: Chapter 1 ​This morning I woke up early, at 12:00, with a sadness in my heart, wounded by the discovery that my girlfriend's name isn't Anna Giulia, but MARIOOO... 🤔🤔 I immediately took a car with driver to Polignano. ​Chapter 2 ​Walking through the alleys of this beautiful seaside village, among couples in love and elderly people with Parkinson's, I found myself in a "long non-place"... My prostate problem led me to this magical place with an incredible restroom. 😍 ​Chapter 3 ​After the moment of ecstasy, I found myself sitting at a table in this delightful little place: "Mint ❤️". ​Chapter 4 ​The first bottle of bubbles. ​Chapter 5 ​The restroom. ​Chapter 6 ​The second bottle of bubbles. Chapter 7 I ate some incredible food... everything was delicious. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Chapter 8 I asked for the owner's phone number. Chapter 9 I went out with Pako... who I don't know. 😅😅 He claims to be my missing son. But that's another story. The end.

11/10/2025: If you're in Polignano and want to eat and drink well, in a welcoming, convivial atmosphere that makes you feel suspended in time, then you absolutely must try Fabrizio's cuisine at Mint. Liù is a true hostess, welcoming and pampering you as if you were her favorite guest! Thank you for the delicious experience! See you next time! PS. The cacio e pepe cheesecake, the octopus with Fe, and the dark chocolate dessert were WORLDWIDE!

The chef enriched an already rich menu of iconic and historic dishes with a masterful balance of flavors, adding many surprises. An unforgettable experience at a local restaurant that has been awarded a Michelin star.

30/09/2025: What an outstanding restaurant. Not what I expected in Mola Di Bari, would expect this type of restaurant in a large city and I believe it would be very successful. We didn’t really know what to expect when we visited as we hadn’t looked at the menu, we were VERY VERY pleasantly surprised by the menu, the service, the setting and everything about our experience. Our only disappointment is that we only discovered Parla Paino on the Sunday before we returned home. We would have visited on the Monday too, but they were closed. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, it was truly amazing! If Parla Piano was in a big city, I would expect to pay €200-300 for the quality of this setting, service and food! I’ve paid a lot more than that in London and the food has been nowhere near as good as Parla Piano! Please keep up the good work.

16/10/2025: On Sunday, we had lunch with friends who were visiting us from Udine. We were thrilled with the quality, abundance, and variety of the appetizers, as well as the first and second courses. The staff was very kind and attentive. Antonio once again amazed us and our friends. I highly recommend it.
