27/04/2025: Menu choice: classics. My first comment is that this is one of our best starry dinners ever: for the refinement of the raw materials and of some ingredients which enhanced the overall taste of the dish (in the leavened products, in the choice of shellfish and fish, in the dessert), for the preparation of the dishes (the marvelous grilling of the red snapper), for the combination of flavours, for the abundance of the dishes (not at all a given for a starry one), for the care of the location (the plasters and sanitary pads for women available in the bathroom), out of attention towards guests (feeling like guests, and not customers). A particular mention goes to the care with which some dishes were revisited and curated for the presence of a pregnant guest, without their "quintessential" nature being distorted. Thank you for the care you have dedicated to us. Thank you for the experience you gave us.

22/05/2025: Abundant, simple, but tasty food. Truly interesting cutting boards and tasty bruschetta. All accompanied by a good Apulian craft beer. Attentive and helpful service. Under an ancient tower... simply good.

05/05/2025: We were welcomed warmly by the owner. The atmosphere was very comfortable with an intimate setting. The spritz were delicious, as were the entrees of trout salad and grilled tuna. The tuna dish was one of the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Desserts were delightful. Vegan options were available. We are from the Mississippi Gulf Coast where grilled tuna and trout dishes are a mainstay and these were exceptional. The Chef visited our table and Hostess/Owner was very gracious. 15/05/2025: I ordered the steak another guest had and the waitress accidentally ordered the wrong one. However, the owner noticed right away and without saying anything they brought me the steak I actually wanted. It was an above and beyond experience!! Everyone was super kind to me and the food was simply spectacular, so, if you’re in town and get the chance to come and eat here, do it. I assure you that you won’t regret it. It was amazing.
