10/06/2026: After three visits, I wanted to give this place another chance, hoping to spot some improvements or details I had previously overlooked. Unfortunately, I have to confirm my previous impressions. The experience began with a cecina that looked good on the outside but was completely raw on the inside. This is a significant flaw for a dish that should have a uniform consistency and be cooked properly throughout. Pizza is certainly a product that leaves room for subjective taste, but what struck me most was the perceived quality of the ingredients, which I found fell short of expectations. The combinations were under-appreciated, and the ingredients lacked any particular freshness or character. The burger was the most disappointing aspect of the dinner: the bread was excessively soft and lacking in structure, the ingredients were assembled without a clear flavor harmony, and a creamy sauce presented as a distinctive element that, however, did not add value to the dish. The roast potatoes seemed carelessly prepared, with a texture and flavor that recalled a non-fresh preparation. The cured meats were average, with no particular merits or flaws, while the fried food arrived excessively greasy, a sign of poor frying. Overall, considering the quality-price ratio, the experience was unsatisfactory. When you choose to dine out, you expect attention to the ingredients, meticulous execution, and a certain consistency between price and final result: elements that, in my opinion, were lacking here. For this reason, I'm unlikely to return. I would, however, like to highlight one positive aspect: the service. The staff was courteous, attentive, and quite quick in processing orders and serving the table. This is certainly an appreciable aspect, but unfortunately, alone isn't enough to compensate for the shortcomings encountered in the food.

07/06/2026: I had a dinner with a large group of people and we were treated like shit by the disrespectful, slow, and uninterested waiters. The only good thing was the appetizer; everything else was awful. For 30 people, only seven pizzas were served, and they weren't even good, they were cold. Bread was requested several times and never arrived, with outrageous apologies. The portions, including drinks and food, were ridiculous. I will never return to this place, because if I have to go out to dinner, I want to relax and not feel sick all night; especially considering I'm paying €700 at the end of the evening.

24/12/2025: A charming and surprisingly interesting place. Excellent and fast service. Delicious and tasty pizza and focaccia dough. Try the cecina: extraordinary.

24/12/2025: A historic restaurant in Pisa, and in my opinion, the best cecina in the city...and not only that, the menu offers a wide selection of schiacciatine for all tastes, as well as pizza. Highly recommended.

28/01/2026: Excellent place, after the bad news of its closure at the end of the year, the good news is that it's reopening with a truly talented chef from Casoli, apparently, along with the help of Rita and, I hope, the old staff, who are truly brilliant. It would have been a shame if it hadn't happened.

18/05/2026: I'd like to start my review by saying BRAVA to the owner... She makes you feel at home, she's very kind and always smiling, and the waitress is always attentive and very nice... It's located in the center of Chiusi... a typical Tuscan restaurant with tables on the main pedestrian street... For our first course, we had Pici all'aglione, and I was disappointed because they were undercooked and lacking in seasoning. For our second course, we had Tagliata, which was nothing to complain about, very good, and then the tiramisu, which was also good... A glass of Tuscan red... About 40 euros per person. Happy?... Even though the pici weren't great, yes, I'm happy.

03/06/2026: Simplicity, tradition, and a lot of substance! Tommaso's Pizzeria Polla never disappoints. Exceptional warm focaccia paired with excellent cured meats, excellent pizza, and superb sliced ​​steak cooked in a wood-fired oven. The rustic and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for unwinding and enjoying a delicious meal at a reasonable price. A well-deserved five-star rating! 🍕🥩🔥

22/03/2026: I went to this place because I asked for information on where to eat a good pizza in San Sepolcro and they told me to go here. Pulcinella's secret is a small but welcoming place, like the good and friendly owner. I ate the real Neapolitan pizza that I had been missing for a long time. It's really special. Mainly the pizza is takeaway but inside there are three tables where you can eat on the spot. Everything is really special. Well done 10+👍 I forgot to say that the wallet pizzas are a delight😋

27/01/2026: This place needs to be shut down. Microwaved food and rude owner. I should have checked the reviews before I went here. Guy was so rude he made me cry. Look at the other responses from the owner. He doesn’t care or is concerned about his business. His own defense is calling customers who experience bad service are 'fake and liars.’ He is fake and a liar. I will never come here again.

27/12/2025: This was my first time here. The restaurant has a chill vibe, the staff are lovely, and it feels like a local eatery. There's Wi-Fi, but no fans or air conditioning; it gets really hot if you're in the mood. The service was welcoming, the staff were friendly and smiling, and they even offered food recommendations (if you're unsure what to eat or what kind of food you like). The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. I'm happy with the restaurant. It was a really nice experience.

12/06/2026: My hubby and I had a great meal at this lively and fun filled pizzeria. We went on a Friday night and the place was packed with families and couples. The owner/host made us feel welcome and we ordered the fried stuffed olives and mozzarella to start. Delicious.!! Then came 2 faboulous pizzas and wine. The pizzas were great!!! Sadly, we had no room for dessert. The staff worked well together, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

11/06/2026: The waitress who served us was rather unfriendly; she seemed unwilling to serve us because she couldn't understand us in our broken Italian, English, or Spanish. We asked for fries with side dishes, and she didn't even notice. The pizzas are very good, typical Italian thin-crust pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, like the ones you can get at any Tagliatella restaurant, which really bring back the authentic taste of Italy. The place is nice, with parking nearby. I can't comment on the hotel because I didn't stay there; this review is for the restaurant. It's inexpensive, but the food is quite good.

23/05/2026: Our favorite place. Pizzerias like this are becoming rarer and rarer. Giovanni is a true artist of pizza and leavened products. Together with Oksana and the rest of the staff, he manages to make this pizzeria a place where you truly feel like you're receiving service delivered with passion and attention. An experience you're more than happy to pay for. For us, it's the best in Pisa, hands down. (We've been to them all)

18/05/2026: What can I say: Scandicci's grill is an institution for meat lovers. Excellent food, carefully selected meats that change constantly, and friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend it. Try it and believe it.

16/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria just steps from our accommodation. We ate there twice in four days. A very friendly welcome with a complimentary prosecchino, excellent and generous portions, and very reasonably priced! Thank you again for your hospitality and a special thank you to the waitress who walks from the Stibbert Museum to the restaurant.
