31/01/2026: Really good pizza. 😋😋 We also had the fried pizza 😋 for an appetizer and a fantastic baba 🤤 to finish the meal. I highly recommend it. As a Prato native, I have to admit I'd never been here, and I'm sorry. I'll definitely make up for lost time. Very informal atmosphere. The dining areas are separate from the main office. There's no cover charge because everything is disposable. Only two tips: make sure there's a supply of paper napkins in the dining areas and perhaps find a pre-heated area. 25/03/2026: We celebrated my dad's birthday at this restaurant, which he had previously tried himself a few weeks earlier. They have both a meat and fish menu (the meat menu is closely tied to Tuscan culinary tradition, especially that of the area). I had a mixed crostini (eight in all!) for an appetizer, macaroni amatriciana and cavolo nero for the first course, mutton skewers and fried artichokes for the second course, and finally I treated myself to dessert: a fondant-filled tart. Everything was wonderfully excellent, with generous portions and prices in line with the elegant and welcoming location. They don't have a wine list because the whites are displayed in refrigerators, while the reds are in a real refrigerated wooden cellar, which is worth a look even if you don't order wine; which, of course, we did. Impeccable, friendly service and attentive customer service; we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, especially for those seeking a culinary experience typical of these areas and the province of Florence.
