From the service carried out exclusively by competent and very professional women.
A refined environment that allows you to enjoy a good dinner away from home.
A bit of very light background music is the best
We tried the truly remarkable Piciaccia, the next one will be the pizza and suggested by my wife we will try a cocktail.
The products used are of high quality and can be felt at first taste.

03/01/2025: We often return here after holidays in Elba to indulge in one last gastronomic indulgence before the long journey home. Today superlative spaghetti with amberjack, slice of grilled amberjack, kind and attentive service, bill proportionate to the quality.. Always nice to come back here.
02/01/2025: A good restaurant with a diverse range of dishes. Everything really tastes good here. I particularly liked the pizza. The desserts were also very tasty. Thank you!

30/11/2024: Locale rinnovato anche se alla vecchia maniera, atmosfera confortevole. Specialità Ravioli e Tortelli..pasta sottile e liscia. Personalmente amo quelli di pasta spessa e ruvida ma devo dire che sono ottimi anche cosí...molto belli anche alla vista. Ragú migliorabile, un po troppo olio. Assaggiata anche pizza e salumi, molto validi.
Prezzi onestissimi.

11/11/2024: Dopo 2 mesi di attesa, finalmente abbiamo potuto assaggiare il loro famosi tortelli.
L'ambiente è un po spartano ma accogliente, menù casereccio e ampio.
Noi abbiamo scelto i tortelli di patate con porcini e con sugo di anatra, ottimi! Ma i nostri preferiti sono stati i ravioli ricotta e spinaci con burro e salvia, davvero spettacolari...pasta sottile e ripieno cremosissimo!
Complimenti...siamo tornati a casa felici!

02/11/2024: They were incredibly kind and helpful! The pizzeria was full but since we were staying in the same street and too tired to be around any longer they prepared it for us on the spot to take away and it was EXTRA GOOD! If you are planning a trip to Pisa, mark this pizzeria among the places to "visit" and book in advance because like all places where you eat well it is always full!

01/12/2024: And now an update. We returned, as usual when my son Bernardo comes from Veneto with his family, to the Torrione. By now they know which wine 🍷 we drink. Never a disappointment! Highly recommendable. Excellent pizza with porcini mushrooms and fresh truffle. And Ilenia, the managers' daughter, is a family member for us. Go there, then let me know if I wasn't right. I'm sure you will thank me

23/12/2024: Very slow service, average and heavy pizza. High prices for what they offer. Not recommended.
15/12/2024: I believe that there is a way and way of treating the customer (with small children) and that of the owner is certainly not the right one.
The off-menu should be written instead of spending 10 minutes listing all the various courses.
I don't think we'll ever set foot in it again, not recommended.
