12/06/2025: Passi il fatto che è in mezzo alla frazione, quindi non c’è né vista né manco la sensazione di essere in un rifugio. Siamo stati lì dopo aver prenotato, ma quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che c’era posto solo fuori sotto una piccola pioggerella. Nonostante questo, abbiamo voluto ordinare, ma ci hanno portato l’acqua dopo 40 minuti, e metà dei piatti in menù non erano disponibili. Volevamo la polenta col cervo, ma ci hanno detto che era finita. Abbiamo pensato che poteva capitare, salvo che un quarto d’ora dopo ce l’hanno portata, però portandoci lo via dopo 30 secondi perché si sono accorti che non era per noi. Abbiamo ordinato quello che c’era e ce ne siamo andati. L’ultima sorpresa al momento del conto, dove ci hanno fatto pagare, ed è l’unico locale nel territorio, l’acqua naturale che prendono dalla fontana. Non torneremo mai più, sconsigliatissimo.

27/05/2025: Sono stato per pranzo, posto bello, tavoli esterni coperti con gazebo ed ombrelloni. Cibo e Servizio così così.......i gestori NON sono italiani ma probabilmente svizzeri o altro e la cucina ne risente. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti a piccoli taglieri dove c'era: - ottimo assaggio di 3 tipi di formaggi locali diversi - 6/7 fette di salame crudo abbastanza interessante (andrebbe spellato prima) - 2 fette di un impensabile salame cotto tipo wurstel - della pancetta buona, ma tagliata a pezzettini stile "carbonara"....ma anche no - 2 contenitori tipo pannino da caffè con hummus )comprato) e marmellata di mele (buona) - 1 ciotolina tipo caffè con della giardiniera buona Dicoiamo che l' antipasto era ok tranne che per il "simil-wurstel" Poi abbiamo preso: - 2 polenta pasticciata e funghi...la polenta era ok, il formaggio insapore ed i funghi veramente scarsi (champignon) ....la polenta pasticciata è un' altra cosa - 1 polenta con formaggio fuso che era identica a quanto sopra senza funghi - 1 brasato con polenta....il brasato era più simile a un bollito...insapore e duro. Acqua, bibita, vino e caffè abbiamo speso circa 25 euro a testa: non è molto ma non è nemmeno poco visto la qualità di quanto servito. Insomma c'è ancora MOLTO da imparare se si vuole proporre cibo che non sia troppo saporoso di nord-europa.

29/05/2025: Very good artisanal ice cream. You can really taste it. However, it's still relatively expensive for Italy because the cones are very small and industrial.

25/05/2025: Finally a lactose-free ice cream with special and delicious flavors! I tried the "ricotta and caramelized figs" and I fell in love! Very kind and helpful staff, friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend it to those who, like me, suffer from lactose intolerance and want to enjoy a delicious ice cream far from the usual flavors ♥️

04/05/2025: Small but well-kept pastry shop a stone's throw from the lake, the desserts looked very inviting even though I didn't taste them so I can only give an evaluation to the pretzels that I purchased, crunchy and tasty, the owner is professional.

03/07/2025: I had a pizza with a crust. A bad copy of a crust, the dough wasn't cooked and the filling wasn't that great.

06/01/2025: I passed by by chance. Located near golf courses near the woods. Very beautiful and very suggestive, especially after a snowfall. I was there on Christmas Eve. Eaten very well with a simple but well -kept service. The environment is relaxing and warm. I will definitely return in the warmer months. Compliments !!

12/06/2025: The food is delicious. The Milanese is excellent. I don't recommend the pasta with pesto, but that's because it had too much garlic for my taste. The croquettes and pasta carbonara were good. The atmosphere is cool but a bit noisy since the children's area is very close to the tables. This is worth considering if you prefer a quieter environment. I do recommend it; it's good service and prompt service.

24/05/2025: Typical tavern, with a rustic setting. We dined outside in a pleasant and well-kept environment. The service was really good, the waitress was empathetic and kind and very willing to explain the dishes. Mixed fish carpaccio: fresh fish, well presented and with delicate flavors. Paccheri with white duck ragù: good but the flavor was a bit unbalanced, the gamey taste of the duck was too strong and it lacked that extra touch to make the dish tastier. Amberjack on a bed of lamb's lettuce: a successful dish, amberjack with a thin crust, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, tasty. Mixed fried fish: good and plentiful. The tiramisu deserves a special mention with 10 and honors, really very good. Since the tavern is also a pizzeria, we will definitely return to try their pizza cooked in a wood oven. Good value for money

16/05/2025: Great place, very nice and clean. Very good pizza, very varied and quality cuisine. Beer prices are too high, they don't have draft beer.

03/05/2025: Locale estremamente caratteristico, con un’atmosfera calda, arredato con tantissimi cimeli della vita contadina. Si respira tradizione in ogni angolo meravigliosi pizzoccheri, sublime il petto d’anatra e lo stinco di agnello anche la cotoletta alla milanese che ha mangiato nostro figlio era eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!

29/06/2025: Very few dishes on the menu and you expect excellence, instead everything anonymous and tasteless. Then if you are in Val Vigezzo at the Swiss restaurant and they offer you friarielli and amatriciana, your arms literally drop. Nice place but the cuisine totally needs to be reviewed.
