02/11/2024: Prima visita in occasione di una ricorrenza. Locale nel centro di Toceno, non facilissimo da trovare. Ambiente curato, servizio impeccabile, buona preparazione da parte del personale( provenienza scolastica “alberghiero”?). Che dire: piatti curatissimi, ottime materie prime, attenzione per il cliente. Noi abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione, con 3 calici di vino di qualità il costo è sui 140€ per 2 persone, corretto per quanto servito. Consigliatissimo.

05/10/2024: Fantastico e intimo ristorante nel cuore di Toceno. Accogliente ed elegante, gestito da due ragazzi molto giovani ma estremamente preparati e cordiali, il ristorante si presenta molto bene ma senza esagerazione. Il servizio molto attento e cordiale, menu superlativo, diverso dal solito ristorante di montagna. Piatti davvero molto ben presentati, si vede che il livello è superiore rispetto ad altri posti della zona. Prezzi molto competitivi nonostante la classe del posto, presumo per attirare una vasta gamma di clienti. Mossa azzeccatissima! Personalmente lo consiglio vivamente, è un'esperienza che ricorderò per molto tempo, e mi fà venir voglia di tornare per provare altri piatti!

It was late in the afternoon so we were the only guests, but they took great care of us. The food and wine were fabulous - everything we could have hoped for in a quaint little restaurant. Highly recommend!

11/03/2025: Since I've been there once on the recommendation of a friend, I come back whenever I can: dinner and holidays. For lunch on opening weekdays, first course, second course, very generous and tasty, wine and coffee for only €12. Everyone satisfied, family and friends.

21/02/2025: Usually the second time in a place leaves a little disappointed, especially after a few years. Instead, here, the excellent impression of the first time was confirmed. The food is excellent, typical local dishes with the right portions, you can enjoy a succulent grilled or fried trout from the property's pond. Large spaces for ceremonies and a place immersed in peace. Excellent service, and very fair bill.

03/02/2025: Breakfast as a couple. Well-stocked pastry shop, decor that I sincerely appreciated, wonderful. Very good brioches and a large variety of cakes, quality coffee. Friendly owners available and very nice. Our dog Rocky, a little French bully lost in love, greets you with lots of love! A hug, we'll be back soon!

06/01/2025: Ho preso il 30 dicembre torta di compleanno per mio figlio di 10 anni.. Partiamo dal nome scritto male, per arrivare al fatto che non era affatto come richiesta...doveva avere uno strato di crema chantilly e uno di cioccolato ,invece era chantilly con qualche goccia di cioccolato ..la crema si distaccava dal Pan di spagna che era completamente asciutto .. torta affatto buona purtroppo! Peccato perché i pasticcini e monoporzione tiramisù che avevo assaggiato invece erano buoni... Ha deluso nostre aspettative,non lo consiglio , è stata tutta un errore la torta

14/03/2025: A really good dinner. Excellent raw materials, an honest quality/price ratio. The service was extremely courteous, the dishes served at a correct pace (neither too fast nor slow). If I were to return to Verbania I would more than happily stay here again. Advised!

02/02/2025: Cozy and clean rooms. Very nice to wake up with the cows roaming in the field in front of your room. The food is excellent. We tried different restaurant in Domodossola area but no comparison with the homemade food served here. It’s authentic and genuine. We loved it.

23/01/2025: Welcoming place, you eat very well, and in quantity too. Highly recommended. It also does the menu of the day. There are no architectural barriers, and the toilets are also suitable for disabled people.

14/03/2025: The menu is not suitable for those who are glutamate intolerant. They use the dice in the first ones. When paying at the cash desk we are asked if we enjoyed our stay, it's a shame that we had several problems. The first, the use of stock cubes, in a place that apparently seems to have a menu with home cooking. At that point we were verbally attacked by the gentleman behind the counter, who after a few minutes called us arrogant. At this point I pointed out that even the carbonara ordered was not at all that dish, raw bacon (not bacon), cream and the pasta rising in a block from the plate. We were yelled at to leave and not come back since we don't like the food. I assume that the gentleman behind the counter was the owner, who was not a good host at all.

16/02/2025: Locale stile anni 70 , con tante cianfrusaglie al muro e ovunque, i camerieri sono molto gentili, ma non basta a salvare un pranzo con tagliatelle al ragù salatissimo , pescato di lago ( quasi sicuramente congelato ) in cui inseriscono a piacimento del cuoco , coscette di rana mai ordinate😞……per concludere : crocchette di patate 🥔 straunte e carbonizzate .PS 3/4 del cibo non è stato mangiato 😢
