Il Burchiello In Verbania

Excellent risotto with porcini mushrooms. Very good vitello tonnato. Perfect meal.

The food was very simple, and we actually found it a bit overpriced, even for this area. The orange salad was great. Service was average.

A very nice terrace on the first floor, and very friendly and charming service. The fresh pasta and fish dishes are particularly good. The portions are generous; it's hard to manage three full courses. Ideally, therefore, starters and side dishes are shared. We had the eggplant timbale and the mussels as starters, and both were very aromatic. The kitchen also prepares meat excellently. A particularly positive aspect is that many wines are available by the glass, so you can try more. We enjoyed the hospitality several times.

Wir haben mit 9 Personen spontan einen Platz für ein Abendessen gesucht und landeten Gott sei Dank hier. Netter Empfang, freundlicher und schneller Service. Und vom Essen waren alle begeistert... ob es die Forelle zur Vorspeise oder die Spaghetti Chitarra oder die Papardelle waren - alles frisch und appetitlich angerichtet. Unbedingt Platz für eine Nachspeise lassen!

Eravamo in visita a Villa Taranto ed abbiamo deciso di fare una passeggiata lungo la ciclabile che porta fino a Pallanza. Una bella camminata poco più di 2km. Arrivati davanti al locale abbiamovisto i tavolini a bordo lago,Un po perplessi perchè sulla strada, ma l'ombra, la vista di Stresa e l'appetito ci ha fatto prendere la decisione senza andare a vedere altri locali. La scelta è stata ottima, prezzo è qualità perfettamente in linea. Piatti ben cucinati e materia prima ottima . Abbiamo preso due antipasti, e due primi, . entrambi ottimi (vedi foto) . Alcuni primi fatta in casa anche la pasta, ottimi i dolci. Dopo aver mangiato abbiamo fatto ancora due passi lungo piazz Garibaldi, ed alla fine il Burchiello ci è sembrato il meno "turistico", il menu è composto di pochi piatti e non 30 o 40 come gli altri ... Consigliato.
