13/03/2025: I have to praise this place and the wonderful Djani. From the warm welcome, service and pleasant atmosphere, everything was really wonderful. I would like to thank the entire team of the restaurant. Everything we ate was fantastic, as well as what we drank 😀 Lasagna, Pasta with broccoli, Focaccia with tomatoes and olives, Tiramisu cake and a wonderful cake with cherries. Wine 👌🏻

11/03/2025: Very busy place. My table was front of the stairs where people were coming in and out, and I couldn’t relax. The local guide from walking tour recommended this restaurant, but the food was ok.

03/03/2025: Let's not even talk about the quality of the food, it looked like a prison canteen. Dishes that smelled empty, I can't imagine where they wash the dishes. Owner who doesn't greet you and doesn't even thank you when you go to the cashier to pay. Rating 0

04/12/2024: Il Vicoletto est pour nous un lieu incontournable de Stresa lorsque nous recherchons une trattoria familiale de qualité. Tout y est frais et savoureux. L'accueil est chaleureux et bien loin de la médiocrité des restaurants de la Piazza Cadorna.

07/11/2024: Nice small place, massive wine list. Only negative was the over the top €3pp cover charge, and the possibility of recycling the "bread in the bag". That looks suspicious.

11/03/2025: In the counter area it has the feel of the small pub on our street. There is plenty of space in the back area and terrace. The portions are large and... Prices small. Yesterday I had an excellent fish platter that I can recommend. Bon appetit!

05/01/2025: In a group of 7 friends we stayed at Cecilia's. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. For dinner they always offered a varied menu, of local products, at a great price, with a fast and very warm service (the very friendly Roman waitress). Abundant buffet breakfast and always of excellent quality. Mrs. Paola very helpful. In general excellent stay, highly recommended!

05/11/2024: Good food, nice location, but the prices are exaggerated... I don't question the prices of the dishes so much, because if the food is of quality they are also good (Even if the quantity is really "right")... There was no possibility of choosing bulk wine, you can't find anything under €29 for the bottles and the glasses are from €6 and up, I find them a little expensive, but even that is still acceptable given that they were of excellent quality anyway, we we tried two whites. But charging €2.50 for a 470ml bottle of water I think is theft... I'm sorry to say it but you get lost in stupid details... it's a shame because I repeat the rest was excellent...

22/02/2025: Everything was perfect, from the first contact via telephone, to the kindness of the welcome, to the vibes of the place with the rock/alternative music, the soft lights, the comedy panels, and the large quantity of pizzas, even off-menu, and even takeaway. Very central location. No fried foods among the appetizers. There are two sizes, the baby of 0.33 and the "normal" of 0.40. Given that the pizzas are super good and the dough is light, if you won't be able to eat them all, ask for a takeaway box for the remaining slices. Very good tiramisu, homemade. The choice of beers is not large but still enough to satisfy even the most demanding. Very honest prices. What can I say, we recommend it and will return as soon as we can.

24/02/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante per cena. Accoglienza un po' svogliata da parte del personale e attesa per ordinare. La pizza non è nulla di che, la mangi se hai fame ma niente di eccezionale. Inoltre poca la scelta di pizze tradizionali. Il servizio lascia un po' a desiderare e le attese sono abbastanza lunghe. Locale un po' spoglio e freddo. Non ci ritornerei.
