True hospitality in a small hotel with a big heart. Just 2 km from Stresa, it has parking and a private beach, excellently soundproofed rooms, and a breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, cured meats and cheeses, and freshly cooked eggs. The staff are friendly and professional, both in their welcome, room cleaning, and breakfast service. Congratulations, we'll be back!

Large room, large bathroom, and large balcony. Clean. Good breakfast buffet. A bit noisy on weekdays, right on the street. Parking is available across the street. Staff and manager are friendly and accommodating. They always try to accommodate. Approximately 2 km to Stresa, not recommended for walking. No continuous sidewalk. Part of the way is on the street.

A wonderful little hotel with very friendly staff who are happy to answer any questions. The hotel is located about 15 meters from Lake Maggiore. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the water. The breakfast buffet is fantastic! Everything you can imagine! One special mention should be that the boss bakes everything herself; it's simply amazing. We'll definitely be back.

We had a large room with a large bathroom. The balcony was also large. The amenities were okay, a 2-star hotel. Large sink, bathtub. Very good water pressure. Located directly on the lake, accessible via the main road, noisy during the day. 2 km from Stresa. Unfortunately, there is no continuous footpath to Stresa. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Clean

A super little hotel right on the lake with its own beach and parking. Very clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Very welcoming hotel. Rooms all have balconies which looks onto the lake and stunning views. Easy parking and access to a private beach. The inclusive breakfast is a fantastic spread of regional foods, hams, cheeses, etc, all presented well and great flavours. Although the hotel doesn't offer evening dinner, we were provided with a list of recommendations for Stresa restaurants, the ones visited being worthy of that recommendation! La Sacca is a very relaxing experience 💯

The Italian cuisine is excellent: we tried several dishes as well as the desserts, and everything was truly delicious, as beautiful on the plate as it was tasty. The ingredients are high-quality, the dishes are artfully prepared, and the desserts are particularly impressive. The service was also impeccable, with very friendly, welcoming, and professional waiters. A wonderful Italian restaurant that I highly recommend. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return! 18/08/2026: It's an expensive place, yes, but with a friendly staff and a warm welcome, which makes all the difference. They sat us right on the lake, which is far from a given: in many places on the island, table selection still seems a bit "guess-wise." Perhaps a clearer approach is needed. If there's no room for me, I say thank you and go elsewhere, no drama. Here, however, we felt welcomed. And as for the passito... I barely asked for a finger! 😄

26/07/2026: Every now and then you have a dinner which is a 10 out of 10 and that was absolutely the case when we had dinner here. We were with a group of nine (2 families) and ate by the lake side. The quietness, the lighting of the trees and the lake view made it very idyllic, almost a dreamy atmosphere. Everything we had was very tasty. From the truffle pasta, the homemade pâté to the seabass and the boeuf bourguignon, we loved the distinctive flavors and the attention to the detail. If you have a special occasion or just enjoy fine dining in a beautiful scenery, this is the place 💫
