02/01/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant in an authentic setting. Top-quality ingredients: the mixed antipasto of lake fillets (5 different selections) is the perfect way to savor the local flavors; you can taste that it's prepared and marinated in-house. The tagliolini with fish ragù is a must-try. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.

15/02/2026: Sunday lunch, very basic atmosphere. Good food. The only downside was that at one point I had to put on a jacket because it was so cold. Others, without telling management, also complained about the cold in the dining area.

31/01/2026: Silvia and her partner are very kind. The simple rooms with shared bathrooms are all very clean and well-maintained. The half-board option is excellent, with simple but tasty options. Breakfast with homemade cakes is superb! Very convenient location for walks/spas. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: Right by the lake, so you start with an awesome setting. I enjoyed the the seafood pizza, the Fish Plate and really enjoyed the tiramisu. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is not fancy, very chill and laid back. A must to visit.

29/10/2025: We only wanted to have a drink at lunchtime, and even though the restaurant was practically empty, we were refused service. We can't understand this at all, because in the off-season, you'd think they'd be happy with so few customers... and drinks are a good source of revenue. Very disappointing! Attached is a picture to illustrate just how empty the restaurant was.

06/03/2026: This restaurant offers excellent value for money. For lunch, it offers a fixed-price menu for €15, including a choice of two first courses, three second courses, and dessert. The ingredients are of good quality, and the service is excellent.

01/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We chose the fish menu paired with the house wine: a real treat. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely return!

14/03/2026: We ate there today, March 14, 2026. Very pleasant atmosphere and good service. The food was very good and very reasonably priced.

24/02/2026: My wife and I went there on the last evening of our short trip. We had reserved a table for the evening at lunchtime. We received a warm welcome and had plenty of time to choose our meals from the menu. The selection is varied but not overwhelming. The drinks selection is good. The menu is a bit dated, but that's really nitpicking. For starters, we ordered the carpaccio and the antipasti of Mediterranean seafood. Both were very tasty, plentiful, and beautifully presented. We also ordered the fried calamari rings as an intermediate course. Unfortunately, these weren't served until after the main course, which consisted of the venison fillet with peppercorn sauce and the beef steak with arugula and Parmesan. Both steaks were cooked to our liking—one rare and one medium. The meat was of good quality, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The grilled vegetables were piping hot and crisp. The additional intermediate course was also very good, as was the pistachio cream I ordered for dessert. A good barrel-aged grappa and a cappuccino rounded off a wonderful evening. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the staff are very attentive and provide great service. We will definitely eat there more often on our next visit to Cannobio. Many thanks to the team for a lovely evening.

09/02/2026: The Boschetto Hotel is always a guarantee in every way... from the consistently excellent food, to the location right on the bobsleigh/ski slopes, to their extreme courtesy. We always love returning to places where we feel at home.

01/02/2026: We've been there for lunch several times and have always had a great experience. The food was excellent, high-quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Yesterday, we decided at the last minute to book a room, and we can say that the service was excellent too. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious, both sweet and savory. If we were to stay in Druogno again, we would definitely choose "Il Boschetto."

I come here often for lunch; there are many options on the ever-changing daily menu, plus other à la carte options to suit all tastes, from main courses, first courses, second courses, piadinas, salads, and sandwiches... Fair prices and very good quality. The coffee is also good! See you soon 😁
