12/10/2025: An insider tip in Monferrato! A bit remote among the villages, but the detour is worth it! It's important to make reservations in advance (even online), as this allows the small team to better prepare for their guests. The specialties are presented verbally, and recommendations should be followed. The starter plate was fantastic and full of surprises; the pasta (as it should be) was fresh and perfectly prepared. The highlight for us was the costolette d'agnello, rounded off with an elderflower sorbet! Simply a poem, complemented by the friendly and authentic service!

The cuisine is typically Piedmontese, meticulously prepared and based on local, zero-mile products. Every dish is a guarantee: authentic flavors, excellent ingredients, and the truly expert hands of Mr. Fabio in the kitchen. Besides being a skilled chef, he's also an attentive and passionate host. Over all these years, he's never missed a beat! Every experience has been impeccable, always living up to expectations. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, tradition, and authenticity.

A small inn located in Ponte Maira, in a pleasant Alpine area of ​​the Maira Valley, clean and cozy. Run by young people, I stopped for a coffee and then a snack: the tarts were truly exquisite! Homemade, delicious! Well done!

31/08/2025: Excellent experience. The customer service is consistent and top-notch. Traditional dishes reimagined with a modern twist. I recommend starting with the wonderful house starter, which offers so many nuances to the palate. The Ghenefle is exceptional, and the desserts are delicious. All this nestled in the heart of this beautiful mountain village. Reasonable prices. Must try.

31/08/2025: The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food was excellent. We ordered a platter to share, two first courses, and water, and paid about €30 each. The only downside was the somewhat long wait between the appetizer and the first course, but it was Sunday, so perhaps this isn't an issue during the week. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

The atmosphere is informal, and the patrons are diverse... from under 18 to over 80. The noise level varies depending on the groups seated at the tables, but is never excessive. The service is quick, and the wait staff is always smiling and friendly. A pleasure to go there and return to!
