Let me start by saying that the staff is very courteous, I must say that I expected something more.
We sat down and there was already a welcome from the chef with a Russian salad - I would say normal - but you could see that it had been out of the fridge since before our arrival. As an appetizer we took a Fassona Tartare which seemed more minced than cut with a knife, and an unbalanced vitello tonnato with too much sauce and also in this case it was clear that it was already prepared, having said that good meat. Followed by paccheri with turnip rhymes, but with a raw topping and ravioli del plin with an interesting fondue but a little overcooked. Wine at an appropriate price for a 2019 Barbaresco. Very elegant and quiet place, excellent dishes, very tasty. Excellent service, (even though it was Women's Day and therefore the service was a little slow, but because the place was very full) they were very patient and helpful in everything.

Conosco la "Casa del Barolo" da lustri e lustri... realtà spettacolare sotto la regia di una persona eccezionale qual'è Gigi! Senza nulla togliere a nessun altro, personale a tutti i livelli che si è sempre distinto per cortesia, capacità, intelligenza! Finalmente dopo tanto tempo io, mia Moglie ed una coppia di amici, siamo riusciti ad andare a cena all'Enotavola. Location molto elegante, nella sua freschezza, curata nei particolari, personale sorridente, attento, cortese, una fantasmagorica (ovvio!) proposta nel "bere" ottima, più che adeguata, che ha rispettato sicuramente le attese anche la cucina. Prezzi corretti. Sicuramente consigliato, sicuramente torneremo coinvolgendo nuovi amici! Bravi!

We had dinner at this wine table and it was a very pleasant discovery in the center of Turin! Elegant and well furnished place, excellent value for money and friendly and professional wait staff.

Location molto bella, servizio super attento e professionale e cibo veramente ottimo con utilizzo di materie prime di qualità. Ho scelto il menù degustazione piemontese: porzioni più che giuste, tutto molto buono ma i ravioli del plin meritano una menzione particolare. Il menù costa 40€ escluse le bevande. Consigliato!

Schönes Lokal mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, einzig die Musik entsprach nicht unserem Geschmack. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.
