07/10/2025: Good pizza, but the wait was exorbitant. I ordered takeout pizzas for 8:50 PM. At 9:20 PM, my pizzas hadn't even been baked yet. They finally delivered them 40 minutes late. Unacceptable.

02/10/2025: Excellent food, featuring Sicilian cuisine revisited with a modern twist, but with an eye for tradition and good taste. The caponata and pizza are delicious. Very friendly staff, fast service, and a refined atmosphere. Ample outdoor parking. I recommend booking, especially on Saturdays.

23/09/2025: The food is excellent, and it's very popular. Good service. However, the upstairs dining room is noisy, while the downstairs dining room is average. I recommend the outdoor seating area in the summer to fully enjoy the season. Good quality at a reasonable price.

20/09/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for about four years, and every time I'm amazed by how friendly the staff is, how fast the service is, and how good the food is! The ravioli are exceptional, but overall, everything is good. My compliments!

16/09/2025: Little restaurant with excellent food quality. There are vegetarian options, better to book a table in advance. The location is perhaps the most beautiful street of Cuneo (Contrada Mondovì)

05/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, reading the name: spaghettiteca... What can I say... A wonderful place! The atmosphere is family-friendly, very homey, and there are so many pasta shapes and sauces, each more intriguing than the last. The portions are generous and truly well-seasoned. Every pasta lover should come here at least once in their life. I had the agnolotti with Barolo sauce, spectacular. My partner had the penne with Pesci sauce with sausage and hazelnuts, delicate and flavorful. Then finally, tiramisu. A truly out-of-this-world tiramisu. All topped off with the wonderful smile of Santina and her girls, the owner, who is a wonderful person, whose way of doing things makes you feel right at home. I recommend it to everyone, absolutely worth trying. Hi Santina, you've stolen my heart!

12/10/2025: I discovered Trattoria Cuore d’Oro almost by chance, but it quickly became a truly memorable experience. Located in the hamlet of San Damiano in Carisio (VC), this rustic establishment maintains an authentic charm, just like the trattorias of yesteryear. As soon as you enter, you feel the warmth: simple furnishings, a few brick walls, cozy lighting, and a fireplace—everything contributes to a feel-good atmosphere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always eager to make your day enjoyable. There's no pretense of elegance, but the care is there and it shows. What you eat here is local, traditional, flavorful, and TYPICAL: The panissa, with rice, beans, and sausage, is a heart-warming dish, hearty and flavorful. The pappardelle, which I didn't order this time, but I did try a little from Nunzia's plate. It was delicious. The fried frogs: a delicacy! Crispy, flavorful, just the right amount of rusticity, well-executed. I'd never tried them!!! The entire meal focuses on real ingredients, homemade dishes, and generous portions—a welcome bonus. The flavors are traditional Piedmontese, unfussy but full of character. The price is more than fair for what you get: quantity, deliciousness, and atmosphere. It's not "gourmet," but it doesn't pretend to be, and that's precisely what makes it special. The only small point: the menu is often "spoken out loud." I asked the lady for the menu, but she didn't bring it. It's not a serious problem, but it's something worth mentioning. If you're looking for a place to enjoy authentic Piedmontese cuisine, with dishes like panissa, frogs, and local first and second courses, in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, Cuore d'Oro is definitely worth marking in your diary. Five well-deserved stars: a pleasure for the palate and the soul.
