27/07/2025: Fantastisk sted! Nyyydelig mat, lun italiensk stemning og bra oppfølgning av betjeningen. Vi spiste parmaskinke til forrett og ravioli og spaghetti til hovedrett. Vi delte en is pistasje og sjokolade. En flott la morra opplevelse. Litt vanskelig å finne restauranten så gå etter lyden 😊

11/08/2025: A very well-organized refuge/staging post. Two dormitories with new beds with wooden bases, excellent mattresses, and very clean bathrooms and showers. The dining area is very beautiful, with excellent food. The owner is a kind person who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable...a truly sweet woman...I absolutely recommend this refuge wholeheartedly.

19/08/2025: The location is truly remarkable, perfect for a dinner for two. Even though the place is very large, the play of mirrors and lights, the columns and the furniture give the feeling of extraordinary intimacy. The dishes are good, you can feel the quality of the raw materials. Everything is clean and polished. Kind and competent staff. We will definitely be back.

26/08/2025: I went there on a Sunday morning for a breakfast rich in cakes, croissants, bread and focaccia, you can have rich aperitifs at normal prices considering you are close to the lake.

20/07/2025: Well-crafted food and top-quality ingredients. The service is a bit rushed but efficient, in a historic venue in the heart of Turin. Perhaps for this reason, the prices are a bit off (for two, with a main course each, a dessert, and a glass of wine, we spent €96). The desserts are exceptional, but I wouldn't have expected anything less here.

11/08/2025: Our absolute favorite restaurant. We came to eat at Ritual by chance in 2014. Over time, we've tried several places, especially the meat, as I'm a huge meat lover. Over the past two years, we've found that this one is second to none. It beats all the rest. We frequent the place regularly, about once a month. I love their Picanha, and I love the owners and their entire staff. The prices are average, €30-40 per person, and the quality is excellent! Ignore the reviews that talk about the fat on the Picanha, because that layer of fat is precisely what characterizes that piece of meat. They also have leaner cuts for those who want them. 20/08/2025: The restaurant is a bit small, but there's also the option to eat outside. Ample parking is available. The pizza and farinata are good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

13/08/2025: I returned after a long time, because the delay of over an hour had forced us to change pizzerias. Well, this time the delay was only half an hour, and I also spent a whopping €13 for a focaccia topped with six arugula leaves and five cherry tomatoes, and the burrata I buy at Esseluga for €2.60. I understand the price, but at least the pizza should have been topped with decent toppings. This was the last time.

15/08/2025: I went for lunch today, August 15th: excellent lunch, excellent service. It deserves two Michelin stars. CONGRATULATIONS!! An excellent restaurant, friendly and helpful staff; excellent service; excellent cuisine with sublime dishes. I highly recommend it.
