Top sandwiches and nice, intimate atmosphere, excellent staff!

I have been served by a very friendly young lady. Drinking coffee after having a delicious gniocci and a burger on top of that. Burger was great, deliciously prepared meat. The waitress with continuous smile made my dinner a nice experience in this restaurant! :)

Two excellent business lunches, with exceptional and divinely presented first courses. Friendly and professional service, a truly inviting atmosphere. A truly pleasant experience, definitely worth repeating.

I'll reserve 5 stars for a well-rounded dinner... So far, I've had the Enrico sandwich, with burger, tomato, and lettuce. The meat was tasty and really well-cooked, the bread was good (but I'd prefer it a little crispier), and everything was very artisanal and well-prepared. The round fries were tasty and well-seasoned. The service was attentive and flawless (perhaps a little shy, but that'll pass). The owner was smiling and welcoming. I'll be back to explore more...

By now a given, I tried Viotti for the first time shortly after it opened, and the quality has never wavered since. I consider this place the best sandwich shop I've ever seen: the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, combinations that border on perfection, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and fast. The first and second courses are also top-notch, often featuring traditional and revisited dishes from Piedmont and the Asti area, prepared with excellent ingredients. There are often "monthly" dishes and sandwiches, depending on the season. The desserts, like the aforementioned dishes, rotate in terms of ingredients based on seasonality. I'm always curious to try new dishes, which, incidentally, never disappoint. I should point out that I no longer live in the city, but despite this, whenever I can, while passing through Asti, I absolutely MUST stop at Viotti for dinner, a Massimiliano (sandwich from the menu), and a good wine. If you haven't tried it yet, you really don't know what you're missing. PS. For the location: Thank you for being a little gem of Asti quality and craftsmanship. Please, never change. 🫶 I always hope they open a location in Turin one day. 🙏

The burgers are really good, and to finish, they serve a really good ginseng coffee. The place is a bit small, but the staff is friendly and helpful.

We visited Viotti Burger House and left satisfied. Excellent burgers, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. Attentive and friendly service from start to finish. I especially recommend the truffle dish, truly delicious and well-balanced in flavor. A recommended restaurant for a casual evening, but with great attention to detail.

The food was very good, the staff were very kind and attentive. As soon as I'm in Asti, I'll definitely be back.
