10/08/2025: Our Sunday lunch at your restaurant was undoubtedly an EXCELLENT CHOICE. The owner was friendly and courteous, and the service was prompt and attentive, even though the restaurant quickly filled up. The food was spectacular, with a special mention for the vitello tonnato, the best we've tasted since living in Piedmont. The house staff were truly attentive and not cloying. The portions were generous. My only complaint would be the location, which is intimate but a bit too dark. Nothing that curtains on the window, less dim lighting, and light-colored tablecloths can't fix. Otherwise, highly recommended. EXCELLENT CHOICE.

02/09/2025: A surprise behind a simple facade: Officina del Mare in Bra On the recommendation of our landlady, we visited this restaurant, which looks rather unassuming from the outside. We probably would have walked right past it. However, the interior is pleasantly modern and inviting. The Neapolitan pizzas were excellent: light dough, fresh ingredients, and the Diavola with extra buffalo mozzarella was a particular highlight. Impressive value for money. I've rarely experienced such good quality at such fair prices. A definite recommendation.

04/06/2025: Precise, punctual and friendly! We have taken the takeaway menu of 6 dishes for about €30 several times and I must say that it is very good! Good variety, generous portions and good quantity of fish inside. The girl at the entrance is very nice and kind. Recommended!

21/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, probably best at lunchtime, where you can enjoy the lake view. The ravioli filled with sea bass, potatoes, and lime, topped with melted butter, edamame, and salmon roe, are excellent. An incredible explosion of flavors. 🤩 The owner was very kind, and stopped by for a chat and to offer us tips on the area.

13/08/2025: A lovely place with excellent service. We were surprised by how quickly the food arrived. Everything was simply delicious. We ordered a pizza with a special burrata with burrata, calamari and salad. It was really delicious. Fast and courteous service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

12/08/2025: It's the place we go to every time we want to spend a nice time enjoying a delicious Italian pizza! The house tiramisu is very good. As for the service, it's excellent! The owners are very friendly people who are attentive to their needs, along with their staff, making the service even more welcoming. If you come to Alba, this place is a must-see.

30/08/2025: We came from France and found this pizzeria by chance when we parked our car in front of it. The restaurant isn't particularly impressive and doesn't necessarily make you want to go inside, but the wood-fired pizzas are authentic and truly excellent. The prices are really affordable. Unbeatable value for money! The welcome was very warm. Only three tables inside. It's best to book, even though we were lucky! Well done and thank you.

23/08/2025: A casual place for dinner with friends. I often return when I have a chance. Angelo is a go-to place for young people in the area; he has a great kindness, which shows in his pizza toppings. Very fast service, and the farinata is also very good. The bathroom is always clean and has toilet paper.

23/08/2025: The Ristourant Valadess at Lanss con Oubergi is a restaurant you'd never expect to find in a small town like Ceres. The quality is medium-high, the service is friendly and attentive, and the dishes are all excellent, prepared with local products (often from their own garden). An amuse bouche welcomes you, and a plate of desserts concludes an excellent dinner. The restaurant is also rightfully featured in the Michelin Guide. I won't comment on the hotel because I don't have enough information to write a review.

17/06/2025: Absolutamente fabuloso lugar, nos sentamos en la zona de la bodega, encantador y fresco e interesante. El camarero ofreció algunos consejos muy buenos y una excelente opción de Barbara di Asti. Pero la comida es excepcional, la ternera lo mejor que hemos tenido, el desierto de galleta de avellana de nuevo es simplemente perfecto. Excelente servicio en todas partes, con muy buena comida a buenos precios, en un lugar encantador y tranquilo

16/08/2025: I am truly proud of the work of my sons and how over the years since 2019 they have resisted everything, 20 months of covid, the flood, and the energy crisis with exaggerated bills, offering products of the highest quality both in terms of cuisine and pizzeria, making the most of it, they have a wonderful clientele in the majority, the only flaw sometimes are some rude, overbearing and pretentious customers, who have no respect for the staff, the work and the sacrifices made by my boys, people who then after having behaved badly also leave false and tendentious reviews, sometimes disturbing the serenity of everyone's work, unfortunately customers cannot always be chosen and sometimes the worst happens, pleasing everyone is the goal but it remains a titanic undertaking, I trust that the result of their work is seen with the facts
