29/09/2025: The place is secure, and the security guards are very kind and friendly. The girl who served me was also very nice; I didn't ask her name, but her smile made me feel sweet. I only had fries, but I really enjoyed it.

27/09/2025: This bad review begins with me asking the service clerk to clean the table, which was covered in crumbs and hair. So he takes the cloth from the trash can and cleans it. He returns to the container and cleans it too, all around the edges. When he realizes he's done, he leaves the cloth there to ferment bacteria. Furthermore, the black and greasy floor, the window frames, and everything around it were teeming with dirt. Unnerved by the scene of normalcy on the part of the clerks, who indifferently watch these scenes of poor hygiene, I report the matter and am told, "Thank you." He then makes the cloth disappear. And that's it. I hope the amount of negative reviews out there is enough for the manager to reconsider his work and do something about his team, because work should be a serious and conscious service, not a favor granted with the desire to live underfoot and the conscience of someone who doesn't care. And then, let's talk about catering and hygiene. Two incongruous things in this fast food restaurant. I recommend that you stock up on Napisan wipes.

23/11/2025: Embarrassing. Besides the fact that you can no longer order yogurt at the counter and then sit down—you're practically forced to order it at the table, paying more, with fewer toppings to choose from, and even receiving a smaller quantity—they now only give one packet of sugar per person. We witnessed a truly horrifying scene: the girl had ordered takeout yogurt, while the rest of the family also wanted to eat while seated. They didn't let them sit because the girl had already ordered their takeout. And as if that weren't enough, we also saw two elderly people being moved to another table for no real reason. Absurd.

06/09/2025: I honestly don’t think it deserves 3.9 rating that it has now. I went there and it was OK, my only point of improvement would be adding a bit more sushi roll options in the lunch menu. Otherwise the taste was good, service was great, the ambiance is kinda funky and cool, servers are helpful, orders came quickly. Tasty pickled ginger as well.

21/08/2025: My partner and I have been regular customers for almost 6 years now, the staff is wonderful, as is the food, everything is delicious, fast and kind, I only trust this place❤️

05/11/2025: The new owners' idea is to offer typical medieval dishes, free of ingredients imported from the Americas following the discovery of the "New World." So, don't ask for potatoes, tomatoes, corn, peppers, cocoa, pumpkin, beans, turkey, or pineapple. It's a very bold choice, but it doesn't seem to have limited the chef's creativity.

06/10/2025: We stopped by chance for lunch, family run and good food just the way we like it.

22/09/2025: We got two salads. Small and without dressing. Which would be ok if they cost less. One of them had an unripe pear and the other had dried out chicken. Our neighbours had hot meals and they looked better though.

22/08/2025: No desire to do their job well. They asked for an affogato, which is coffee and ice cream for those who aren't in the business like those who work at Perugina. The result was a sundae with pieces of marron glacé and ice cream: €8. Nothing to reproach them for; those who don't want to do their job should find something else.

20/07/2025: A two-flavor ice cream for €3, okay, with the opening of the tube you have to dare, but let it be two, not one and a half, because the most popular flavor is just to be tasted.

30/10/2025: Bruno is a hard worker. He, along with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law, offer honest, quality service. Quick, good-quality, and tasty meals. Fast, friendly service. Definitely preferable to everything else in the area.

09/10/2025: I was passing through and stopped for a business lunch. Very friendly service. Homemade food and reasonable prices. Very good. Well done.

25/07/2025: We found ourselves having to defend ourselves and being mocked because, after waiting 45 minutes for lunch, we refused uncooked rice, asked for two limoncellos that weren't available, and were instead given half a portion of overcooked pasta with just butter. We were also attacked as pretentious by regular customers we hadn't consulted. We emphasize our firm and polite tone. Absurd!!!! We strongly advise unfortunate tourists not to spend 25 euros like that. Dr. Bellini.

22/11/2025: Shopping break spent at the black king, impeccable service, and an excellent aperitif with cutting board, I can only be satisfied

16/11/2025: We went for an aperitivo. There were four of us. The waiter arrived and, without giving us a menu, brought us a platter and some chiacchiere. Honestly, the platter wasn't enough for four people; no one was satisfied. He brought four slices of cured meat and a handful of chiacchiere. €21 worth of platter wasted. I can't give it zero stars because Google won't let me.

09/11/2025: The kids' area is excellent. Orders are prepared quickly. Piadina delivered with practically no filling. Embarrassing.

17/10/2025: Unfortunately, this is the second time in a month that I've ordered a piadina and they only "fill" it halfway, they put very few ingredients and the piadina comes out empty... considering the price it has, I don't think this is fair.
