31/08/2024: Nice and welcoming place, the staff is very friendly. We found it by chance and stopped for an aperitif. All very good especially the cocktails.

26/08/2024: Piadina made by them and heated in a flame oven, fresh vegetables, but the meat not very browned. If they cut the meat with a knife and browned it a little more it would be a good above average kebab

24/06/2024: I found a cockroach in the kebab they should go and do some checks it's a very dirty place

13/08/2024: Over the years I think that the chain of this famous brand has lost a lot in all categories. Slow service, even though everything is now automated. Always the same environment. Food, so-so.

26/08/2024: I can only say is the worst restaurant! Very expensive compared to the other the service was very low, the order it takes forever to arrived LITERALLY! We were there for almost 2hrs and eat little knowing is all you can eat, we are actually still hungry when we leave just because we cannot stay more than 2hrs with the service like that. I think they limited the order in a way they deliver it for long time. But anyway jap resto is our favorite but this one is the worst one.

20/08/2024: Avevo già provato questo ristorante anni fa e il livello è peggiorato notevolmente. I piatti erano insipidi e al pomeriggio avevo un mattone e nausea . Servizio scadente . Per mangiare 4 piatti ci abbiamo messo 1 ora e mezza . Ci sono ristoranti molto migliori dello stesso genere

07/05/2024: I join the other reviews who complain about the new management. Prices have become very high, the choice more limited. To give you an idea, 3 glasses of white wine and a bruschetta, €22.50. Gone are the house wine and the mixed platter accompanied by tigelle which were the reason why I went to this place. I left with an empty wallet and a lot of bitterness

03/04/2024: With the new management we are just not there! Rudeness, arrogance and price increases, totally unjustified... or perhaps they focused on the fact that it was a fixed stop for many Turin residents. It is a pity! Never again!

23/04/2024: Characteristic location that reflects my tastes. Very competent and professional staff, the food is perfect. I will definitely return.

17/02/2024: Sono stato con la mia band a suonare un paio di volte, il locale non gira, non ha nessun cliente (ma proprio zero!) che non sia portato dal gruppo che viene a suonare. Una volta abbiamo riempito il locale (solo con persone nostre, nessun esterno), la seconda volta abbiamo portato meno persone (suoniamo, non siamo i PR del locale), la proprietaria rigira tutte le responsabilità ovviamente sulla band diminuendo il cachet. Ovviamente arrivederci non torneremo.

11/02/2024: I booked for an eighteenth First hitch, the speaker for the music didn't work, half an hour to change the speaker but even worse, a freezing cold. Two heaters to heat a room at 13 degrees and girls dressed for the party The answer was this: the condominium turns off the heating at 5pm... I didn't want to cause controversy but I really believe that those who live in Piazza Vittorio don't have this type of economic problem... Apart from this, my daughter's friend gave a deposit in December to be able to have her party this Saturday evening... February 10th arrive early Place closed!!!! No one gave notice of the closure The girls and boys in front of closed shutters But the deposit was collected I won't add anything else I hope my friend proceeds through legal channels

15/08/2024: Excellent flavor and very good customer service. We are visiting the city, we were looking for something to eat and it was wonderful to find them.

11/08/2024: I have always ordered pizza via their app, always found well, but often the pizza has arrived almost burnt and I have always skipped over it for the convenience of the application, the goodness of the pizza and the punctuality. Unfortunately this time the pizza was so burnt that I had to throw most of it away, which was truly unacceptable (even after ticking "undercooked" in the choices). Just look at the photos. I'm sorry but you really can't bring back such a burnt pizza which among other things is carcinogenic.

04/05/2024: Poor food at crazy prices. We wanted to have a quick and simple dinner, so we ordered a hamburger and a Milanese cutlet, and a water to drink. The hamburger was the bare minimum, the Milanese cutlet was one of the frozen ones that you pay 3 euros for a pack of 4 in the supermarket. My bill was 37 euros. No comment. 15 for "cutlet", 15 for hamburger (pitiful), 2 euros each for a cover charge and 3 euros for who knows what. Probably the mini aperitif that I thought was offered (because they brought it to us without being asked) which consisted of 4 bruschettas and 2 glasses of prosecco. Just to extract 3 euros more from real starving people.

03/08/2024: Stay away from us, they are thieves. 2 coffees and 2 cannolis 15 euros. Maybe they think they are an important café in Turin, but just looking at the place is enough to understand that it is a normal bar with 4 tables on the ground floor and clever managers who set prices to fleece the unfortunate customers.

21/07/2024: An excellent bicerin, correct service under the arcades. We stop there every time we pass.

14/04/2024: the only flaw was the pizzas, out of 3 people who ate them 2 vomited immediately afterwards because the dough and ingredients were not the best, otherwise helpful and friendly staff and a nice little place P.S. If the pizzas don't fit in the boxes, buy bigger ones

13/04/2024: Very bad place, I ordered a pizza at 8, it arrived cold at 9, four out of 4 of my friends started to feel sick and to unblock their soul, if you want to continue living don't go there, fortunately I had already eaten🤬🤬🤬🤬 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡😡

09/08/2024: The place is very nice, and the food is ok. However, I will never return as the service was horrible. Both the waiters and the owner of the place treated us very badly, as if they were doing us a favor. When eight people arrived, the waiter did not allow us to order food until all ten people had arrived. When there were ten of us, he made us order drinks and platters, but didn't allow us to drink or eat until we entered the restaurant to pay the bill (they didn't have a POS at the table outside). In addition to this rude treatment, we had problems with drink orders: the waiter said that we had not placed any orders, even though we had ordered after half an hour. It's really a shame that such a beautiful venue in a beautiful area has such poor service. I will never go back there again.”

08/08/2024: Poor!!!!! Poor quality food, both my friends and I were all sick. Price beyond all logic for the aperitif 18 euros for dishes that to say miserable is an understatement (although in light of the quality perhaps it is better this way) I absolutely do not recommend

31/07/2024: In poor taste, tonight even though there was only 1 person besides me in the restaurant they made me wait 15 minutes. Slow, arrogant and very very bad-tempered staff. I will not return.

26/07/2024: For heaven's sake, now they never get the order right, something is always missing, you even pay more for the service with Glovo to get dry and horrible chips from the day before, wrap that sticks to the cardboard and with 90 degrees degassed coca cola without ice!! Help
