06/12/2025: I bought a €25.90 poke from them for my birthday. The girl at the counter was amazed by all the ingredients I put in it, and in three years of business, no one has ever ordered such a large poke from them. I consider it the best, most expensive, and heaviest poke in Alessandria. I recommend everyone try their poke, and in fact, I eat there often, and it's become my go-to poke place. Excellent food, great prices, and the staff are incredibly kind.

15/03/2026: Had breakfast at the cafeteria: out-of-service order boards, ordered at the counter, coffee and cappuccino served in paper cups and croissants 🥐 served directly on the tray on a paper napkin, instead of the classic pittino. Very disappointing. Oh, I forgot: the icing on the cake: cappuccino and croissant cost €2.70 when at all the other Macs they cost €2.50... ugh!
15/02/2026: Terrible place, too small and chaotic for the number of customers. I immediately regretted paying because I then had to wait with a crowd of people all crowded in front of the balcony, waiting for their number to be shouted out. Not at all organized.

22/02/2026: It's incredible how a beautiful place can be ruined by such mediocre management. The owner is embarrassingly arrogant and treats customers (even longtime ones) with unacceptable condescension.
If you're looking for a place where you feel welcomed, go elsewhere: the only thing generously served here is the owner's rudeness.

26/08/2025: Small place, but well-equipped and clean, with a wide variety of menu and ingredients.
I highly recommend Oriana; she offers excellent service.
Satisfied.
P.S.
Please find a way to reduce the noise pollution from those machines. Poor Oriana has to scream to interact with customers.

04/04/2026: First time here, personally we had a great time 🌈 Simple place with outdoor seating, friendly staff... Spritz aperitif (modified at personal request) accompanied by very good bruschetta with chips, at a more than fair price! Central location in the quadrilateral. Very nice 💃🏻
03/04/2026: I had the best steak salad I’ve ever eaten in my life here. I think about it often. My friend said the ravioli was also great. We shared the meat and cheese afterwards which was delicious too. Good wine, coffee and aperol spritz. Thanks for curing our hangovers!

22/03/2026: On Saturday around 6:30pm, like every time Juventus plays, I came to eat my usual cutlet, but this time I wasn't allowed in because I was alone... it's a shame I won't be able to enjoy your food anymore... have a good evening.

31/03/2026: The cake was good, nothing to complain about. It was a millefeuille with Chantilly cream. I simply ordered a millefeuille because I don't like cream on a traditional cake and wanted to avoid it. I didn't think this pastry shop used it (you can't see it in their online photos). Maybe it's better to order and show a photo of how you want it. Besides, they're punctual and fair with their prices. I'll be back!

04/11/2025: I ordered from Just Eat, the products were missing, I called the restaurant several times, Vodafone answered, the delivery guy was very rude, he shouted through the intercom!
I don't think I'll ever order again, I feel sorry for the owner.

06/02/2026: The photos speak for themselves... Thin-crust pizzas, and most importantly, no toppings... There was only tomato, TOO MUCH!
Very disappointed... the only positive note was the delivery guy, who was very kind!
