20/09/2025: The bread is delicious and now they have also opened a bar and it is also open on Sunday mornings.

29/08/2025: My boyfriend went to this place today. An elderly lady treated him rudely and passed him by. Naturally, the clerks didn't say anything, just looked at him askance, and asked him to stop. (What the hell are they doing?!?) Anyway, he let the old lady go first. When his turn came, he asked what was on a pizza. The blonde woman looked at him sternly again and didn't answer. She put the slice of pizza in the bag and rudely dismissed my boyfriend. In the end, this slice had peppers on it, a food I can't eat. I had to remove them all to be able to eat one slice. And probably, if she had answered him, I would have gotten a better pizza without peppers. Terrible service, rude and indisposed clerk. Not recommended. It's a shame because the turmeric focaccias are amazing.

29/09/2025: Unfortunately, the man who is there now treats customers very badly. I liked to frequent this bar, but since that man served me, I will never return and I will not recommend it to anyone.

12/10/2025: A restaurant chain specializing in high-quality meat at reasonable prices. We personally enjoyed it; the service was fast and efficient, and the staff was friendly, which is not always the case. 😉 The meat was cooked very well, and the ribs were truly excellent. Kudos to the chef, who never stopped working. The price was average considering the dishes served. Recommended for evenings with friends or family dinners.

09/10/2025: Our waiter was great! Spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave helpful suggestions. We both had the crunch burger which was tasty as were the fries. Our wine and beer were very good and the view was spectacular. The price was fair for the location. €49. I'd go again.

28/09/2025: A delicious place right on the lakefront. There are many options, and they are all excellent. I highly recommend it.

25/09/2025: The food is nothing special, and nothing terrible, mind you. However, you can find better. The service, however, is excellent.

02/09/2025: I had a terrible experience. She made me a wedding cake and told me they'd tasted it too, and it wasn't good. At this point, I'm wondering if a product isn't good, you don't even sell it. It was horrible, all the guests were disgusted, it was truly INEDIBLE. I asked for a full refund and only got half the money back!! They were really rude and impolite. I will never go back to this pastry shop again!!

18/07/2025: We turned to Dolce Vito for our wedding cake. From the first phone call, Vito was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, even making us a free sample cake. He also provided us with a free cake stand, which was beautiful and unique. The cake was truly delicious, and all our guests complimented us on our choice (many, of course, asked for seconds!). Highly recommended! Thank you so much.

01/10/2025: Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, friendly staff, delicious gelato. We go occasionally because there's a playground for children, so while the kids play, we can enjoy some peace and quiet with an gelato and a drink sitting on the lounge chairs. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: A peaceful green corner near Lake Viverone. The ample parking and children's play area are excellent. The ice cream, with a wide variety of flavors, and the fresh yogurt are excellent. I recommend it.

11/12/2025: I was a regular customer, I went there very often.. almost every weekend to enjoy a pizza but lately the pizzas are no longer good, quite raw they give you a stomach ache I do not recommend

07/12/2025: I'm giving it 2 stars because the food quality needs to be improved. I've been going to this restaurant for years and have always had a good experience, but lately... Let's start with the pizzas, which are undercooked twice, so check before eating. Then the dishes arrive cold, which is really absurd because the wine is warm—THE OPPOSITE. The last time I ate there with two of my friends, and all three of us had a terrible time. The prices have gone up, too, but the quality has gone down. I also don't understand the rush of some waiters. I sit down, and after two minutes they ask me if I've made up my mind. This is what I hope this place can fix before it goes downhill.

13/11/2025: I've always had a good experience at this sweet shop in the past, but I have to say I won't be going in again. I recently stopped by to buy some sweets. There were two girls with glasses laughing and chatting as if they were at home or in a bar, and they looked annoyed at the cash register. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened; I've seen people arguing and being discriminated against before. I absolutely don't think it's an appropriate place to shop, with unprofessional staff. One star because zero isn't possible.

16/08/2025: A must for anyone visiting Biella!! The gelato is truly superb and artisanal (you must try their cream and zabaglione). For breakfast, the cappuccino is excellent, with a truly delicious homemade brioche. The staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. This chalet is the "good" story of Biella!

23/11/2025: Embarrassing. Besides the fact that you can no longer order yogurt at the counter and then sit down—you're practically forced to order it at the table, paying more, with fewer toppings to choose from, and even receiving a smaller quantity—they now only give one packet of sugar per person. We witnessed a truly horrifying scene: the girl had ordered takeout yogurt, while the rest of the family also wanted to eat while seated. They didn't let them sit because the girl had already ordered their takeout. And as if that weren't enough, we also saw two elderly people being moved to another table for no real reason. Absurd.

19/10/2025: The AYCE price (€24.90 + €2.00 cover charge) for lunch (which I believe is the same for dinner) is too high for the variety and quality of the dishes. The rice was overcooked, soft, and had too much vinegar. The small entrée was fried, but cold and soft, and the soy noodles were bland. The green tea and the mixed tempura (plenty) were positives, except for the shrimp, which was soft.

18/10/2025: Very good restaurant. Food was fresh ans tasty, we tried sushis, teriyaki and udon. For desert we had mochis. The service was fast and attentive and very pleasant. Very good value !

30/11/2025: Restaurant review The bottle of wine wasn't opened at the table, and the wine wasn't tasted. We didn't choose the truffles (a business lunch specifically to sample white truffles) (as was usually the case), and they weren't weighed at the table before and after grating (as was usually the case). The truffles smelled good but had no flavor: it would have been nice to have asked us beforehand. So the dishes were average. Overall, really disappointing.

29/10/2025: We did not stay here fortunately but were looking for a quick lunch in the village. This was the worst dining experience during our holiday and possibly one of the worst meals ever. After a long wait we got a table. We didn’t expect culinary delights but we thought how hard it is to ruin a soup or a pasta in Piedmont? Both were bland and worst examples of the same dishes on this trip. But it’s the main course which stood out: both short ribs and cod stew were inedible. When the waiter noticed that we left our plates virtually untouched and was told what was wrong he did absolutely nothing about it. Same with the restaurant manager who calmly accepted our money and sounded surprised that their food was bad. Other diners were complaining in the restaurant both about the wait and quality of food. Not sure how you can act as if you haven’t heard this before? Instead she managed to inflate some prices on the bill and we paid over a 100 euros for this disgusting meal. It should be criminal offence to serve such terrible food!
