14/07/2024: Locale bellissimo… cibo buono .. ma il servizio. Potessi darei -10. 2 ore per 1 antipasto e 1 primo e ci starebbe pure se il locale fosse stato full ma così non era . E stare lì ad aspettare e vedere una cameriera che usciva dalla cucina e stava continuamente col tel in mano anche no … il tutto poi con prezzi alti Grazie. Non tornerò più.

19/06/2024: A bit retro but clean hotel, the owner always available even if reserved, good pizza and restaurant with typical dishes. You can bring your dog by informing the hotel.

29/06/2024: Abbiamo sostato in questo bar per una veloce pausa pranzo. Punti di forza: gentilezza del personale e vista lago top. Purtroppo le pietanze sono piatti già pronti e surgelati. Comunque gradevoli. Il prezzo è comunque alto, ma vista la location è giustificato. .

24/05/2024: Been there twice, unfortunately. The menu is hard 2 understand and Google Lens doesn’t help much. First bills felt like there were items we didn’t order. At the second visit, they brought two meals, we didn’t order, but one meal we did order was not served. The food was OK, but nothing special served on paper plates.

12/05/2024: The worst I have been treated in a restaurant anywhere in the world. The server was vile, he was rude and disrespectful and tried to belittle us. If you want to be treated with dignity don’t go here. We left with the feeling that he didn’t like foreigners on holiday. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

18/02/2024: Cibo senza infamia e senza lode, locale accogliente, personale cortese e sorridente. La sensazione è che per mantenere i costi competitivi lavorino un po’ troppo al risparmio, in termini di qualità e quantità. A mio parere potrebbero aumentare il listino del 10-15% ma offrire piatti un po’ più ricchi e abbondanti. La polenta concia non era abbastanza “concia”. Non posso esprime un giudizio negativo, perchè il costo è davvero basso. 23 € per antipasto, primo, secondo con contorno, dolce acqua vino e caffè.

01/11/2023: Locale appena subito all entrata del santuario, vicino al negozio di alimentari.All interno il locale è rimasto come anni fa, niete di moderno, tutto rustico come una volta!Personale gentilissimo nonostante il locale fosse strapieno, complimenti, non è facile lavorare con tanta gente da assecondare e mantenere la gentilezza!!!Offre menù e alla carta prezzi ( visti i tempi) direi economici.Il menù offre:antipasto 3 assaggi, un piatto di polent concia, arrosto di vitello con patate, dolce, acqua, vino caffè 26 euro.Le porzioni sono normali quindi esci che sei sazio e non appesantito .

01/09/2024: The location is not something worth mentioning but the service is fast and enjoyable. The tables are carefully arranged and everything is clean. Unfortunate the food was somehow lacking taste. From 4 dishes, three did not meet the standard and the forth was average but better than the other ones. Pitty

10/08/2024: For our last evening we decided to come and have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Arrived at 8 p.m. and still not served at 9:20 p.m. and in the meantime we were brought dishes that we had not ordered. Poor service and loud music. We left without eating. Great for one last evening.

17/08/2024: Total disorganization on everything from food information to the food itself. I asked for some breadsticks with a second one they weren't even available, 15 minute wait to pay at the cash register plus dirty chairs outside

04/08/2024: Do not be dumb ! Top scammers, I need to sit down so I ask for a small ice cream (advertises €2.80 on the front). So I sit down and ask her, the waitress gives me an ice cream in a glass! Results €4.50 WHY? Because simply when you sit there is only one size even if you only take one taste! BUT OF COURSE DON’T WARN. It's not even a reason for the tax, you just really have no choice

21/10/2023: Ordered online with confirmation of the order and related payment only to discover that the business closed on October 8th..... Now how do I get them back? 🙄

20/08/2023: Description of bacon and Zola pizza (without mozzarella). Price 8 euros: the photo speaks. Very acidic tomato, non-existent Zola, bacon...I'll let the photo do the talking.

18/04/2024: Diamanti has great potential. The brioche dough is one of the best here in Novara but the filling is practically non-existent two days in a row two days without filling!

13/08/2024: Large room with outdoor area, the guys are kind and very good. I ate the best kebap sandwich ever. The cost is similar to other kebab shops but the quality is decidedly superior
