06/03/2026: We came to eat raclette and fondue with friends. Before booking, we went to the restaurant to ask for more information. The person was very kind and gave us all the details. When we returned to eat, the plates at the tables were numbered, which was strange. Then the woman told us that the raclette was limited to three plates per person, something that hadn't been mentioned in her explanation. The waitress's expression immediately changed when we asked for more information; they are very dishonest. So, it was the waitress who served us the plates with two small charcuterie boards for six people. The fondue was also small, served with poor-quality bread and an apple. The wine selection was good, however, you had to pay the price of the bottle plus a €10 "service" charge. What they call service is literally just opening the bottle of wine, because the waitress simply placed it on the table without offering us a taste or pouring a glass. The welcome is fine until you realize how dishonest these people are; then they'll change their behavior. The products are okay, but nothing special. I don't recommend it.

05/01/2026: We stayed for 5 nights in a double room, comfortable, warm, clean, but above all the staff were kind and accommodating, we will return with great pleasure.

03/01/2026: The heating doesn't work, the room is cold. The water is cold, so you can't shower. A room like this costs a lot: 70 euros.

08/03/2026: Very nice and spacious atmosphere, fantastic online booking with confirmation via WhatsApp. Ordering via tablet lets you know exactly how much you're spending and if you're going over the menu price. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food is really good. I'll definitely be back with the whole family.

08/04/2026: €4.50 for a small glass of beer (small beer used to be 0.25 liters...) that maybe they could have put a shot in, without even a couple of chips. First and last time at this bar.

18/08/2025: I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but now you've pissed me off. For starters, there's no scale to weigh the food because every time we find different quantities of fries (in other countries, even in Eastern Europe, which you consider third-world countries, there's customer protection, but Italy is still in the Middle Ages where there are those who are crafty and guesstimate). Then we don't understand why the prices are higher when you order delivery with various services (most of the time something is missing because you're idiots) when we already pay them for delivery + handling fees. Gentlemen, you can cook at home; without us, you'll close down and go dig the land. PS, I've never seen an estimated delivery time between 6 and 43 minutes

16/08/2025: I've ordered from Glovo several times, and there's always a lot of food missing from the order. But that aside, the lady at the register in the blue shirt, whose name I couldn't read, should change jobs. She's incredibly rude and unfriendly... so much for hospitality! This comes from a woman who's worked in customer service for years.

29/11/2025: We were passing through on our way to the Vicolungo Outlet, and we found this trattoria. It was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and fresh, and the service was wonderful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

29/03/2026: I sat down for a snack and a beer. I ordered fried chicken, expecting, as described on the menu, "Panko-breaded chicken cubes and fried [...]," and was served a breaded cutlet cut into small pieces (for the modest sum of €9.50). At the cashier, I told the guy I was being treated like a prank, and he was incredibly kind and understanding. Unlike the manager/owner, who initially looked at me in shock as if he couldn't tell the difference between breaded cubes and a Milanese steak. After a lifetime of working in restaurants, both in the dining room and kitchen, I expected a more professional and mature response, perhaps an apology or the opportunity to change the description of the dish or its preparation. I would have appreciated constructive criticism from an insider to improve the service and demonstrate that customers are respected and not treated like chicken (fried or otherwise) to be plucked. Instead, I was treated rudely and condescendingly, and my "I paid, but you won't see me again" was met with an arrogant and condescending "we'll get over it." Perhaps the manager hasn't yet learned the golden rule: losing customers is a snap, winning them back is a chore. Make room and change careers if you don't know how to deal with the public. Goodbye.

01/04/2026: A family-run trattoria and pizzeria, perhaps a little dated but recently renovated, with a clean and welcoming dining room, "a truck driver's opinion." But let's get down to business 🥸 Homemade cooking, like being at home, the welcoming lady, and we're all her children... no need to say anything else... for us truck drivers, it's like being at home. I forgot the price: €17 for a first course... the second course with side dish, 1/2 cup of wine, and a strong espresso seems like a fair price. Enjoy your dinner everyone.

21/12/2025: A good hotel for a truck driver to relax. The room has a TV, toilet, and shower! There's hot water, too—just turn on the tap and wait 2-3 minutes for it to come on. 05/10/2025: Right in the center of Acqui, just a few meters from the fountains, this poke place offers excellent quality and moderate prices. The staff are friendly, the selection is good, and orders are quick.

27/08/2025: A good place for a quick lunch. The kitchen is open and everything always seems clean and tidy, as do the ingredients. The music is awful (but that's my personal opinion) and the portions aren't generous for the price (€15 for a small poke with water).

21/02/2026: A sweet treat with a local twist, located near Juventus Stadium. A wide variety of pastries and ice creams. Special mention for the gianduja cappuccino!

08/02/2026: Rude staff and incompetent waitress! First she says she's taking orders at the table, and when she gets to ask, the croissant I'd ordered at the counter was gone. They gave me a croissant that wasn't vegan just to give it to me. Avoid.

22/04/2026: A public establishment can't have rude service, as well as restrooms that are padlocked and unusable by customers. But apparently, that's how it works here.

12/04/2026: A lovely mountain cabin-style venue, even though it's close to the lake. I've had a relaxing aperitivo several times and it's been great. For breakfast, there's a wide selection of pastries and muffins, as well as tasty sandwiches and piadinas if you're not a fan of the traditional breakfast. A downside: the bathrooms are often dirty and neglected.

05/09/2025: Today I stopped by this bakery for the first time and was amazed by the variety and quality of their products. The location is very convenient for people who live in the center of Turin, and the staff is kind and helpful.

05/09/2025: Excellent bakery in central Turin, with a wide variety of products and high quality. The sales assistants, especially the blonde woman, are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended; I love stopping by whenever I'm in the area.
