31/12/2025: The restaurant isn't bad; the dishes are cooked honestly and well. Prices are reasonable and fair. Unfortunately, all of this is ruined by the rudeness of the blonde waitress (I think from the East), who is unusually rude and completely unsuited to dealing with the public. Inappropriate responses, lack of empathy, and unprofessionalism. It's a shame.

31/12/2025: Blonde lady who works there is the rudest person I’ve ever seen in a “restaurant”. How she works in a customer service faced environment is beyond me.. ended up leaving for this reason. Maybe a one off? No… we came last year and ate here and she was just as bad. Please, please employ someone who actually enjoys their job and people?!

17/12/2025: I often go out to eat because I work in the area (Carmagnola). After today, I'll carefully consider whether to give him more money! Today I was told she was alone, too busy, and couldn't help me, and unfortunately, it's not the first time!... CONGRATULATIONS!!!

07/10/2025: American fast food pizza, terrible quality. I don't understand how it got 4.4 stars! The Ascoli olives were inedible, I took them and threw them all away! A horrible experience, I would never tell anyone to eat there!

27/11/2025: Unfortunately, I couldn't eat their menu in the restaurant, but I did have a pizza 🍕. Fantastic, definitely one of the best I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back.

18/11/2025: A restaurant-pizzeria with fries galore, paper tablecloths, and sachet-sized oil. We didn't try the pizza, which is perhaps a strong point, but the rest of the menu, which also includes (frozen) fish dishes, is modest, while the prices are essentially in line with those of restaurants, some even local ones, of much higher quality.

02/01/2026: I ordered seafood rice; the mussels were still frozen and smelled bad. The restaurant was very cold. The staff were friendly.

12/08/2025: I only had a coffee at the counter and it was very good! Quick and friendly service even when it was very crowded.

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers.... Oh, I forgot, the place was empty! I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea. Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

15/11/2025: I've been to Paolo Bistrot several times for both lunch and dinner, both to eat in and take out. Excellent home-cooked food, varied, tasty yet light and easy to digest. The staff pays great attention to their customers and welcomes them with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the gnocchi with tomato sauce, the rice with vegetables, the stewed meatballs, the stuffed cabbage, and the stewed cuttlefish with potatoes and peas. An excellent option near the Mauriziano Umberto I Hospital.

26/08/2025: While I was having breakfast with my girlfriend, the waitress and her friends started chatting about past incidents, presumably involving an African man who had stopped by the bar, constantly using obnoxious terms like "NO" and so on. It's a disgrace that people like that have the opportunity to work with the public; it was a terrible experience, never again. Furthermore, the food was poor quality and stale. Highly discouraged.

11/01/2026: Not only were we left waiting in the cold in front of the table, but after 20 minutes I also heard the waiter rudely and inappropriately tell me I couldn't sit down because there were already other people there... kicking us out and not even trying to find another spare table... not to mention the superficiality and indifference towards anyone who enters the place... without even saying hello... a minimum of politeness would be appropriate, the staff completely needs replacing... food average, prices excessive.

11/01/2026: I went on January 10, 2026, for a snack with my family (2 adults, 2 children). The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. The toilet ran constantly. I washed my hands and the tap only came out dripping. There were no napkins to dry my hands, and a dirty hand dryer, so I left without drying my hands. We ordered, but there's no table service—you have to bring your own food. The staff kept talking and laughing loudly, even making us wait to finish their jokes. My son's pistachio brioche was fluorescent green, verging on blue. The small croissant was dry and nauseating. The triple chocolate dessert was so-so, it looked like three hard puddings. Another customer near our table, with two hot chocolates with cream, was disgusted by the service. Honestly, for the price, I expected a completely different service and product. I can understand a service station, but given the name it carries, I'm very disappointed.

09/01/2026: I tried Antonino – Il Banco di Cannavacciuolo for a quick break, and the experience was pleasant, but I wasn't entirely convinced by the price and setting. I had a pain suisse (chocolate and cream brioche): the pastry was crispy, well-baked, and overall the product was definitely good and well-made. The filling was pleasant, and the texture was what you'd expect from a dessert of this type. That said, I personally didn't find it excellent or so "wow" as to make me say it was worth the extra cost: it's a good product, but it didn't leave me with that extra something that justifies a premium price. As for drinks, the coffee and English Breakfast tea are also adequate and well-served, but without any particular distinguishing features (aroma/service/presentation) that make them stand out from other places. The real sticking point remains the quality/price ratio: in an outlet location, you'd expect a bar more suited to a quick break, but here the prices are decidedly higher (in my case, €9.10 for tea, coffee, and pain suisse). I understand the name and the "signature" approach, but in that context, the experience didn't seem superior enough to make up for the expense. In summary: everything was good and tidy, but between the high prices for the location and the good but unmemorable product, I'd give it an average rating. I'd probably only return on a case-by-case basis, knowing what to expect.

18/12/2025: A clean and well-designed McDonald's store. Fast service, knowledgeable, courteous, and always helpful staff. The reserved parking lot isn't huge, but parking is easy in the area. Recommended.

10/01/2026: Not a fantastic New Year's Eve dinner. One then looks at the celebration, but I'd pass on the food... The lowest point, in my opinion, was the Prague ham called "Prague ham" offered as a second course on New Year's Eve, and the trout lasagna, original but not fantastic!!!

01/01/2026: I attended New Year's Eve last night with family and friends. It was an exceptional celebration in every way: well-organized, good food, excellent service, and then the entertainment, show, and music were all pleasant and tasteful. Kudos to the management and all the staff. Well done!

04/12/2025: The pastries are delicious, and the coffee was also decent. It's a shame about the service. When I approached the counter to order, I was asked to pay first. So I did, and was served. Everything seemed fine, except that as the barista came out from behind the counter, he began to shout loudly, so everyone could hear, "Those people didn't pay!" After the third time he repeated it, a colleague of his replied that I had paid her beforehand, as requested. I expected an apology for a gratuitous and unjustified accusation, but one never came. I don't think I'll ever set foot in this place again. Zero respect for the customer!
