Daniel's Bar In Stresa

Favorite restaurant in Stresa. The welcome, the menu, and the lake view were all excellent. We came three times during our stay.

Thank you for a wonderful dinner! You deliciously fed three hungry Ukrainian women after a busy day. 😊 But even great hunger did not prevent us from appreciating the sophistication, quality and wonderful taste of pasta and pizza. Everything was fresh, fragrant and prepared with soul. Special thanks for the friendly service and cozy atmosphere. We would be happy to come back here again! We recommend it to everyone who will be in Stresa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stopped by for a light dinner and had a very enjoyable experience overall. Despite not having a reservation, the staff warmly welcomed us and found us a lovely table with a beautiful view over the lake. The service was genuinely friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. The food was simple, fresh, and honest. The salad was crisp, well prepared, and made with fresh ingredients. It wasn’t trying to be overly sophisticated, but it delivered exactly what it promised. The buffalo mozzarella pizza was also made with fresh ingredients and had a good base. It was slightly understated in flavor, though—a few fresh basil leaves or a little more seasoning would have elevated it even further. Overall, this is a lovely place to enjoy a relaxed meal in a beautiful setting. Combined with the warm service and stunning lake view, we would happily return.

We came with a big family, and everyone was really nice and accommodated everything we needed. And the food was really good as well!

Excellent for a break on the lakeside for an aperitif or ice cream (large ice cream bowls, from 8 to 14 euros).

1st night in Stresa, we wanted something nice and chilled so walked along the Lakeshore and came upon Daniel's. Very clean and we were seated immediately, no wait. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. I had the steak and my wife had the salmon tagliatelle. Both were so good! Very simple but perfectly executed. Finished with a simple dessert of strawberry and ice cream, lovely. Topped off with a really nice coffee. The bottle of Gavin also went down very nicely! Will definitely return. Thanks for a great meal.

We were delighted with our food and the service. The lake view was truly magnificent. It's a shame it's so poorly rated because it really deserves to be better known. We loved it and I highly recommend it.

I had a really good time. Excellent location, well-maintained, very charming, with an indescribable lake view. I will definitely be back. Considering the location, the prices are reasonable. Nothing to complain about.

Its location right on the lake probably explains the slightly higher prices. Friendly staff. Food was okay, we've had better pizzas...

Bar overlooking the lake, fast service and friendly staff, prices in line with Stresa, but the view is priceless.
