04/02/2025: Capitati qui per caso. Appena seduti ci hanno portato dei piccoli crostini di apetizer. Molto buoni! Decidiamo di ordinare due pizze, 1 acqua e un piatto di patatine. Leggo il menu: Margherita 6,50 - mantovana 12 - patatine 4,50. Ci viene richiesto che tipo di impasto volevamo e io rispondo "classico" in quanto avevo intuito che la scelta dell'impasto sarebbe stata a pagamento e non mi interessava. Il cameriere mi risponde "ah allora il napoli". Io un pò a disagio nel chiedere se fosse a pagamento annuisco chiedendo anche "ma é obbligatoria la scelta dell'impasto?" e non ricevo risposta. Alla fine il conto: Margherita 8,50 - montanara 14 - patatine 6. Intuisco che gli impasti avevano un supplemento di 2euro a pizza. Do due stelle solo perché la pizza era veramente ottima, ma comunque non ci tornerei. Non ho ancora capito ora come mai ho pagato quel prezzo per le patatine..... Premetto che nel menù vi era l'indicazione del supplemento per i vari impasti, ma da come lo ha richiesto il cameriere non era chiaro e io mi sentivo a disagio a chiedere. Suggerirei al titolare di indicare al suo personale di comunicare quando le cose sono a pagamento e soprattutto se vi é un'altra scelta (cosa che comunque non ho capito). Prezzi troppo alti per la zona.

18/05/2025: I stopped at this bar because I was rushing to the station. Cappuccino only foam. Staff without a smile. The viennoiserie not at all inviting. I consumed at the counter and for a half cappuccino (the cup wasn't even filled all the way) and an empty croissant I spent almost 5 euros! Highly not recommended!

12/04/2025: They don't even deserve one star. I order an Amazon package to be delivered to my house, and the courier delivers it to them so they then ask you for €2, without me having asked for any of their services. So they accept someone else's package and ask you for €2 to get it back, if this isn't blackmail. And without a receipt obviously. So much arrogance, horrendous place and everything poor.

26/03/2025: The place doesn't smell clean, it seems more like a tourist trap that has to thank the fact that on Wednesdays the Bicerin place is closed. 9.70 euros, for a bicerin that wasn't a bicerin, a decaffeinated soy cappuccino and a glass of sparkling water. The latter taken at the counter. The price could have been acceptable if the bicerin had been like the original one. They didn't issue a receipt because the cash register didn't work. I don't recommend it.

11/01/2025: Given that today (Saturday) it should close at 7pm... I went to get something at 5.50pm and the girl told me that I couldn't sit down and that the room was closed because "it closes in half an hour" which I say well, if it closes in half an hour 'now then why is it closing now? Embarrassing service.

11/10/2024: Terrible, I would say a few words about the waitresses, all rude, unpleasant and always sulking and complaining about the starvation pay they get, apart from one (Martina) who is always smiling and helpful. High prices and poor quality, customers treated with disdain and arrogance. Absolutely avoid

07/03/2025: Frequento questo locale da molto ed ultimamente purtroppo è peggiorato. L'ennesima conferma questa sera dove abbiamo preso cozze e calamaro . Le porzioni erano veramente ridicole nel senso che mi sono alzato che avevo fame. La cosa che dispiace maggiormente e che a fronte della domanda da parte del cassiere "tutto bene?" faccio notare la cosa e questi risponde indispettito. Recuperare i costi sulla dimensione delle porzioni è una Vera delusione.

15/01/2025: Siamo stati per la prima volta ieri sera a cena con il voucher una cena x 2 dove non sono stati rispettati gli accordi ossia avrei dovuto pagare la metà del cibo preso incluso il coperto e bevande invece a parte, invece mi hanno fatto pagare sia il coperto che i dolci, sottolineo che ne faccio "solo" una questione di principio e correttezza perchè €8,50 pagati ingiustamente non cambiano la vita nè a me nè a loro...ma sicuramente non torneremo! Mangiato pizza tabisca, direi cara viste le dimensioni e il condimento non così generoso, discreti i dolci, ma pagare un coperto per non avere "coperto" lo trovo assurdo, abbiamo mangiato su tovagliette di gomma e non c'è stato portato pane o grissini (avendo ordinato pizze!), servizio del personale decisamente scarso ed infine le sedie sono scomodissime, lo schienale in legno drittissimo e la seduta praticamente sfondata o infossata ti fa stare incurvato per tutta la cena, non vedavamo l' ora di alzarci. Peccato!

12/05/2025: Sometimes good, sometimes bad.... The cold latte must be served with milk on the side... And it must not be poured by the barista directly from the bottle, 1 it's not nice to look at and 2 I didn't ask for a latte macchiato

11/05/2025: we went this morning at 11.30 to consume 2 croissants and 2 cappuccinos. I would like to point out that we have been customers for a long time and loyal to EATALY and every time we come we are not greeted with courtesy, we can understand the work is demanding but today it was too intolerable, the reception was almost a nuisance for them, they were served very badly without politeness and the waitress who served us had a white blouse rudely asking what we wanted. Now I say this is a job that requires courtesy and a smile so let's try to commit ourselves, the service must be done well and try to take action since the reviews speak for themselves and are unfortunately negative.

07/06/2025: What a disaster! Six servers for as many customers and a 15-minute wait for a spritz. Plus, we had to chase them up because we forgot. The menu is on a QR code, but it's not available at every table. Never again.

05/06/2025: I had an ice cream and before taking it I WAITED 10 MINUTES When they served it to me they had to do it TWICE! Because they made it with balls and so it fell immediately, but then they took it with the tool they wet it and took another flavor. AND OF COURSE IT DOESN'T STAND UP. Finally THE CREAM, but I say you can use the spray one! It always fell. MORAL: IT'S NOT DISGUSTING, MORE!
