05/06/2025: Highly recommended! I went for lunch and had pizza, one of the best I've eaten in the area. There is also self-service where I must say the food was very inviting, there is a great variety of choice from appetizers to desserts. Quiet and welcoming environment. Kind and polite staff. I will definitely be back!!

29/05/2025: Locale posizionato in centro con personale gentilissimo. Prezzi non esposti ma giusti rispetto alla posizione. Pietanze con varia scelta e buoni con tavoli all'interno ed esterno. Lo consiglio.

The management of prices could be reviewed to be more balanced and in line with the offer. A greater commitment to ensuring full customer satisfaction would be desirable. 18/05/2025: If I could I would put zero! Unspeakable! Unpleasant and unprepared staff, a string and a spritz €18, the string arrived red, without me having asked for it (they decide) and watered down. The cutting board was miserable with focaccia crusts, two focaccias with an artichoke and two pieces of focaccia with cheese. No other color arrived! When we complained (at least the two tables next to us had more variety) we were told that they had that... obviously inside I checked there was something else!!! Waited more than 30 minutes to have these pieces of cold focaccia that even seemed like leftovers from the day before! A theft they should be ashamed! In Novara there are definitely better places for an aperitif!!! And as a finale I get up and find my trousers stained with a sticky cream left on the chair by previous customers! AVOID GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

11/01/2025: Ordered through Glovo, very fatty chicken, I only ate 1 small piece.... Potatoes inedible too much Pepper Late delivery, but that's the lesser evil. I wanted to try a different chicken but it was bad.

17/05/2025: We waited fourty five minutes for our plates, as people who ordered after us got their meals. When we asked what was going on they said "what you ordered takes long to cook" when everyone else was getting the same plates as us. Worst of all, the food was terrible - no flavor whatsoever. I'd give no stars if I could.

17/05/2025: Extremely salty spaghetti (never seen anything like it), too much olive oil which made us sick all night. (Luckily our hotel was nearby..) Even though the desserts were excellent.

29/12/2024: NON-EXISTENT RESTAURANT: I ​​went to physically order pizzas at the indicated address but apart from the sign at that address there is no pizzeria but a restaurant called AFRICA which obviously doesn't make pizzas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING since at this point we don't know how and where the food comes from.☠️☠️

11/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze, 1 Margherita e una Margheritana, poi un tiramisù e da bere acqua. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno fatti sedere subito e serviti dopo pochi minuti. Non siamo di Biella ma ogni tanto un giro in centro o al centro commerciale lo facciamo, ora sappiamo dove fermarci a mangiare.

05/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, sala accogliente, personale competente, Ma che il responsable di sala si permetta di rimproverare un cameriere ad alta voce in mezzo alla sala l'ho trovato molto maleducato e poco professionale il gelo é calato al nostro tavolo ci sentivamo male per quel povero cameriere nonostante la pizza squisita che fumava nel nostro piatto ...non so se ritorneremo

17/03/2025: Pessima esperienza, molto deludente sia il servizio che il cibo. Personale svogliato, bicchieri sporchi, l'ordinazione é arrivata fredda, il conto troppo caro per una esperienza così scadente.

12/06/2025: INCAPACI ASSURDI!!!! stato a pranzo, in coppia, ordinato due menù da €9,90 , arrivato uno sbagliato, riportato un altro piatto, peccato che fosse freddo, oltretutto sbagliate anche le bevande. Nemmeno le scuse, ALLUCINANTI!!!!!! SAREBBE BENE CHE CAMBIASSERO PESONALE, AL PIU PRESTO

09/06/2025: I stopped after dinner to have two coffees, my boyfriend and I, we also wanted a digestive, a smaller portion precisely because we had dinner somewhere else.... the waiter brings us the bill and the debit card to pay... I immediately noticed the bill was €17, I pointed out to him that we didn't want the bitter... He tells me that the baby is not a service they do, but if we had known we wouldn't have taken it... especially because I didn't want it.... beyond the poor service and the arrogance of the staff, I find it a truly overrated place. Little clarity in the service and the services they offer. We paid but we will never return.

04/06/2025: I sat down here and ordered a couple of drinks without doing my usual due diligence checks. Then when I saw the 2.2 rating my heart sank, it always pays to check these things. However, it was too late by this point. That said, I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews. Yes it's in a central tourist location in the middle of the city, so be realistic folks. However an all round really positive experience. The service was quick and the drinks came with some sharing snacks: focaccia, olives and crisps. I liked it.

03/05/2025: 20 Min di attesa per l'ordinazione con locale pressoché vuoto. Due errori nella comanda, camerieri scocciati, non ci hanno portato i bicchieri con l'acqua.

02/04/2025: Nunca decepciona con las costillas o filetes. Probé una nueva variación en las costillas que era delicioso. el postre era excelente. aparcamiento era abundante.

05/06/2025: The restaurant's ambiance is truly beautiful, and we can't say the staff was unfriendly—the service was fine. Unfortunately, our visit was still disappointing. Price-wise, the restaurant is definitely one of the more expensive on the island, but the value for money isn't right at all. The mixed appetizer with variations of fish from the lake was still okay, but the pizza was the last straw for us: The base felt like a processed product and was also moldy—an absolute no-go, no matter which restaurant. The staff apologized, but we'd lost our appetites, and we demanded the bill. In all our vacations in Italy, this was unfortunately the first time we've had a truly bad meal.

01/06/2025: Delicious food – prices appropriate to the ambiance – a tourist restaurant. Attentive service – you can even create a vegan meal from vegan side dishes 😉.
