17/12/2025: Hi, I apologize for the negative review. I don't understand how it only got one star. We had dinner with friends and had a great time. That's more or less what I wrote.

08/02/2026: Stayed 2 nights. The room was warm, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a nice, clean bathroom! Great location with parking right in front. The restaurant-pizzeria serves excellent food and truly delicious pizzas (the baguette with grilled vegetables is special!), and the prices are reasonable. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and a shout out to the top pizza chef, Nicolò.

16/01/2026: Since I own a house, I only go there as a restaurant. It's a pleasant place, the food is quality, and I also enjoy their pizza. Although the dough is a bit thin for my taste, the ingredients are excellent. Service is perhaps a little slow.

02/04/2026: They ruined my girlfriend's birthday. A terrible experience. We had made reservations for 14 people for a birthday party well in advance. Despite the 9:00 PM confirmation, upon arrival, the table wasn't ready, and we were left waiting at the entrance for half an hour. When we asked for explanations, instead of an apology, we received a rude response from the owner, who asked us to wait outside. The situation escalated when, faced with our (more than legitimate) complaints, the owner began to physically push us. We were forced to leave. Zero professionalism and rare rudeness. Highly not recommended. EDIT in response to the owner: It's unfortunate that, in addition to the lack of professionalism demonstrated during the evening, lies are now being used to cover up what happened. I reiterate that our reservation was for 9:00 PM (the time confirmed by the venue itself), and we arrived on time, not early as falsely stated above. We waited standing for 30 minutes before the situation escalated due to your rude manner. The aggressive and offensive tone of your public response confirms exactly the type of treatment we received in person. Fortunately, the 14 witnesses present can confirm the truth of the facts. After your shoving, you are grateful that I didn't call the police. Have a good life.

25/12/2025: We came for lunch on December 25th. The food was very good, the burgers were tasty and original, all at a reasonable price. The service was friendly. We were welcomed with our small dog and they gave us a bowl of water. However, the cook wasn't very friendly, luckily we didn't have to deal with him, and the music was a bit too loud. I recommend it.

22/12/2025: I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a real burger in Turin. Good meat. I came back after years. We had a hard time digesting the burgers. We smelled of fried food after going there. It was Saturday lunchtime, and they were completely out of line preparation and were missing a lot of items, including drinks. We discovered that the sauces for the fries cost 0.50 and a cover charge of 2.

19/11/2025: What a shame! You ask for a latte and they charge you for the coffee and the glass of milk, and they don't even have it in the price list. Pathetic.

30/10/2025: Pleasant, very happy. I came in after a shocking medical visit at the hospital, and coming in helped me feel better: the lady's smile warmed my heart, and the kindness with which I was served helped me feel better. I'll definitely be back 🩷

13/02/2026: I went for lunch for a wedding rehearsal event. The venue was very welcoming. The service was impeccable and the cuisine was top-notch. I'm very happy to have had this wonderful experience.

09/12/2025: I’m surprised to see a low rating. We went a few times here, we tried arancini, aperol and paste di mandorla. All was great, exceeding our expectations! paste di mandorla are exactly like the ones from Sicily and it’s really hard to find them outside of Sicily. Arancini are great with a lot of filling and they have a great price deal for arancini + aperol cocktail. Overall great experience and good prices.

12/12/2025: We found it by chance while looking for a place to eat at 2 PM. It surprised us with an excellent, large, crispy sandwich with a great combination of cheese and porchetta. The service was quick, friendly, and more than reasonably priced.

24/10/2025: Dropped by for breakfast. Well...I challenge any barista or pastry chef to make such a wonderful cappuccino. Friendly atmosphere, excellent food... Silvana...a definite added value for this welcoming place. My applause 🌹

31/12/2025: Today, December 31st, we had dinner at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. Located opposite the Massaua cinema. We will definitely be back. Lucia

21/11/2025: Saturday evening. Very few people. The staff were welcoming, very kind, and above all, smiling. I ordered sushi. Nothing exceptional. The wait was minimal, so it was quick. I was neither disappointed nor satisfied. The only disappointing part, in my opinion, was the temaki because the rice seemed rubbery. The rest was good but fair. They could do better, because the place is undoubtedly large and spacious, and the owners are welcoming and very kind.

30/08/2025: The bar is run by incompetent people... The only functional part is the tobacco shop with its related services...

26/08/2025: Management has changed. Very dirty, and I saw something truly disgusting. I asked for a lukewarm cappuccino, and they warmed the milk with plain water! I didn't reply, but I'll definitely never set foot in there again.

27/12/2025: Back three years later and still yummy. Fantastic fresh pizza, great value for money and open late on Boxing Day. I'll come here every time I'm in Turin

12/12/2025: In response to the answer: perhaps we didn't explain ourselves, the delivery man with me, so he can't and shouldn't talk to us. I'm not his father, his brother, or one of his subordinates. It's only by the grace of God that I didn't teach him the manners he didn't receive from his parents as a child. Suggesting to put pizzas on the floor is a practice recommended by YOUR rider and it really sucks. As far as I'm concerned, it's your image. I repeat myself again, I overlook cold pizzas and delays, but I overlook the rudeness of a redneck. Furthermore, after this response, I will certainly pursue further action to investigate other situations. But just think. Patience for the delay in delivery, and patience also for the prosciutto crudo which, due to the packaging, arrived as if it were cooked. However, there are two aspects that I didn't like. In the notes, I clearly specified that the delivery was to be made on the second floor and that there is an elevator. If it wasn't possible to deliver to the floor because "Deliveroo doesn't offer it," it would have been correct to cancel the order. I was told over the intercom that the delivery wouldn't be made to the floor but that the food would be left in the elevator. Considering that I'm having trouble walking these days, I would have preferred not to. In the end, I went down anyway because it didn't seem hygienic to collect the food from the elevator (and if the delivery man suggests something like that, who knows what they're doing at that pizzeria if it seems normal to them). When I arrived, the delivery driver had been holding the pizzas for several minutes and explained to me that he was parked on the bike path and couldn't or didn't want to get on. To this was added another completely inappropriate comment: he even dared to ask me, "Can you eat four pizzas alone?", a comment I find completely inappropriate and completely unrelated to his job. When I pointed out that, if there were logistical issues, it would be better not to accept the delivery or at least not complete it halfway, he replied, "Don't order anymore," after even refusing the can of Coke he wanted to leave me as a courtesy. Aside from the fact that, after this experience and given the poor quality of the pizza, I'm unlikely to order again, I still find it unacceptable that a customer is treated this way.
