30/04/2025: Good morning everyone. I would like to tell you about my experience inside the Santa Rita rotisserie: I entered the store and received criticism from a sales assistant with lots of laughter. Furthermore, even though I entered the shop and waited to be served, I left after 5 minutes of the shop assistants ignoring me. I was really upset about the criticism made against me. Really very rude staff. I will never set foot in the store until the staff is changed. The saleswoman was short and had short hair. Please I would like to specify that the written facts actually happened

30/04/2025: Very rude staff (more precisely a girl with short hair and short and another with black hair). When I arrived, they immediately started loudly wondering why I had come early in the morning to order, as if they didn't want to have customers. 03/06/2025: Una merenda al volo, con mia figlia, circa ore 18, due tranci di pizza, due bottigliette di CocaCola. pizza buona, non c'è che dire, porzione "contenuta" (diciamo 10x15 cm circa), bibita 20 cl., conto 18 euro ... giudicate voi. Capisco che i costi di gestione siano per tutti molto cresciuti, ma la disponibilità economica dei clienti invece non cresce affatto!

21/12/2024: I had an absolutely disastrous experience at this restaurant three weeks ago. I clearly informed the staff about my severe allergy to lettuce and tomatoes, specifying that I absolutely did not want these ingredients in my meal. I also specifically requested sambusas of meat and hot food to avoid any risk to my health. Not only did they completely ignore my needs, but they handled the order in an absolutely unacceptable manner. Instead of the hot food I had requested, I was served a cold dish, which seemed to come straight from the refrigerator, containing lettuce and tomatoes—exactly what I had asked to avoid. Furthermore, all the sambusas were filled with vegetables, without a single sambusa with meat, despite my specific request. As soon as I opened the contents, I was greeted by a nauseating and unpleasant odor, which suggested that the food had gone bad. The strong odor was a clear sign that the food had not been properly stored and may have been contaminated. This forced me to throw it away immediately so as not to risk my health. As someone with serious health issues, including severe allergies, I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone—especially those who are vulnerable due to age or other medical conditions. The total lack of attention to food safety is alarming. I will never return and I urge everyone to think carefully before putting their health at risk.

23/04/2025: Pessima esperienza. Cameriere maleducate e scocciate. Abbiamo ordinato un hamburger e un bacon cheeseburger. Entrambi sono arrivati con il pane freddo (di frigo intendo) e con la carne quasi completamente cruda. Il cheese del bacon cheeseburger non pervenuto. Come contorno una decina di patatine fritte fredde anche loro. Ho avanzato tutto e nessuno mi ha chiesto spiegazioni. Ho notato che anche i nostri vicini di tavolo hanno avanzato le loro portate. Mai più.

14/04/2025: Ci siamo stati il 12.04.2025 per un piccolo spuntino/aperitivo. Locale molto grande in zona Murazzi a Torino Ci fanno accomodare di fuori, a due passi dalla riva del fiume Po. Prendiamo un cocktail analcolico, una coca , pane alla piemontese e fiori di zucchina ripiene di ricotta fritti. Cibo buono, ma porzioni veramente esigue, servizio cortese. Prezzo 37 Euro, che per quanto proposto sono troppi. C'è di meglio in zona...

25/05/2025: Excellent YoYogurt Experience! I had a great experience at YoYogurt - 8 Gallery Lingotto. The yogurt is fantastic, and I particularly appreciate the option to have it with no cream and only fresh fruits as toppings for a healthier and delicious treat. A special shout-out to the girl with long hair who works there on weekends. She is incredibly patient, has a great attitude, and provides excellent service. Her positive demeanor truly enhances the customer experience. Highly recommended for a perfect desert!

12/05/2025: We ordered a bobble tea but it tasted like water with a bit of a peach flavor. Balls too hard. Let me start by saying that we took others in different centers and they were all very good. Girl with indifferent attitude. Quick. We're not going back. 4 euros wasted.

02/06/2025: I asked for a medium cup of ice cream (€3.50) and the amount of ice cream that was put in didn't even reach the edge of the cup. The owner, annoyed by serving ice creams on the go and probably also by having customers, prepared the ice cream cones with the rag he had just used to clean the bar counter in his hand.

27/04/2025: 2 pizze (impasto surgelato, sottile come un foglio e dure come il piatto) 1 mozzarella 2 birre medie =58€ Direi assolutamente carissimo per la qualità e la location, anche se fuori stagione (eravamo l’unico tavolo e gli altri locali erano chiusi per Sestriere) non tornerei e farei una pasta in bianco a casa, contemplando il maggior benessere ottenuto rispetto a ritornare qui da Pinky

21/04/2025: Horror place, I sat at the table with some friends, we wanted a coffee, since there was the Lavazza sign in plain sight, the waiter with an arrogance never seen before literally removed the chairs from under us, telling us that it is a lounge bar and kicked us out. Shame

21/04/2025: Sat down to have a coffee, two seconds later sent away by an overly rude waiter, saying it was just a cocktail bar. 08/03/2025: "A truly disappointing experience. The service was terrible and the employees were incredibly rude. In addition to being totally rude, they seemed to enjoy making fun of us, imposing rules invented on the spot without any logic. They never showed any interest in solving the problems, on the contrary, they treated us with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. We had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served, even though the place was not crowded. The portions were very small, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen inside. Impossible to justify something like this, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with encrusted floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the environment was so noisy that it was a real waste of money! One star because it is not possible to give less.

02/03/2025: Insufficient value for money. Not knowing how to cook a chicken Cacciatore by serving it cold, greasy, too peppery or spicy, without skin and with the chicken dry and dry as if it had first been baked in the oven and then recovered with this recipe. The white curly hair gave the finishing touch to the dish. The green beans had not been hulled. For the price spent we are not satisfied... the coffee and the service are satisfactory.

24/04/2025: Ho fatto colazione in questo posto dove vado ogni tanto ma non essendo cliente abituale per i quali si adotta una cortesia diversa, sono rimasta davvero disgustata dal modo di fare sgarbato di una cameriera bionda che ha chiesto alla mia amica come mai si fosse spostata da un tavolo all'altro e poi con prepotenza voleva una sedia da portare ad un altro tavolo...ma che modi!!!! A mai più......per carità servizio inesistente devi portarti tu il vassoio fuori con i prezzi che hanno!!!

09/06/2025: Wonderful experience. The young waiter was a delight. He politely explained the composition of the dishes to us, with tact and humor. He deserves a raise. We'll be back for him. Everything was delicious. The tomatoes were cut in a way you wouldn't believe. The trompe l'oeil of Parma ham hiding the melon made my wife and I laugh a lot.

08/06/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to this café/bistro was very disappointing. The eggplant focaccia was barely edible – the eggplant slices were far too thick, hard, and completely bland. The rest of our order either arrived incorrectly or only after a long wait. The bread basket was particularly irritating: It contained a slice of bread that looked as if it had already been bitten into – completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, the place feels like a classic tourist trap: overpriced, poor service, and poor quality food. Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend it.

30/03/2025: Non ne vale la pena. Cibo nella media, piatti regionali non attinenti alla tradizione. A mio parere cè di meglio con prezzi più contenuti.

28/03/2025: Grazioso locale che si trova nel centro di Novara. Ci siamo andate in un giorno della settimana in occasione di una visita alla città; non avevamo prenotato e questo particolare ci è stato fatto notare e sottolineato dalla persona che ci ha accolto, forse il titolare, ma poi il tavolo era disponibile..... Abbiamo notato che era da solo a servire in un locale dove i tavoli poi si sono riempiti, forse per questo motivo era un po' scorbutico, perlomeno lo è stato quando abbiamo ordinato solo la paniscia con un calice di rosso e non antipasti o il secondo. Sinceramente ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più saporito per quanto riguarda la paniscia, non è che non fosse buona ma un pò insapore decisamente lo era. Abbiamo concluso con un bunet e questo dolce è valsa la pena prenderlo. I prezzi sono nella norma, vista anche la posizione centrale; forse accoglierei i clienti senza rimarcare che non hanno prenotato per poi avere il tavolo quasi fosse fatto un favore e non mostrare il proprio disappunto se uno non ci tiene a mangiare antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce !
