14/07/2026: I frequent this place quite a bit, and I'm sorry to have to leave this review. Unfortunately, however, the service, compared to the past, is too often subpar. In particular, one of the girls working the coffee machine (with dark hair) is habitually rude and disrespectful toward customers. This isn't an isolated incident, as I've witnessed the same behavior several times, not only toward myself, but toward other customers as well. A smile isn't mandatory, but politeness, courtesy, and respect are, especially in a business that thrives on its customers. It's a real shame to see such a well-known establishment in the center of Rivoli penalized by a welcome that often leaves a feeling of annoyance and bitterness. I hope this report is read by the owners and taken as a starting point for improving the service, because just a little more attention and professionalism would make the experience much better.

30/07/2026: Excellent café in the heart of Susa! A welcoming and well-maintained atmosphere, with friendly, smiling, and always helpful staff. The coffee is truly excellent and the service is prompt. A wide selection of pastries, cakes, and other treats for a pleasant breakfast or snack. Fair prices and a relaxing atmosphere. Recommended for anyone visiting Susa!

28/07/2026: I went to this place today with a colleague for a business lunch. The staff were very kind and helpful (I think it was the owner). The area is very quiet and pleasant, allowing me to unwind from work for an hour. The food is fresh and homemade, and the bathrooms are spotless (people who work on the go like me are rare). They even gave me a loyalty card. Today I discovered my favorite place for all the times I'm in Aqui Terme for work. I forgot to mention that I'm a vegetarian, so I had tons of options.

19/08/2026: Exceptional yogurt! Always excellent toppings and a wide selection of flavors! The owner is always smiling and joking, ready to serve up one joke after another... (the mango... manga) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

26/05/2026: Honestly, the customer service was terrible. The person was very rude. When I asked him politely to explain the process and what options there were, he simply pointed or said, "If you've seen the customer before, you must already know how it's done," so I preferred to walk away and not buy anything. I don't think that's the right approach to customers who want to buy.

07/06/2026: Absolutely NOT! The service at the bar is terrible, there’s a lost girl who does not know how to pour beer and whose standard answer is “ma e cosi” to anything you ask or tell her! I wanted a beach bed, they only come in 2, with a lock & key like you’d take the beach chair with you after…wth! I absolutely regret coming here.

11/06/2026: *Bar La Torre - Candelo. €15 for the "Medieval Platter"? The portion was medieval.* Today, June 11, 2026, table 15, outdoor. I ordered the Medieval Platter for €15.00 + €3.00 service charge. Total bill: €30.60. I'm attaching a photo of the "platter": 4 slices of prosciutto, three rounds of salami, two pieces of cheese arranged crosswise, and a handful of lamb's lettuce for bulk. For €15 at the supermarket, I can buy 100 grams of raw ham, 100 grams of cooked ham, 2 cheeses, bread, and have enough left over for beer. Here, it costs €5.00. I understand the price increases, but this is a children's appetizer, not a €15 platter. If you call it "Medieval Platter" because the portions were so small, then the name is spot on. Otherwise, it's a joke. Nice location, friendly staff, but with these prices and these portions I wouldn't go back even in the 1400s.

01/08/2026: It's not the piadina shop it once was. The salad is stale and rotten. The dough is thick and undercooked... salmon/chicken almost nonexistent. Sorry... it's not the same company as it was in 2015... we continue to sell to the funds, we're losing our Italian authenticity...

12/07/2026: Exorbitant prices and incompetent staff. We had a special offer and couldn't figure out why it wasn't accepted. There are no more date tomatoes, so they still make it, using poor-quality tomatoes, and let us know once they've changed them. We won't be returning.
