29/03/2026: I had lunch at Bar Zucca in Turin and I have to say it was a very positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant.
Highly recommended not only for the quality of the food, but also for the people who work there.
In fact, what really makes the difference is the service: a special thanks to Giorgio, super professional. I'll definitely be back!

30/04/2026: ABSOLUTELY ADVISE AGAINST! Two people got sick!
On April 24th, three people ate there. Two had the same meal: entrecote with pepper sauce. Three hours later, these two people had diarrhea. The third person had something else and was fine. My wife even had to take antibiotics and was sick for a week. Severe bacterial enteritis!!
Since only these two got sick, and the third had something different, and since no one ate anything else until the diarrhea started, it can only have been the food.
The cleanliness of the kitchen seems to be very poor.
Based on what I've read in other reviews about the quality of some of the food, I can easily imagine this. Eat somewhere else.

01/01/2026: A historic Piedmontese restaurant like few others today. A genuine and authentic atmosphere expressed through friendly and attentive service. Traditional dishes prepared with dedication include five or six typical appetizers, one or two first courses, one or two second courses, including a spectacular Piedmontese-style fried dish, along with desserts, coffee, and bottles of bitters brought to each table. The menu is a fixed price, so there is no à la carte option. This is one of those restaurants that are pillars of Piedmontese tradition...a place worth preserving.
19/12/2025: There's no better restaurant serving authentic Turin cuisine within a 100km radius.
Since 1977, I've never left the restaurant without being amazed by the food and service. Mario is an attentive and perfect owner.
In the Alta Langa and Alto Monferrato areas, they dream of a Ristoro Villata.
Unfortunately, tourists from outside Turin don't understand much about cuisine and therefore can't fully appreciate it.

20/03/2026: I was lucky enough to discover this fantastic authentic Chinese restaurant. Perfect for those who, like me, love Chinese cuisine. Aside from the excellent service (kind and very fast), the food is truly good and plentiful. Not to mention the prices, which are truly rock-bottom. What I had: Chinese dumpling broth with added shrimp. Rating: 10/10. I came home rolling and spent €7 for this delicious dish.
20/01/2026: I'll start by saying that I'm not an expert on Chinese restaurants or Chinese food, but many people talk about this restaurant as more authentic than others. Indeed, as other reviews have noted, there were quite a few Chinese people busy eating at other tables, and the tables were generally full, even on a weekday. The value for money is good, definitely cheaper than other restaurants. The service is a bit unremarkable, and the place feels stuck in time, and there are some things that aren't particularly beautiful to see, but my opinion is positive. I'll be back.

14/02/2026: Totally disappointed, service too slow. Food so-so. I asked 4 times for wine, it seemed like they were making it on the spot. Never again, the new Haikkiki restaurant is better, they are faster, better and kinder.
08/02/2026: Pros: Aesthetically pleasing and well-kept venue, with clean bathrooms. Ample parking available. Service was good (fast, friendly staff). The sushi and raw fish were good.
Cons: The "Chinese" dishes, i.e., fried, both the first and second courses, were extremely greasy and heavy, with an aftertaste of "fairground donuts"—I don't know how else to explain it.

Dishes not served at the same time. The food was served after we had finished eating.
The food was good but not exceptional.
But the view was very nice 🤗
18/04/2026: We ordered a portion of chips while waiting for the pizzas (a 40-minute wait)... I was able to count them, there were 30 in number... the pizzas, after the long wait, were burnt, but raw on the inside... terrible experience, even the staff was not up to par... the only one I found professional, was the gentleman with glasses, very kind and attentive.

15/04/2026: I'm very sorry to have to leave this review, as the staff was truly exceptionally kind, but the kindness shown is directly proportional to the price... definitely sky-high for the local service offered.
I notice that the staff responds to criticism by saying that customers have the prices available on the menu. However, I'd like to point out that not everything is listed (canned/glass drinks like tea or Coke, priced at €5, are not listed, for example).
In short, an excellent place for those who want to be treated with extreme courtesy, but not for those who want to pay for service (basic, not far removed from that of any bar) at extremely high prices...
In light of this, I wouldn't recommend it to friends.
04/04/2026: I'm sorry but after changing management everything has changed except for the guys who have always been kind but the blonde girl is the owner with a beard and dark glasses no comment without talking about the prices

01/11/2025: We waited an hour and a half for six inedible and disgusting dishes, not to mention the terrible quality of the fish. Very poor service and no apology from the staff. Absolutely avoid if you don't want to leave with nausea and a stomach ache.
31/10/2025: Very nice restaurant, not only of sushi but also Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese dishes in an extensive menu. Cooking and prep was first rate, fresh oil for the tempura, fish was fresh from what we ordered. Only place within miles I found to order actual soup (evidently not a thing in Piemonte). Not a deep drinks list but sufficient with some beer, simple wines, saki and other drinks. Very reasonably priced. Would certainly go again for a refreshing break from the heavy Piemontese menus around Moncalieri.

11/11/2025: Unfortunately it is no longer the bar of years ago, I found a very dark place at 1.30pm with almost no lighting, very loud music, it seems like a nightclub not a bar, neither for the management nor for the quality offered, simple toast with ham and cheese filling, moreover of low quality and not even very fresh €5 I would say excessive.
