26/04/2026: Ordered several times through Just Eat... Each time they arrive over an hour late and always with different explanations. You call to ask for more and they say they're on their way, but they never arrive. With the last order, they also messed up the pizzas, which were without tomato sauce, and the kebabs I asked for were not spicy; they all arrived spicy.
No comment, we will never order from them again.

Pavarolo, besides offering a lovely stroll through the places where Casorati once stayed, allows you to savor the atmosphere and flavors of Sunday lunches in the 1960s. A trattoria that remains unchanged, it immerses you in Piedmontese culinary tradition: Russian salad, raw meat, mixed fried fish, tagliolini, and more.
Recommended for nostalgics and those curious to discover the authentic Piedmontese culinary tradition.
14/04/2026: Easter lunch, April 2026, €55.00 per person, set menu.
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience; the quality and quantity of the food were significantly below expectations. The portions were truly meager for the price: the fritto misto, which should have been the star dish, was minimal and poorly prepared.
Besides the food, the ambiance leaves much to be desired: the restaurant urgently needs a fresh coat of paint and a more thorough cleaning. Paying a high price for poor food in a neglected setting is unacceptable. We won't be returning.

05/04/2026: Disgusting! I ordered grilled soy spaghetti....They arrived after two minutes, raw, and without mussels or clams; there were only the shells.
19/02/2026: Always busy at lunchtime, no matter the day. I prefer to book in advance to avoid waiting, even though the wait isn't long, 20 minutes max... but they accept reservations up to an hour in advance.
I highly recommend the fried food; everything is made beautifully, light, and delicious even cold.
The pizzas are good, and the prices are great for everything.

13/08/2025: A great place to get takeout pizzas. The menu is updated (photographed) with very reasonable prices, which are current. The pizzas are good, with a fairly thin crust and generous toppings.

22/04/2026: The pizzas were okay, the staff was okay, the price was good, but there was no knife or fork, and the place was a bit dirty. With little effort, a lot could be improved here…

In the warm season, dining outside is wonderful.
It's closed on Mondays.
Tuesday through Saturday, hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
On Sundays, it closes at 8:00 p.m.

18/03/2026: Found it by chance while asking for information in town. The chef's experience is evident. The food was divine, and I can say this because I'm always traveling. The waitress, Agata, is very good, kind, and knowledgeable. It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars. I'll be back soon. I felt right at home.

We went based on the variety of dishes offered on the restaurant's website, but the daily menu was limited to: Neapolitan pizza, pinsa, and a trio of appetizers (tomino cheese with honey and walnuts, veal with tuna sauce, tartare), tagliolini with mushrooms, and ravioli. I sincerely hope this was a one-off and that the menu isn't always this poor. I definitely won't be returning.
I'd at least like to thank the waitress, who was kind and attentive to our table.
