11/09/2025: The piadina is always good. But the girls don't want to work and often get the orders wrong. I'd suggest choosing better...since there are many people who want to work and can't find one. Some of the girls are very unpleasant.

05/10/2025: A special experience at the Dragonfly Bakery Café! The two ladies offered a warm and smiling welcome, and the service was friendly and courteous. With our American friends, we enjoyed excellent pancakes, typical American-style drinks like a flat white, and much more. The dining room is pleasant and quiet, ideal for great social moments! We'll be back soon!

15/06/2025: I had been wanting to get a pizza from them for a while, I managed to do so and was disappointed, baby pizza, small, shape out of the ordinary, not even almost round, and it seemed like I was eating rubber, I'm sorry because I really wanted it and I expected at least good. Ingredients thrown away like this... Takeaway price I wouldn't say good for what I ate... Oh well

01/07/2025: Grilled dinner for two. Chicken sent back to the kitchen... inedible. Service what can I say.....they were not even able to bring bread to the table after asking for it twice. The excuse was that there were too many people. I counted them there were 18 people. The only positive note is that at least they realized the situation and discounted the final price. However, there is a lot to review

23/06/2025: It's a famous chain. The food is good quality even if the quantities are no longer as abundant as some time ago. The sore point is the price...for two sandwiches and water the amount spent is too high.

20/10/2025: I was there a couple of weeks ago... a table for 7 people... the location is beautiful and strategic since it's right in the center, but it needs a makeover, old and neglected, the cleanliness is not great. In fact, my fork was very dirty and I changed it. The glasses weren't shiny... the pizza was so thin and too crispy that when I cut it, it broke completely and had a hole in the middle... the pizza chef, seeing that it had turned out badly, should have remade it, but instead they served it to me like this... really awful, the staff was kind, but I wouldn't go back.

19/08/2025: As always, a must-visit at Portichetto. The pizza is excellent, as are the homemade desserts. Custanz remains a cornerstone of the upper Maira Valley. <3

02/08/2025: We went for dinner, there were two of us and two other tables of two, and we waited 50 minutes just to get a nigiri, the quality was terrible and they were tiny. And after a whole hour and a quarter, the other thing we had ordered (sashimi) arrived, so it took nothing to clean and cut it, which they don't know how to do because there were so many scales. Plus, 3 euros for water that tasted like disinfectant, a total of 50 euros with non-existent staff.

13/05/2025: The sushi, the service, the atmosphere, everything is excellent, it doesn't have the all you can eat formula, so it's a bit expensive

12/11/2025: Stayed across the road from here for a few days and came in every day for breakfast and coffee. The team behind the till were courteous, kind and patient with my lack of Italian vocabulary. Great coffee too!

04/11/2025: Very welcoming and bright place. It's a shame that spending €4.50 for a frozen gluten-free brioche means they'll never see me again. Not even specialty bakeries that offer fresh products have these prices.

07/07/2025: Heerlijke pizza, zoals een pizza moet zijn! Dunne bodem en rijkelijk belegd. Als dessert tiramisu gehad. Gewoon zalig!!

22/06/2025: Una buena comida italiana honesta a un costo razonable, con una oferta de vino sensata, es decir, tenían una carta de vinos corta pero interesante, pero también hacían vino de casa muy modesto y agradable al paladar por la jarra. Su oferta principal es pizza con varias páginas de clásicos, pero también giros modernos, y el horno de pizza está justo en su cara al entrar en este pequeño lugar tranquilo de la calle lateral. Tienen otras opciones de comida que probamos también, y una tabla de ofertas diarias. Las pizzas son tan diferentes a las versiones delgadas del Reino Unido como la masa era tan suave y deliciosa. Nos quedamos tan impresionados que comimos allí cuatro noches seguidas! El personal es genial y servicial, y el restaurante debe estar haciendo algo bien, ya que fueron embestidos cada noche que estuvimos allí.

09/06/2025: I was recently at the Osteria and I was truly impressed. A simple but well-kept place, where you can feel the welcome as soon as you cross the threshold. The dishes? Truly exceptional. Each course is prepared with care and passion, with authentic flavors that conquer you from the first taste. The tagliatelle all'arrabbiata were cooked to perfection, well seasoned and full of flavor. The roast, very tender, melted in the mouth. The side dishes and desserts were no exception: everything homemade, genuine, abundant. The staff is kind, helpful and always smiling. They make you feel immediately at ease, like at home. And a special mention goes to the owner, an exquisite person and attentive to every detail. You can see that he puts his heart and soul into what he does. The quality-price ratio is also excellent: you eat well, you spend the right amount and you leave more than satisfied. In short: a true, honest osteria, where you will gladly return. Highly recommended!
