I can't be nice about this place. The food is terrible in every sense of the word. Poorly cooked and thrown away. The classic McDonald's in Italy, if not one of the worst. I wonder if the chain's Italian manager checks it out every now and then. Edit: Incredible improvement in about a month! I appreciate the management doing something in such a short time. Keep it up, I no longer feel like I'm wasting money.

First time, I didn't know anything. The girls and guys were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and the food was as I expected from McDonald's...unpretentious!! Overall, good.

Let's say that compared to other McDonald's, it seems slightly below average. Its parking is definitely weak because it's sometimes a nightmare. In the kitchen, it depends. Once I received a completely burnt sandwich, the other time it was perfect. So I don't know if it's due to the staff, but I imagine so. I wonder if McDonald's will expand its parking lot in the future, that would be really nice.

15/05/2026: The food is excellent, but the portions are small. The coffee is good as usual, and I was surprised that they also had 100% natural juice (squeezed orange) which was excellent.
14/05/2026: We met here with some friends to sample the delicious dishes offered by Mr. Ronald. One of the best things was the service. I really liked the "build your own plate" experience with the fries out of the container (a perfect activity for families with kids, putting them back in the bag). We also played "what's missing?", and we won when we saw there was no ketchup. The food was truly delicious. I highly recommend the Hot Devil sauce; it literally melted me. Honorable mentions go to the hair in the crispy fries, which added that extra touch of saltiness that never hurts.
