23/12/2025: 🍕A PLEASANT DISCOVERY 🍕 We discovered this pizzeria in Mercurago (above Arona) by chance and were pleasantly surprised. A huge selection of pizzas, excellent quality, and affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and knows how to take care of their customers. We'll definitely be back!

22/12/2025: I called for information on takeaway pizza. The response was very rude and too vain, which forced me to ask. To sum up, the lady who answered was very very rude, above all.

28/09/2025: A homey experience and very good traditional cuisine, unfortunately ruined by the final bill. The two of us spent €50 for an appetizer, a first course, and a glass of wine each, plus fried mushrooms, which further increased the bill. The fact that we were clearly tourists passing through probably prompted the cashier to add that extra 15%, otherwise I can't explain all the locals there. The cover charge was also disappointing: €2 per person for paper placemats and cutlery to keep for the entire dinner. Good quality, but the prices were truly excessive compared to expectations. It's our fault for not asking the prices beforehand, but it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I'm increasingly less confident in stopping to dine out when I travel around Northern Italy.

26/11/2025: We stumbled upon it somewhat by chance. A pleasant surprise. The owner and staff were kind and welcoming. The food was simple and good. The atmosphere was quiet. The price was fair. I'd go back.

31/03/2026: Went here for both lunch and dinner. dinner was epic as we went up on skidoo’s in the evening and had a 5 course meal. Food was average but experience was amazing. Nice and sunny for lunch too and good for big groups.

12/10/2025: This bar in Govone's charming little square is always a place of carefree relaxation, thanks in part to the owner's savoir faire, who organizes themed evenings. It's the ideal place to unwind after work or at any time of day. The service is excellent.

25/12/2025: I hate to leave bad reviews, but I bought a panettone. The dough was incredibly dry, and it didn't justify the price at all. When I went to buy it, the cappuccino and cannoncino were actually good, so it's a real shame about the panettone.

23/12/2025: It's hard to find a place these days where the quality of the coffee and pastries is as high as this one! Brioches like clouds, perfectly filled, coffee with a perfect macchiato, and even the savory pastries are incredibly tasty! It's now become my go-to place for breakfast and snacks!

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers.... Oh, I forgot, the place was empty! I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea. Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

05/04/2026: The restaurant is in an enviable location, next to the slopes and easily accessible by car. It offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The chalet is rustic, well-finished, and exudes warmth. The staff is always very kind and courteous, even during peak season when it's packed. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the prices aren't cheap: €4 for a cappuccino and a croissant for breakfast; €2 for a half-liter bottle of water; and for self-service, a €2 cover charge per person is added to your choice (for example, a Milanese with fries costs €16, so I'd spend €20 for a Milanese with fries and a bottle of water). The quality/price ratio isn't, in my opinion, adequate (I think the Milanese was a pre-breaded Aia-style one), and, having gone there several days over the course of a month, I noticed that the menu changes little, making lunch there feel monotonous. Finally, I recommend checking the restrooms more closely. I understand that customers' rudeness plays a big role, but I've sometimes found them in appalling conditions by mid-morning, with no soap or paper towels and filthy floors and toilets. It's definitely worth a visit for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee on their lovely terrace, but some aspects should be reconsidered.

22/12/2025: Excellent meat, fresh vegetables that enhance the flavor of the kebabs and perfectly cooked piadinas. I tried the rice, and it was cooked to perfection. The skewers were spiced just right. In my opinion, the owner and employees care and respect both the customer and the raw materials they handle.

09/02/2026: Great place, self-service so it's perfect for those who don't want to spend too much time. Home-cooked food and a different daily trio of dishes are available for between €10 and €12. If you'd like, there are other options like burgers, steaks, etc. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the staff are friendly. For me, as I work downtown, it's perfect. If I could offer a suggestion, I'd appreciate a few more side dishes.
