The panzerotti, in particular, remain indigestible even for entire afternoons with the aftertaste of the frying oil that does not go away. The prices are certainly popular, but the raw materials are very poor.

01/04/2024: Pranzo pasquale, locale tutto pieno. Ci sediamo alle 13:00 precise. Menù fisso (Pasquale appunto) quindi niente da scegliere ed - almeno in teoria - già tutto pronto o quasi. Il primo antipasto è arrivato alle 13:50, il secondo antipasto alle 14:20 e così via… Insomma, abbiamo finito di mangiare alle 16:30. Andiamo noi al banco bar per prendere il caffè per velocizzare i tempi e, al momento di pagare, … sorpresa: NON VA INTERNET e quindi niente carte di credito, niente bancomat e pagamenti elettronici (neanche Satispay). Notizia non comunicata prima! Noi abbiamo difficoltà a mettere insieme il contante necessario e ci facciamo prestare dei soldi dagli amici. E soprattutto nessuna ricevuta fiscale (perché non va Internet? !!). E così si sono fatti tutto l’incasso del pranzo pasquale senza dichiarare un Euro!!! Se almeno il cibo fosse stato buono ma: antipasti preparati il giorno prima e perlopiù secchetti, asciutti o sciapi… e sulla stessa linea tutto il resto del menu fino ai dolci.

08/05/2024: Disorganized and careless....20 minutes for a piadina that we had to ask for 3 times...it then arrived piping hot and half raw, a sign that they had forgotten and cooked it at the last minute. The person with me was served immediately, so she ate alone, the waitress literally dropped a latte that wasn't even lukewarm on the table... without water (which arrived a quarter of an hour later) and without sugar or napkins...my mother had to get up and go around looking...I told the waitress she didn't care...she didn't even apologise...she says there's only one plate...the place it was practically empty... Zero service, high prices, incompetent staff

07/05/2024: I entered with the umbrella and a lady immediately and with a certain rudeness told me to "put the umbrella in the umbrella stand otherwise you can go to the lake". Yes I mean you, ma'am. I can understand your reasons, but there is a way and way to address customers.

08/01/2024: Located in the splendid, wonderful, unique Piazza Galimberti in Cuneo! Beautiful place, with barrel vaults and excellent breakfast service, with attention to the smallest details by the owner Giovanni Parola and his highly trained and impeccable staff in service and courtesy both in the dining room and in the laboratory! Excellent choice of glasses of wine recommended by a very knowledgeable barman! Well done everyone!!! Compliments!!!

27/12/2023: I can only review the aperitif, but that is very pleasant and varied. There is also the possibility of replacing the classic Aperol with a local artisan product. Good appetizers. Very kind service. Excellent interlude between work and dinner, in the splendid Piazza Galimberti.

30/06/2024: Bad experience, booked for 9 and after waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone coming to the table to order, we left. Sympathy they don't know what it is.... Not recommended.

17/08/2024: Terrible experience on August 15th. Ordered a fish starter, four grilled fish and four side dishes After an hour and a half they still hadn't brought anything because they had missed the order and magically after our complaints in three minutes everything arrived with the grilled fish burnt on the outside and frozen on the inside They tried to remedy our complaints by asking if we wanted grilled swordfish and when we refused they shrugged their shoulders and no longer considered our table Moral €87 for not eating anything without excuses, indeed very annoyed for not having ordered dessert Absolutely negative experience in a dirty and poorly organized restaurant Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars but I can certainly give negative publicity for this absurd restaurant

21/12/2023: For being adjacent to a club it has, in my opinion, a nice environment but charging €1.20 for a coffee which is rubbish is scandalous I'm embarrassed to try the pizzeria

12/08/2024: Very bad experience. Raw, leftover octopus. Raw potatoes, they always brought them back raw, soaked. Inedible. Having paid the bill in full, we won't go back again.
