21/06/2025: I'm sorry to leave a negative review, I entered there was no staff, I waited 10 minutes then the rude girl arrived because I had disturbed her while she was smoking a cigarette......I think that rudeness does not make good publicity, a few meters in front of the covered market there is another bakery courtesy efficiency and good prices👍 [advice for the Management to select the staff better]

I order a normal one and a double
When you get home to eat they are both singles with the difference that one cost me 5 euros more than the other, compared to the one in Castelletto and the one in Romagnano, yours is shameful I say this because every time I go to the drive something is always missing, you should fail for how you work
26/05/2025: Card payment does not work. MasterCard cards are all rejected, power outlets do not work, waiting times between ordering and receiving the order are good.

06/05/2025: Esperienza sempre positiva all’Orto del Frate. Ci torniamo spesso ogni volta che saliamo, sia in coppia, in famiglia o con amici. È uno di quei posti dove sai cosa aspettarti: cucina semplice, porzioni giuste, ambiente rilassato.
Il locale non è particolarmente caratteristico, ma è comodo e piacevole, perfetto per una pausa dopo una giornata sulla neve o per una cena informale. Niente di memorabile, ma mai una delusione. Un punto fermo affidabile a Sauze.

15/05/2025: Ho ordinato una porzione di cuoppo al costo di 6€, pure aumentato rispetto a qualche anno fa. ( cosa corretta dato che dopo il covid è aumentato TUTTO) ma non posso salire in macchina e non avere neanche mezza porzione. Non ho parole. Almeno aumentate di costo ma lasciate una porzione intera.

17/03/2025: Dusty carpet, hair everywhere, bathroom fixtures that are at least 40 years old.
Vacuum cleaner noise as early as 7am.
Scandalous that such a place still has 4 stars.
If it were to be rated today it would be 1 star

29/05/2025: We took advantage of the offer: small menu with Crispy McBacon for 3 euros. We went to lunch at McDrive. I thought I would find lots of people and be disappointed by the quality of the menus (since the demand would be very high).
Instead we were super happy with the choice. The girl who followed us (Sara, if I'm not mistaken) super smart, very kind and fast, they disposed of the customers so well that there were no traffic jams.
The quality was very high.
Really very satisfied!

28/12/2024: Ordered calzone which was served to me raw inside and burnt outside, with tomato not requested.. Poor products! In the previous management it was quality food.
