26/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and didn't know how the service worked (we didn't want to know) because the great thing is that while we were sitting down, the never-ending appetizers were already arriving, followed by more first courses and more second courses, all Piedmontese dishes, desserts and drinks and digestifs galore. Excellent quality, everyone very kind and down-to-earth. I've never found a place like it.

01/01/2026: A historic Piedmontese restaurant like few others today. A genuine and authentic atmosphere expressed through friendly and attentive service. Traditional dishes prepared with dedication include five or six typical appetizers, one or two first courses, one or two second courses, including a spectacular Piedmontese-style fried dish, along with desserts, coffee, and bottles of bitters brought to each table. The menu is a fixed price, so there is no à la carte option. This is one of those restaurants that are pillars of Piedmontese tradition...a place worth preserving.
