13/07/2025: Sono venuta stasera con la mia famiglia dopo qualche ora di shopping. Conoscevo già questo locale, che prima di oggi non mi aveva mai deluso, ma stasera ho ordinato l'insalata con salmone e avocado , e con delusione ho notato che il salmone era veramente poco rispetto al solito ( considerando il prezzo dell'insalata). Quando vado al tavolo mi accorgo che mi era stato dato solo l'aceto in bustina monoporzione ma non l'olio, lo dico a mio marito che carinamente è andato al bancone per chiederlo, e la ragazza ha risposto con menefreghismo che era finito. Mio marito allora ha detto che non capisce perché non l'abbiano detto subito, visto che avrei evitato di spendere quasi 10 euro per una insalata insipida , composto al 90% da lattuga, qualche pezzetto di avocado e un pezzetto di salmone.

09/04/2025: We were there yesterday after a couple of years. The food is always good and the staff friendly. But it was difficult to eat because I think it smelled like sewage or something similar. Yet the place is clean, it will come from some drain, I don't know, but do something.

02/07/2025: Wrong pizza and an hour late. First order and also the last. Quality normal.

20/06/2025: I ordered a pizza as my first order and due to an app problem it didn't apply the 10% discount as they said automatically, they told me to delete the order (impossible) and then solve it another day. I had ordered at 7:20 pm from the app and even though I showed up earlier they only started preparing it at 7:36 pm. After a 20 minute delay the pizza finally came out

02/09/2025: I often stop by this bar for work, but I think many others do too. Bar TOM is a must-visit for anyone visiting Fossano. This establishment has a bar that also serves hot dishes during lunch hours, a tobacconist, and a newsstand. Overall, the place is tidy and clean, and the staff is friendly. Convenient to stop in since there's a little parking. Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: Terrible experience. If you're looking for a place where the staff is rude and makes you feel unwanted, then you've found the right bar. Disappointing in every way. Luckily, it's called Bar Tom, not Bon Ton. Never again! Only in extreme cases!

28/08/2025: Slower than a snail, they didn't even bring us an empty hot plate. The breadsticks are unsalted and it's too windy. They're enslaving the kids and there's not a single hottie at the bar. I'll definitely go back. Still, the quality/price ratio is consistent.

27/08/2025: Although listed as open no one was there everything was shut closed. I would look elsewhere for a meal.

23/08/2025: Basic Sardinian food, everything is excellent, a lot of it is homemade and the room downstairs has a wonderful view of the forest.

20/08/2025: As for the food, we can't say anything, but the welcome leaves a lot to be desired. If they don't know you, they don't take you into consideration, and in my opinion it should be exactly the opposite: welcoming and friendly towards all customers, with particular attention to new ones.

01/08/2025: On Sunday, July 27th, while I was out walking with a friend, we stopped in front of the place for a granita. I asked if it was gluten-free. The girl working there couldn't answer, so she asked the guy behind the counter (calling him sir is a compliment). He replied, "This will make everything go away," laughing. It was very offensive to those who suffer from a condition that shouldn't be trifled with; it's gambling with people's lives and health. If you don't have a basic understanding, don't be a restaurateur. Your ignorance can kill people.

22/06/2025: I regret having to give only one star to this place, which I have always appreciated and enthusiastically recommended to friends in the past. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a sandwich, specifying that I wanted to remove two ingredients. However, after reporting the error, the same sandwich was brought back to me, with the additional ingredients of the sandwich that was supposed to be... thrown on the plate, without even a fork to pick them up. This type of service is not acceptable. It is essential that those who work in contact with the public know how to welcome and satisfy customer requests, otherwise I would have made it at home which perhaps would have been even better. Even the beer that was served to me was not the one I remembered, being watered down, and the hamburger was inedible: overcooked and full of spices so much so that my partner and I had to leave it on the plate. It is a real shame, considering the quality of the meat used. I sincerely hope that this was just an unlucky evening and that it does not happen to other customers in the future. However, in light of this experience, I no longer feel like recommending this place. It's a shame, because the environment was very promising. I hope this review can serve as a starting point to improve the service and experience you bring to customers.

29/07/2025: Dinner on a Monday evening, not very pleasant for the welcome, the smile of the waitress and the manager were non-existent, we felt very clearly that our presence was in the way because no one else was dining and everyone was waiting for us to leave to close the door once we had crossed the threshold. 26/08/2025: The table was already reserved and nice, the menu wasn't special, we had to wait a long time, only the starter was good, the main course was completely forgotten, we were asked for dessert after the starter - after a long wait - the trout was cold (it should be), the roast was extremely dry, and dessert was two scoops of ice cream with caramel sauce. The service was nice but very slow and inattentive, tables weren't cleared for a long time, so we won't be coming back, which they probably won't care about - a shame.

06/09/2025: They tried even if they eat (the owners) in the dining room and leave their children who disturb the elderly, the previous management was much better, I speak as an Alpettese

27/08/2025: The only place to eat in the splendid setting of Alpette, a new family under new management... what can I say? The food is nothing special, mini portions at more than fair prices. However, and it's a huge however, the owner doesn't deserve a job dealing with people. She's rude, ill-mannered, and incredibly unfriendly! I complained about a salad that arrived rotten, and obviously I wouldn't have paid for it. For me, the matter could have ended there, especially since I continued to go there for the next two days and leave behind large sums of money. And nothing! The amazing lady decided not to even look at me, say hello, or even simply offer the service she's there for, but she continued to take the money... she should change jobs and be ashamed of herself!!!

25/08/2025: I was on vacation and found myself in this hotel... decent, without high expectations... but after a day I had to leave for personal reasons. They were very understanding, they refunded me the entire unused amount, rightfully without the receipt taxes already paid. Thank you.

21/07/2025: Bad experience, we stayed one night, took 5 rooms, strong smell of fried food in the corridors, dirty bathroom, blankets with stains, darkness in the corridor, breakfast, coffee and croissant, never again

14/08/2025: Alas... the only time I didn't read the reviews! I'd already assumed it was a very commercial place given the menu selection. First of all, it seems very rude to stand in front of people waiting for their choices. I'll make a long story short... The waiters immediately took away the cheese bowl they'd just brought... they couldn't find any others! The lasagna... arrived cold; according to my husband, it had been bought at the supermarket. The amatriciana pasta was pasta with sauce and bacon added at the end. The burger was mediocre... not enough meat in a dry bun with no sides. I opted for a simple sandwich... perhaps out of fear of encountering more junk... hard! I assure you, the bread in the basket was softer... because I touched it... as you surely did the ones before me and after me... the basket was taken away from us, saying it was missing from another table. I forced myself to think carefully about the cold fries... that they hadn't been brought back by someone else, and the fried food, which arrived hot but soggy. All for a cool €70. Congratulations!

13/09/2025: The place has a really pleasant atmosphere and the food is very good, no complaints about that. Unfortunately, however, the service somewhat ruined the experience: we had reported a month in advance that one of our group is celiac, and yet we were only informed during the birthday party that there were no gluten-free options available and that he would have to order from Glovo. It's a shame, because with a little more attention, it could have been a perfect evening.

13/09/2025: I went for dinner on Ladies' Friday with some friends. The location and the evening were beautiful. The food was good, but the portions were small for the price—not adequate, in fact, excessive. Especially since if you order a second course later, you'll still be hungry. Nothing else to say.
