03/10/2025: I had dinner with my family and waited forty minutes to order, but the food arrived fairly quickly. The speed of service could be improved.

03/10/2025: We arrived at the Roadhouse in Novara at 8:30 PM and didn't receive our food until 9:30 PM, after an excessive wait. The situation was made even more unpleasant by the fact that two people who arrived after us were served first. The staff was clearly understaffed for the peak time. The result was slow and disorganized service, significantly below expectations.

18/11/2025: I ordered a pizza for delivery on Saturday evening at 8:15 PM (via Just Eat). At 8:15 PM, no pizza arrived, and I can understand that since it's Saturday night, deliveries are a bit late, especially if the delivery status on Just Eat is updated to "delivered." So I wrote to Just Eat support, saying I hadn't received anything, and they magically updated the delivery time to 8:45 PM. Okay, it's a little annoying, but I understand that Saturday evenings can be late. The guy comes over and apologizes for the delay, saying, "Sorry, it's not my fault," and okay, you're not the pizza chef, but you shouldn't be so rude, but whatever. Now, let's get to the pizza. I asked for a red crust with chips, and the pizza was burnt in several places. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo because I was hungry, but it was burnt in several places and was also quite rubbery, so I didn't digest it very well.

20/11/2025: After years, they still can't hire professional and polite baristas. One tries, but then runs away. The only ones who survive are the senior barista and the very kind blonde girl, but they're not always there. The end.

23/11/2025: Very nice bar, shame that it is very poorly managed (empty tables with cups etc. left like that for quite some time, we waited too long for them to come and take our order) which is a shame because the place is really nice.

24/05/2025: Terrible pizza, service too, and yet I fear it used to be an exceptional place, a little out of the way for us but we were happy to go, now I will never go again 😏😏😏

12/04/2025: This restaurant was a godsend for us: delicious food at fair prices and very friendly staff. The meat-filled agnolotti was accompanied by a full-bodied Dolcetto Dogliani from Poderi Luigi Einaudi. And then there was the wine selection... heavenly!

24/08/2025: I've ordered from this place twice in a row through Glovo, and I have to say they have terrible service. Both times, even though we'd written in the order notes that we didn't want onions and spicy sauce, they still included them. So, either they don't read the order notes or they don't understand Italian. Today I tried to place another order and even called to remind them that I didn't want onions or spicy sauce! Did they understand this time??? We'll see... It's a shame because, all in all, the kebab isn't bad! I hope they change their minds and find the right way to communicate with this food.

19/07/2025: Quality food and a lot of kindness

15/11/2025: Valentine's Day dinner 2025: a fairly varied set menu. We went to this restaurant because it's supposed to be a well-known name in the city. We entered and only after a while were we called to sit at the counter (quite uncomfortable for such a high-priced dinner). We were crammed in among bottles of wine and various decorations, even though there were still a few tables free (and they remained that way throughout the evening). After choosing the wine (the chef arrogantly wanted to choose for us even though we explicitly told him what we wanted), a plate of breadsticks, crackers, and bread arrived, not at all crispy and lacking in flavor. The dinner continued with quality dishes. At one point, the chef scolded one of the waiters (who had always been extremely kind and provided impeccable service) in front of the entire dining room. The icing on the cake was dessert and coffee at the end of the dinner. Only at a few tables did the chef serve strawberries with chocolate, leaving a few guests without them. Since it was a set menu, it should have been included with all courses. The food was good, though, it was a shame about the setting, which completely failed to live up to expectations and the bill.

12/10/2025: This is not a restaurant, it is a show!! You are in for an extraordinary experience, everything is managed to the smallest detail. Highly recommended!!

20/09/2025: We ordered two takeout pizzas at 8:45 PM, and even though we had pre-ordered them, we waited 30 minutes longer than the scheduled time. When we got home, one of the two pizzas even tasted the wrong way. For me, it's a no-brainer.

14/09/2025: In the warmer months, the outdoor seating is frequented by friendly older people, intent on chatting. It's wonderful to see the serenity in their eyes. Infinite tenderness. The owner is friendly. A "down-to-earth" place (in the positive sense of the word).

07/09/2025: A refined bar with friendly and professional staff. A good breakfast to start the day, or a great lunch break.

23/11/2025: A nice restaurant on the riverbank. Worth stopping by to admire the views.

19/11/2025: The event was advertised as free. We arrived, and 'magically' it became a paid event. We asked for clarification and were told that the event was only free until a certain time. Too bad this information wasn't in the press release or in the city's articles. We felt cheated, but we went in anyway (and paid). There were too many people on the floor, and the tables inside were full. The only place—and relief—was the foosball table outside. Drinks were well-made by the bartender.

01/09/2025: We had pizzas in various flavors. The pasta was very good and well-filled!! The Birra Rossa was very good. The waitress was very good, smart, and kind. The Carbonara was delicious, and the Tiramisu was amazing!!
