12/05/2025: Be careful, the cash is systematic here! Today I was simply ripped off in this café. I ordered a Bianca Della Casa twice in a row, just normal house wine – I thought. But when I saw the bill, I was astonished: the bill was for a more expensive wine...!! (Bicchiere Arneis) When I asked, the waiter explained to me that he had asked me in Italian whether I wanted exactly this (more expensive) wine. Although when I first ordered I showed exactly which wine I would like... To me, this smells a lot like a scam: deliberately misleading customers in order to collect more in the end. Not an oversight, but deliberate deception. Tip: Request the invoice when ordering!!!! Then you can immediately see whether everything is correct with your order!

04/05/2025: Magnificent view of the lake and the square, the pizzas are good and the service was as fast as it was pleasant! I recommend 👍🏼 especially on the terrace if the weather is nice 🌞

01/04/2025: Sì ma … non tutto corrisponde alla descrizione del menù. Ordinato un succo perché dalla carta risultava essere 100% frutta, in realtà era un classico succo di frutta in vasetto, assolutamente non 100%, com vari ingredienti tra cui lo zucchero appunto.

31/03/2025: Il posto è molto carino, accogliente e il personale simpatico e professionale. Sono andata con mia figlia e abbiamo preso 2 menù degustazione brunch che ci hanno più che saziate!!!! Tutto buonissimo . Sicuramente torneremo ❤️

09/04/2025: We were there yesterday after a couple of years. The food is always good and the staff friendly. But it was difficult to eat because I think it smelled like sewage or something similar. Yet the place is clean, it will come from some drain, I don't know, but do something.

21/02/2025: It's been a long time since I've been back to this place, and now I remember why. We took 3 wraps all served with burnt meat after more than 20 minutes of waiting even though the place was empty. There was an incredible smell of sewage in the shop. When I asked for takeaway bags to take away the chips (since we were hoping to have a quick meal which instead lasted 45 minutes even in a restaurant) the employee also got annoyed for having asked for an extra bag explaining that we had to leave in a hurry. There are three of us and perhaps for her sake we should have put everyone in a single bag. I had fond memories of this shop. I strongly advise against returning

14/06/2025: Non avrei messo neanche una stella se avessi potuto. Assolutamente disorganizzati, maleducati, la mano destra non sa cosa fa la sinistra. Ti obbligano a prenotare on Line , DEVI presentarti assolutamente 15 minuti prima dall’orario indicato nella prenotazione , se no il tavolo viene dato ad altri……. Arriviamo 15 minuti prima……tavolo inesistente, devi fare la fila alla casa per prenotare , dove ci sono i clienti che pagano. Regna la confusione , l’inadeguatezza, l’incompetenza, la maleducazione…. Dopo 20 minuti ci mandano in terrazza. Altri 15 minuti di attesa. Il nostro tavolo viene preparato in Cina. Ci sediamo alle 20:50 alle 220:01 non stiamo ancora cenando. Le birre erano ormai calde, le zanzare banchettavano sotto il tavolo con le nostre gambe. Ad una certa attacca la musica house, e io non vedo ancora la nostra pizza. Nel frattempo la ragazza al tavolo vicino era incinta di 4 mesi…. Ha partorito. Stiamo festeggiando la comunione ….. se continua così arriviamo alla laurea. Ore 22:13 Niente Nel frattempo le pizze al tavolo del puerpera sono arrivate per festeggiare il matrimonio del bimbo. E al nostro tavolo nulla, ma mi suggeriscono che sono i tempi di lievitazione. Finalmente arriva la pizza. Niente da dire buona. Voto 7…. Alla pizza. Concludendo, l’attesa non compensa la qualità delle materie prime.

31/05/2025: Verso le 18,chiedo direttamente al gentile proprietario,presente al bar di prenotarmi un tavolo per 2 persone le 19.30.Arrivismo puntuali e chiediamo del tavolo,nel porticato all aperto ,ci viene risposto che "quello è libero" faccio presente che ho prenotato quindi ci dovrebbe essere un tavolo nel deor non sul marciapiede sotto il porticato vista parcheggio "libero",il cameriere che sicuramente non ha una conoscenza approfondita dell italiano mi risponde comunque " quello è libero" ,ci sediamo di malavoglia,con tavolo con tovagliette in carta e pianta della fioriera praticamente in bocca,ma questo è niente ....ordine veloce pizze altrettanto veloci e qui comincia il bello ...pizza molle neppure parente di quella assaggiata nel locale precedente e dopo 4 minuti il conto ,ma non ho neppure mangiato la pizza ,non mi è mai capitato eppure per piacere viaggio parecchio in Italia e in europa . Ovviamente finita la pizza faccio le mie rimostranze alla proprietaria che mi risponde,ovvio,per evitare il mangia e fuggi,le rispondo che al mare tutti i locali sono all aperto ma nessuno anticipa il conto da saldare alla consegna......morale pizza mediocre e di pizze a Napoli ne ho mangiate parecchie e servizio assurdo,dimenticavo il deor non può essere quello .....ma Cannavacciuolo non aveva assicurato di lasciare il locale in buone mani 🤔

04/03/2025: It's the second time I've returned to this place and I continue to be satisfied. It offers an all you can eat formula with excellent value for money. Furthermore the staff is very kind and attentive. Recommended, worth it.

27/04/2025: We have been several times for breakfast, but the dislike of the owner and the staff always remains the same, a shame because the place is nice and the desserts are good, even if the fruit cakes we got this morning were not fresh that day but from the day before. Definitely high prices, and little, or rather little space to move around with children.

04/03/2025: Don't go there early in the morning! The morning lady will let those who shout the loudest and those who are most domineering move forward. I was at the counter in front of her for a few minutes, then I moved to the tables... I was invisible to her eyes for 10 minutes... and the place was far from full. I left to another bar where I was immediately greeted with a hello.

18/05/2025: Siamo capitati in questo hotel e abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell’hotel stesso Francamente mediocre Menu’ ridotto e sicuramente non eccezionale .. Primo passabile ma secondi abbastanza negativi …. Anche il dolce ( bavarese ) mediocre Servizio normale cin un po’ di confusione Sinceramente non ci e’ piaciuto

The only sore point is the slightly old environment, 70's style... if it were renovated it would undoubtedly gain more marks

01/02/2025: Mi trovo per caso in questo bar sabato all'ora vedi pranzo.Un Signore che reputo il titolare e due ragazze che insieme continuavano a urlare dietro il banco bevendo uno spritz, confusione alle pareti con appese ancora calze befane,cappelli di lana e cosmetici???

02/06/2025: I found the pizza very heavy, in fact I had half of it left, which never happens to me. I also didn't find the ingredients to my taste, the onions were too crunchy and had a vinegary aftertaste, very little gorgonzola. The music in the restaurant was too loud, which didn't let me enjoy the evening. I'm very sorry.

20/05/2025: An hour of waiting. They tell me that priority is given to delivery. In the meantime we wait. Draft beer finished, the waitress tells us that she will bring us two medium beers filled from the Moretti can, then paid as freshly tapped. Another waiter, to the question of a customer near us, answers that they have draft beer. A glass of beer without foam will arrive... The pizza has a good dough, but the ingredients are not good. The square ham NO! The shoulder ham is not good! It was not edible. Two pizzas and two beers (from cans) 37.50. Never again.

10/06/2025: They dish out food that is sometimes reheated, sometimes cold, and a few hours old. Rude staff, no management by the manager. Just once and you'll never come back. Disgusting.

20/04/2025: L'ampio parcheggio e la sala confortevole sono i primi elementi d'impatto positivo che mettono di buon umore. Giro di antipasti gustosi e saggiamente poco carichi. Anche i primi non hanno deluso: ravioli al Barbera e risotto agli asparagi hanno valso un 7+. Il secondo, maialino in crosta con patate, l'ho saltato per raggiunta capienza massima. Ho lasciato un posticino per il dolce: Colomba con mousse al Tiramisù, buono, ma porzione scarsa. Buono il vino Barbera presente nel menù fisso. Limoncello scadente, così come i bicchierini, non in vetro! Servizio discreto. Voto finale: 7+

18/12/2024: Cena in compagnia dei colleghi di ufficio. Locale decisamente bello e ben fatto. Pizza molto buona stile napoletana con cornicione pronunciato ma leggero e digeribile. Ragazzi in sala molto gentili e simpatici. Non fanno solo pizze ma anche cucina italiana classica che però non ho provato. Dolci bellissimi. Consigliato per una buona cena in zona Valdellatorre.
