I think I apologized in person and made amends, but apparently it didn't help much since the description doesn't even reflect the truth, and this is called SLANDER, punishable by law since well before 2020. Sometimes, staff, no matter how trained, act with free will, especially in foul situations, giving "strange" explanations. 08/02/2025: A place that stands out among many, one attached to the other, first for its size between inside and outside and second for its aesthetic location. All glassed in so you can enjoy the landscape outside Lake Viverone 🏞 Arriving shortly after lunch time around 2.00pm we looked at the menu 📓 with some delicacies and costs I must say were quite honest. First little problem… the wait! It wasn't very long but after waiting 25'/30' minutes just to sit down, we noticed that just before inviting us to sit down they had let a couple pass in front of us (those who had actually arrived there a few minutes earlier in the queue)... but there could be a mistake, the important thing is to have sat down and started eating. Let's take a Roast-Beef 🥩 with rocket and cherry tomatoes around €9.50, an octopus 🐙 with potatoes €10 and a "pinsa" 🍕 with Bresaola flakes of parmesan 🧀. At which the girl who handled the orders in the DEHORS (VERY KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL) warns that the octopus is finished, then corrects herself and says that perhaps there is something left (but she has to ask the kitchen for confirmation). Moral of the story, we wait for the dishes to arrive and in addition to discovering that for the entire table service, no oil or salt was put in 🧂, we send the octopus 🐙 back because only a plate full of potatoes 🥔 with 3/4 small pieces of octopus arrive. Rightly, seeing dishes at the nearest tables, it was not our intention to remain silent and not point this out... Instead of the latter dish, we take a Valle d'Aosta pinsa which arrives at our table in a very short time. Here I would like to break down in favor of the place the quality of the focaccia or rather "pinsa" which was not "00" flour but certainly one made of semolina or buckwheat. However very, very good 💯 We continue our lunch, I abstain from dessert but we ask for a cone 🍦 to take away. I can confirm that I kept seeing many very beautiful and very inviting 🍨 ice cream sundaes pass before our eyes. The dimensions of the cones were very demanding, the quality of the toilets was decent (considering the full capacity). I think 4 ⭐️ stars are more than deserved. A bit of confusion between the girls in the room and at the counter, a wine cellar 🍷 SPECTACULAR where I posted the photo. Will I go back? Who knows, he's certainly with some friends or in a group. 😉

07/05/2025: The food is plentiful, also because there is a large table with every type of appetizer where you can choose the quantity, the first and second courses are served by the friendly and affable staff. The only sore point is the slightly old environment, 70's style... if it were renovated it would undoubtedly gain more marks

26/04/2025: Siamo andati a cena in famiglia. Arrivati alle 7.30. Antipasti arrivati dopo un’ora e poi un’altra ora di attesa per o primi piatti. Nonostante ci siano 4 camerieri sembra che abbiano paura della sale e si rinchiudono di continuo in cucina. I patti sporchi dopo aver finito il nostro cibo li abbiamo tenuti davanti per 40 minuti. Abbiamo ordinato un’acqua ( con estrema difficoltà perché non riuscivamo a intercettare un cameriere) e comunque ci è arrivata dopo 30 minuti. Cibo normale (tajarin con ragù di salsiccia buoni, gnocchi che sarebbero dovuti essere al formaggio ma erano solo in una ciotola di latte, assolutamente no). Prezzi alti non all’altezza ne del servizio né dei piatti. Va bene che siamo nella capitale dello slow food ma andare così lenti non è giustificabile. Menomale che ero almeno in buona compagnia

22/04/2025: Ci sono stato a cena oggi 22 aprile con la mia compagna per il suo compleanno, eh niente ragazzi, tutto IMPECCABILE, ambiente accogliente, servizio oltre l’ottimo, la signora e il ragazzo sono stati veramente fantastici, pur avendo la sala piena in due sono sempre riusciti a tenere a bada tutto, complimenti anche agli chef, antipasto (Carne cruda battuta a coltello) e secondo (Capocollo cotto a bassa temperatura) non buoni ma bensì STREPITOSI, faccio il mio più sincero complimento a tutto lo staff, cito anche il fantastico gesto del cameriere dopo che avevamo ordinato due zuccotti di tiramisù, arriva al tavolo dispiaciuto dicendo che il tiramisù era finito, noi come due amanti del tiramisù mangiamo solo quello come dessert, ma lui non ha fatto come farebbe la maggior parte dei camerieri, ci ha offerto un altro dolce per dare alla nostra serata un altro po’ di dolcezza! Detto ciò ragazzi, grazie mille per la fantastica cena, torneremo!!

14/06/2025: Non avrei messo neanche una stella se avessi potuto. Assolutamente disorganizzati, maleducati, la mano destra non sa cosa fa la sinistra. Ti obbligano a prenotare on Line , DEVI presentarti assolutamente 15 minuti prima dall’orario indicato nella prenotazione , se no il tavolo viene dato ad altri……. Arriviamo 15 minuti prima……tavolo inesistente, devi fare la fila alla casa per prenotare , dove ci sono i clienti che pagano. Regna la confusione , l’inadeguatezza, l’incompetenza, la maleducazione…. Dopo 20 minuti ci mandano in terrazza. Altri 15 minuti di attesa. Il nostro tavolo viene preparato in Cina. Ci sediamo alle 20:50 alle 220:01 non stiamo ancora cenando. Le birre erano ormai calde, le zanzare banchettavano sotto il tavolo con le nostre gambe. Ad una certa attacca la musica house, e io non vedo ancora la nostra pizza. Nel frattempo la ragazza al tavolo vicino era incinta di 4 mesi…. Ha partorito. Stiamo festeggiando la comunione ….. se continua così arriviamo alla laurea. Ore 22:13 Niente Nel frattempo le pizze al tavolo del puerpera sono arrivate per festeggiare il matrimonio del bimbo. E al nostro tavolo nulla, ma mi suggeriscono che sono i tempi di lievitazione. Finalmente arriva la pizza. Niente da dire buona. Voto 7…. Alla pizza. Concludendo, l’attesa non compensa la qualità delle materie prime.

31/05/2025: Verso le 18,chiedo direttamente al gentile proprietario,presente al bar di prenotarmi un tavolo per 2 persone le 19.30.Arrivismo puntuali e chiediamo del tavolo,nel porticato all aperto ,ci viene risposto che "quello è libero" faccio presente che ho prenotato quindi ci dovrebbe essere un tavolo nel deor non sul marciapiede sotto il porticato vista parcheggio "libero",il cameriere che sicuramente non ha una conoscenza approfondita dell italiano mi risponde comunque " quello è libero" ,ci sediamo di malavoglia,con tavolo con tovagliette in carta e pianta della fioriera praticamente in bocca,ma questo è niente ....ordine veloce pizze altrettanto veloci e qui comincia il bello ...pizza molle neppure parente di quella assaggiata nel locale precedente e dopo 4 minuti il conto ,ma non ho neppure mangiato la pizza ,non mi è mai capitato eppure per piacere viaggio parecchio in Italia e in europa . Ovviamente finita la pizza faccio le mie rimostranze alla proprietaria che mi risponde,ovvio,per evitare il mangia e fuggi,le rispondo che al mare tutti i locali sono all aperto ma nessuno anticipa il conto da saldare alla consegna......morale pizza mediocre e di pizze a Napoli ne ho mangiate parecchie e servizio assurdo,dimenticavo il deor non può essere quello .....ma Cannavacciuolo non aveva assicurato di lasciare il locale in buone mani 🤔

25/07/2025: Un Spritz Aperol quasi « Virgin »… ultra light. Une cuisine un peu bâclée. Des aubergines grillées à peine assaisonnées et manquant un peu de cuisson. La panacota à 6,50€ qui ne Ressemble pas à grand chose : 2/3 d’une petite verrine remplie d’une simple crème épaissie, sans coulis ni garniture!!! Ridicule en taille comparée au tiramisu qui lui est correct! Et pour clôturer, le serveur en chef qui se paye ma tête lorsque je lui exprime ma déception par rapport au dessert!!!

02/08/2025: Non è la prima volta che mangiamo alla Trattoria ma devo dare un giudizio medio perché ieri sera sembrava di stare ad un matrimonio,un piatto dietro l'altro con pochissimissima attenzione e cura. Arrivati alle 20:15 circa abbiamo appreso che avevano quasi terminato un gruppo numeroso ma questo voler correre da un tavolo all'altro,co.e se fosse un matrimonio,non è proprio cosa che apprezzo. Antipasti buoni ma miseri primo piatto senza alcuna stella. Il mio dolce,frolla con pera cioccolato e ricotta era freddo di frigo.....

10/08/2025: After an hour and 15 minutes, they managed not to serve us. I understand everything, but don't accept tables so you look better if you can't serve..... The most disarming thing is that those who were supposed to take orders didn't even look at us even after repeated requests, after the hour obviously. They kept saying "we're coming now," and in the meantime they proceeded to welcome or serve those who arrived later... What can I say, nothing... Maybe leaving only two girls to take orders on a Saturday night is really not enough, maybe pen and paper would solve everything?

12/07/2025: One wonders why Biella doesn't attract tourists, and the answer lies in the service, the hospitality, the professionalism, and the quality of the products. An hour's wait, like invisible passersby, then two pizzas and a focaccia, dry, colorless, and tasteless. Little attention and care was paid to the discount-store ingredients (tomato, oil, mozzarella), not to mention the pizza dough. We console ourselves with the company of friends in a summer setting in the upper part of the city. What a shame.

07/09/2025: The two barmaids were a bit rude and unpleasant. I came in wearing shorts and a swimsuit over them just back from the river, and as soon as I entered they told me "you can't come in dressed like that" in an arrogant tone and made me leave. I can agree with her, but she could have said it in a different tone. I went to get dressed and sit in the outdoor area after ordering a coffee cream, and a glass was delivered with the cup holder dripping underneath and the glass was dirty too. Unwelcoming and unwelcoming staff.

06/07/2025: I took the fixed menu for 12 euros including first course, second course, side dish and water, to take away 👍I ate very well, I recommend it for lunch
