A lovely little café with a vintage look, located opposite the basilica. We always come here when we're at Lake Garda. Very friendly service and delicious food. The menu is available in several languages.

A nice little café right on the basilica square. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and a good selection of food. However, the prices are a bit higher, and the quality isn't any better than elsewhere.

The staff is incredibly friendly: kind and attentive ☺️ We were immediately welcomed by the delightful atmosphere! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sweet treat with a cup of coffee. A truly pleasant experience.

08/04/2026: I was in Baveno on vacation, and I went to this bar for breakfast. It's a lovely place just steps from the lake. The staff are very friendly, kind, and welcoming. They have fresh, delicious products, including brioches with a variety of fillings, and delicious coffee and cappuccino. I went back for lunch and had a sandwich with prosciutto, salad, tomato, and mozzarella, generously filled, and fresh bread. I had a great time, and I'll definitely return if I have the chance. I highly recommend it.
05/04/2026: I stumbled upon this café thanks to a weekend on Lake Maggiore. The staff is really kind and helpful (even offering helpful directions), the sandwiches are excellent, as are the brioches (I had a pistachio one that was super filling). The coffee is also very good. It will definitely be a go-to place next time I'm in the area! Thanks!
