24/08/2025: I've ordered from this place twice in a row through Glovo, and I have to say they have terrible service. Both times, even though we'd written in the order notes that we didn't want onions and spicy sauce, they still included them. So, either they don't read the order notes or they don't understand Italian. Today I tried to place another order and even called to remind them that I didn't want onions or spicy sauce! Did they understand this time??? We'll see... It's a shame because, all in all, the kebab isn't bad! I hope they change their minds and find the right way to communicate with this food.

09/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance while traveling to Lake Orta and stayed one night. What a surprise! The atmosphere is reminiscent of the 1960s, with its own charm, but the highlights are the one-person staff and the menu. A gentleman who took care of everything while we were there (reception, waiter for dinner, breakfast) was uniquely kind and affable, a kindness from another era. And the dinner was astonishingly delicious and, frankly, unexpected.

17/01/2026: The pastry chef is a pastry shop located in Pinerolo (Turin). This pastry shop is well-known in the Pinerolo area, thanks to its tasteful creations. They're famous for their Zurigo cake. The prices are a bit high. I'd give it 5 stars if the owner would even crack a smile every now and then.

17/02/2026: My partner and I stayed at this hotel on a Sunday. The location is lovely and close to the lake. Breakfast was good, both savory and sweet, although I would recommend a little more of the dessert. The attic room on the second floor was a decent size. The bathroom and shower were really small. The only downside was that the mattress and pillows were too hard. Parking is available in front, but there are limited spaces. Further along on the right is a recess with more space. The staff is friendly and courteous. The bar inside is good, serving hot appetizers and excellent platters of cured meats and cheeses.

21/02/2026: Informal atmosphere, intimate venue, convenient location, close to the center but away from the chaos, with available parking. The food is good, classic all-you-can-eat fare. Very friendly and helpful staff, the only downside is the slow service. There are only a few of them, and they have to manage the dining room, a lot of delivery, and two kitchens.

10/10/2025: I might not even rate the pizza; 5 stars would be enough for the fact that I ordered takeout pizzas for 7:50 PM and the delivery guy rang the doorbell at 7:50 PM. I was shocked... something like that has never happened before! And the pizza was also very good!

07/02/2026: I've been going to this place for almost 10 years. The food is always good, and that's probably why it's a winner. However, what used to be a slight delay in delivery is getting worse and worse. Waiting over half an hour just to order, then another half an hour before getting your first course. Let's just say that if you're in a hurry for food, this isn't the place to be. It's a real shame because the food is good, but the service needs to improve. Having to wait two hours for food is unacceptable. Takeout also falls short in this regard: they tell you over the phone that your order will be ready in 30 minutes, but then when you show up to pick it up, they make you wait another hour. If they had more staff and managed orders better, this place would deserve 5 out of 5 stars.

31/01/2026: The guys are no longer running the place and it shows.... After an hour and a half of sitting down, they finally served our table (there were 7 of us) except for my son who is also diabetic and had taken insulin thinking he would be served too.... I had to feed him some breadsticks to prevent him from going into hypoglycemia and from 7:30 pm he was served until 10 pm.... let's hope the management of the lady's children returns, otherwise you have lost some regular customers.

04/03/2026: It's not what it used to be, prices have gone up and you can tell by the empty tables, only elderly people, it feels like being in a hospice

21/02/2026: Average food and friendly staff. Extremely uncomfortable chairs. Not all have cushions and are very hard. The toilet has a squat...not ideal for me, and I didn't see a disabled bathroom.
