15/11/2025: I've been to Paolo Bistrot several times for both lunch and dinner, both to eat in and take out. Excellent home-cooked food, varied, tasty yet light and easy to digest. The staff pays great attention to their customers and welcomes them with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the gnocchi with tomato sauce, the rice with vegetables, the stewed meatballs, the stuffed cabbage, and the stewed cuttlefish with potatoes and peas. An excellent option near the Mauriziano Umberto I Hospital.

26/08/2025: While I was having breakfast with my girlfriend, the waitress and her friends started chatting about past incidents, presumably involving an African man who had stopped by the bar, constantly using obnoxious terms like "NO" and so on. It's a disgrace that people like that have the opportunity to work with the public; it was a terrible experience, never again. Furthermore, the food was poor quality and stale. Highly discouraged.

15/05/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained. The wine selection is excellent. The meat is very good and is accompanied by some very tasty homemade sauces. I recommend the tartare tasting. What struck me was the enthusiasm of the staff and owners. I saw in their eyes the passion and enthusiasm of those who want to do well and improve in their work, which isn't always the case. In any case, they're on the right track. I absolutely recommend it.

26/08/2025: The fish was poor quality, the mixed fried fish was average, and the mussels were COLD and not opened properly. The waiters were too distracted and didn't pay much attention to the tables... and the prices were too high. I would have preferred smaller portions but better quality.

01/08/2025: Practically on the beach, modern and clean. Friendly, organized service. Generous and well-presented dishes. The price is well-balanced for the food and the ambiance. Highly recommended!

15/07/2025: I stayed in Fara Novarese for 6 days and visited this excellent pastry shop/café every day. It was a truly pleasant discovery: excellent soy cappuccino and brioche, as well as a wide selection of other drinks and various pastries and cakes. The staff is courteous, professional, and welcoming. The place also has an outdoor space in the back, where I was able to work peacefully on my computer for a few hours. If I were to return to this area, I would definitely stop by again!

31/05/2025: Easter Saturday, trip to Miradolo Castle, we look for a quick lunch. We find this trattoria... to return to. First and second courses well prepared and also a little refined, simple but clean place. Clean and attentive service. The bill? Surprise for two 22 euros. I will definitely return. Of course it is a trattoria and not a restaurant with stars but I assure you that I have eaten better than many renowned restaurants. 2 years ago I wrote that I would return and so I did. Again 5 stars. Good and well presented food. Very kind staff. A confirmation. Returned for the third time. Complete lunch with dessert for 2 people for a total of 36.00 euros. But I especially want to praise the pasta with cherry tomatoes, tuna and very light "bagna cauda". A delicious dish. Congratulations.

06/06/2025: I stopped here for lunch: the price is slightly above average, but still very little also because the food is of good quality. Fast and friendly service and generous portions. Special mention for the meatballs that were really delicious, they melted in your mouth! Even the bread, often not very good in other places, here is good and fresh. In short recommended 😁

26/05/2025: A wonderful, peaceful place! Beautiful room with a bed on the upper floor under the eaves. Everything is neatly furnished. The owners are very friendly and polite. You're far from the hustle and bustle of traffic here. We'd love to come back!

28/08/2025: A small, unpretentious place where you can still enjoy or purchase ready-made meals and other groceries. The manager who served us was very kind and helpful, and the quality of the food was good. If you're in a hurry or outside of normal meal times, it's definitely a good option.
