16/07/2025: I got a kebab from them about a year ago, and the kebab came out of a white box under the counter and was reheated in the microwave. They were stingy with the quantities, and the kebab tasted like rubber, and I was sick for several days... I hope you can make an informed decision about whether to take the risk of going to a place like this.

04/05/2025: Kind and very courteous. Place of passage.... I wouldn't eat there again though.

02/05/2025: Perhaps there was a lack of staff... they seemed improvised, after almost 40 minutes the food arrived and not the drink, friendly but not attentive staff, food without praise without infamy, minimal portions, 1 starter, second course 2 slices of loin with a spoonful of fennel... perhaps a little above average compared to everything.

10/05/2025: The hotel is in a good position for those who need to reach the industrial area of ​​Cameri, but a little far from the centre. The rooms are not very large but they were clean, at least inside, in fact on the balcony of my terrace there was an ashtray left there full of butts (I don't smoke). However, the general appearance of the hotel gave the impression of an older structure. Breakfast and dinner completely worth reviewing!

24/08/2025: Pictures are patient. Everything is showing its age. The carpet is always stained and won't go away. The shower is rickety. At least there's air conditioning. The hotel is on a main road, so you can't really leave the window open at night. Breakfast is pretty Italian. It only has paninis to liven things up, but it's adequate. Service was always friendly. The price for the room is great, though.

14/08/2025: BEWARE very clever ordered a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream for a child 3 they show up with a huge cup of ice cream immediately reported the mistake to the waiter.... the waiter speaks with the owner I assume I read the lip writing correctly which says NO WAY result ice cream cup left almost whole price paid in full €9 at the cashier I pointed out they are not interested in anything what can I say lost a regular customer here in Arona..... never mind there are other places that deserve more

10/08/2025: They were very kind and quick to deliver our orders. One person at the table was lactose intolerant, and they made sure everything was completely free from contamination. Kudos to the guy who served us. We'll be back.

04/09/2025: Typical mountain environment, quaint villages to visit, interesting festivals like the potato festival, etc. Personally, I was greeted by many village cats. Unfortunately, no blondes. Villages frequented by many tourists.

La signora serve i piatti della sua tradizione familiare con la passione e la dedizione di chi ama il suo locale e spera che gli ospiti apprezzino. Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto. 22/06/2025: Good morning, it would be nice and useful to update the opening hours. It is not pleasant for a customer to go on purpose to a place that according to the indications is open and find the place closed and having to invent an alternative at the last moment.

04/05/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance and it was a great experience: nice place, clean, spacious and well organised.. Quick service with friendly waitresses, good dishes served and a notable choice. Correct service times and adequate price.

21/03/2025: Too bad, something isn't working compared to the first times I came. Soy spaghetti ...a glue, frozen octopus salad, marinated salmon and sorbet they've been saying for months that they aren't there: so take them off the menu!

12/06/2025: Locale in centro a Chivasso, molto frequentato. Personale gentile e ben organizzato. Pizze buone. Tanta gente e tavoli troppo vicini

13/05/2025: Pessima affidabilità :poiché in famiglia ho una persona anziana che cammina con molta difficoltà ho effettuato un ordine per asporto. Ordine inserito alle 11.30 con richiesta consegna alle 13.00. Alle 13.35 arriva comunicazione che l ordine è stato annullato per indisponibilità del locale. Chiamo il ristorante per avere spiegazioni e, con evidente rumore di sala di sottofondo, prima mi viene risposto che il locale è chiuso, poi che hanno cambiato orario di apertura perché così sono “più comodi”..in tutto questo neanche un ci scusi… Ora se non puoi fare l asporto basta saperlo , se hai problemi basta avvisarmi e mi organizzo diversamente, ma se scopro alle 13e30 che il pranzo che ho ordinato non arriverà evidentemente mi metti in difficoltà.. per fortuna il mio frigo è ben fornito e ho improvvisato un pranzo arrangiato, ma direi che sono molto molto delusa di questo comportamento
