11/05/2025: Something really unpleasant happened to me today. A person I don't know refused me table service, causing me to lose customers and embarrassing me in front of them. He said "we're all the same" and that I would "stop talking to him," but then again, I don't even know who he is! It's unacceptable to be treated like this for no reason. I hope situations like this never happen again. #respect #professionalism

09/12/2025: One of the best pizzas in Turin, I don't have much else to add! This family-run pizzeria makes you feel at home, not your average anonymous franchise. Here, the attention and care in choosing the ingredients is truly palpable. The Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and parmigiana are my favorites ❤️

18/10/2025: The pizza was delicious, without a doubt the best I've tasted in the area, and the staff were extremely kind and patient with the kids.

23/11/2025: An absolutely top-notch horseback riding experience in the beautiful hills of Lake Orta. The ride was spectacular, made unforgettable by the quality of the service. The instructor is professional, knowledgeable, and very approachable; she guided us with skill and warmth. The hospitality was evident throughout the facility. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an excellent equestrian experience in a beautiful natural setting.

15/11/2025: Valentine's Day dinner 2025: a fairly varied set menu. We went to this restaurant because it's supposed to be a well-known name in the city. We entered and only after a while were we called to sit at the counter (quite uncomfortable for such a high-priced dinner). We were crammed in among bottles of wine and various decorations, even though there were still a few tables free (and they remained that way throughout the evening). After choosing the wine (the chef arrogantly wanted to choose for us even though we explicitly told him what we wanted), a plate of breadsticks, crackers, and bread arrived, not at all crispy and lacking in flavor. The dinner continued with quality dishes. At one point, the chef scolded one of the waiters (who had always been extremely kind and provided impeccable service) in front of the entire dining room. The icing on the cake was dessert and coffee at the end of the dinner. Only at a few tables did the chef serve strawberries with chocolate, leaving a few guests without them. Since it was a set menu, it should have been included with all courses. The food was good, though, it was a shame about the setting, which completely failed to live up to expectations and the bill.

14/07/2025: Maden var lokal, lækkert, frisk. Smagte super dejligt. Vi var de eneste med børn, men det fungerede meget fint alligevel. Fik lov til at bestille en børne-pasta, selvom der ikke var børne-retter på kortet. Kan anbefales.

08/07/2025: Das Essen war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein Rindertatar als Vorspeise. Mein Mann wählte keine. Aber sie brachten unaufgefordert 2 Teller und stellten die Vorspeise in die Mitte. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Das Rindertatar war hervorragend. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals ein so perfektes Tatar gegessen zu haben. Engagiert abgeschmeckt und mit karamellisiert Zwiebeln, Kapern und gerüsteten Mandeln war es einfach hervorragend! Auch der Hauptgang, ich hatte Pasta mit Muscheln, war nicht nur mit seiner sanften Schärfe köstlich, sondern auch wirklich so abgeschmeckt, dass es kein Nachwürzen bedarf. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, auch wenn der Service bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr steif war. Das Essen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Es ist wunderbare italienische Küche!

08/12/2025: An unpretentious place, the food is simple but well-cooked considering the price. There's a choice of two first courses and two second courses at lunchtime, and I think they also offer pizza in the evening.

07/12/2025: A simple and welcoming place, located near the sanctuary; parking is also available across the street. It offers a bar and restaurant with daily and à la carte menus. We ordered polenta with cheese, polenta with sausage, a platter of cured meats from Vigezzo, water, and two quarts of red wine for €42 (we were offered two delicious artisanal liqueurs). The food is excellent, simple and authentic. In the evenings, they also serve wood-fired pizza. Highly recommended for anyone passing through.

30/11/2025: I'll start by saying that the staff was really friendly, which was the only positive aspect of the dinner. First of all, several items on the menu were missing, but the biggest problem was the quality of the food. We had the mixed fried food, which wasn't bad, but the quality was really poor. Now, let's get to the burger: the quality of the meat was extremely low, too fatty and nauseating, completely burned on the outside (so undercooked), and tasted like nothing. The same goes for the fries, which were so greasy and nauseating I had to leave them alone. How often does someone not want to eat fries? We'll never go back. And above all, it was way too expensive for the quality of the food.

22/11/2025: This evening I had a pleasant evening with friends, and we enjoyed a mixed grill of very good meats, beautifully served. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely return and highly recommend them to everyone.

07/10/2025: Today I stopped at this bar, I can't rate the food because I only stopped for a coffee, I found parking right in front of the bar, there is a covered room outside with tables where you can also smoke 😜 anyway fast and very friendly service, kind and nice girl so good, thanks

26/09/2025: This restaurant looks nice, but aside from the price (3 euros for a bottle), the water in the sink and the drain didn't work, and when we decided to go, it was brown poop coming out, just like the toilet and sink. I hope they close this restaurant quickly. I don't recommend it to anyone.

12/10/2025: Good location, overlooking the lake, on a fairly quiet street. Interesting appetizers are served outside (at tables in the square) along with generous platters of tapas. Dinner is available inside and under the loggia. Our experience with the food was disappointing: tasteless seafood appetizers, poorly cooked or low-quality fish (frozen and second-rate octopus, cuttlefish, and shrimp). The seasonings and flavors were dull, a shame. First courses: the seafood cuisine confirms its low quality... pasta with clams full of the grit typical of poorly prepared clams. The mussel soup was bland, and the mussels were not cleaned properly. The meat second course, seasoned with porcini mushrooms, was good. The menu is varied (but everything we tried was disappointing). The mandarin sorbet with Grandmarnier, recommended by the very kind waiter, was excellent. Quick service. It's a real shame considering the quality of the food. 3/5 stars overall, but the dishes are 2/5.

05/10/2025: Restaurant and aperitif. Nice lakefront location in the center of Arona. Prices are average, and service is excellent, with many talented and attentive young people. A full 8, recommended.

08/12/2025: Very bad experience. I called to reserve a table for dinner. I should point out that we're coming from out of town, so we based our reservations on photos and reviews. We parked our camper in the rest area, so we moved, went into the village, found a place to park, and finally went looking for the restaurant, only to find it closed. If it weren't for a man who lives there, we would have been left standing there like idiots. I quickly called to find out, but no one answered. We returned to the rest area, and luckily there was room. And we found the owners at this hotel. But it was a huge disappointment. The place was incredibly cold, and the food was pleasant, nothing special. The waitress, the younger girl, was very nice, kind, and a great worker. But is it possible to make a reservation for dinner without letting them know that the restaurant is closed? I would never have eaten at a hotel there. Bad experience.

12/10/2025: Now explain to us how a piece of apple pie can express so much love! Excellent cuisine; in case you hadn't already figured it out, I recommend the apple pie.

15/09/2025: I was there this summer with my partner and my 2-year-old daughter. The place has potential, but it's a shame the owner isn't very friendly (to say the least).

07/09/2025: We went for lunch... it's located in Ceppo Morelli on the road to Macugnaga. We booked before taking a stroll around town. For lunch, we ordered an appetizer for two and a first course. Everything was good, and the staff was friendly.
